It’s closed at the mall, no longer open. Found out when I called the store and phone called failed, went down to the store and seen that they were closed.

I love their products. Very good quality and great prices. But i always buy online because customer service in this store sucks butt. I tried to buy 4 iphone 10ft charging cords and was standing at the register for 10 minutes and not a single person acknowledged me. I ended up putting the stuff back and left.

Monoprice use to be so amazing! I have been major promoter and word of mouth marketer for them for years. You can tell something changed within their company(reorganization, new personnel or change of values) and it is showing big time in the customer service and RMA transaction time. I had to call over 8 times and invested hours into following up with them in the course of just about two months for one situation. I even wrote a letter to their corp office giving them a chance to redeem themselves(no one ever reached out back to me). They ignore you and over commit with no delivery on the expectations. Stay on your A game when dealing with them and don’t assume what they commit to will get done.

I’m giving them 5 stars because they have cool little stuff here and there, I was happy with my purchase they saved me a trip to walmart. I don’t come here alot but they were in the right place at the right time.

Zach! Thank you very much. You made us forget your co-workers reluctance to help us. You have customer service galore. I cannot thank you enough. Keep up the great customer service.

I loved Monoprice when it was online only. Loved when they opened the retail store by their distribution center and love that I can go visit their store in Ontario Mills. Monoprice is the place you go when you want an affordable electronic components and gadgets that will last awhile but you can’t and don’t expect their stuff to last forever and that’s ok, because you can replace it pretty affordably. The physical stores, like all physical stores, have the constraints of only being able to carry what they can fit in their four walls. You are not going to find every product they make or sell in their retail locations, but you will find items that are very consumer-oriented and draw people in. I’ve purchased cables, audio equipment, and backup batteries over the years and the only item that crapped out in a short period of time was a phone recharging case(around $ 20 at the time) that I had purchased for a trip. It worked the entire three weeks I was gone, and that’s all I really needed or care about.

We went to this store on January 2nd mostly to check it out, but also because I needed a couple of HDMI cables. Like a lot of people here, I have been a Monoprice customer for years and count myself lucky that I live close to their warehouse. I was expecting this store to be like their warehouse store. This is not what I found. First I found it very LOUD. There was loud dub step with the thumping base. I hate that kind of music so I was in a hurry to leave from the time I went in. There is a weird hodge-podge of stuff there, but not what I expected as far as a variety of cables. I thought they would have racks of HDMI cables but all I found were a few very short ones. Maybe I missed them. but I could not stand to be in the store long. I guess I will be an on line customer only. I do wish they would make the store reflect their core business.

I’ve been ordering from for years and picking up my products at their warehouse for years! Which is amazing because typically you can have it within a few hours for next to nothing! And they are great quality! Friday night we drove to Ontario just to go to their store, and pick up a TV Mount. They didn’t have the one in particular I was looking at online, but the gentleman Tyler was able to give me a website to go onto and enter my TV model, and make sure it was 100% compatible with my TV. The one I was originally looking at, wouldn’t have worked! BUT the one he had recommended to me in the store would be perfect and was just a few bucks more. Sold! Fantastic customer service, didn’t feel rushed, even though they were close to closing! Love them! Had my boyfriend and his friend put the mount up the other day and it went surprisingly smooth! Within an hour they had it up and TV mount, full motion and looks beautiful on my wall! Absolutely couldn’t ask for more for $ 40! Yes, they don’t have a HUGE selection of stuff in their store, but they’re testing it out! They switch stuff out regularly and the prices are the same as the website. You have to understand that you have to take the store size into consideration and at the end of the day if you really want something specific, you can always order online and have it shipped, or order it and pick it up 3 miles away, and STILL save a TON of money compared to other retailers!

I’ve bought from Monoprice online numerous times and heard they opened this actual walk-in store and sorry to say was very disappointed. They have soo much stuff online but the store has hardly anything. A few cables & adapters, guitars, tv mounts, other random items but considering the selection of what is online they could have done much better. They should fill up the store, stuff it, but no. They’ve earned a growing positive online reputation. Either go all-in or at least even half-way-in but not like this, why does Monoprice even bother. The store is very small with sparse inventory. It’s in Ontario Mills Mall a few doors down from Dave & Busters. Ontario Mills website does not even bother to list it on their map or store directory listings, we had to walk thru the mall to find it and this is a huge mall.

Came in for a monitor cable because I had managed to snap a connector off on my PC on accident. I really needed one to make sure I didn’t damage my video card and unlike most other vendors, Monoprice doesn’t try to rip you off on cabling prices and I wasn’t about to pay 7 to 10 times the amount elsewhere(not an exaggeration). I guess there was an issue with inventory placement in the store and it wasn’t readily accessible. Tyler searched high and low for the cable I needed until he was able to find one for me. I half expected him to give up as he appeared to be looking everywhere without any luck. He finally emerged from the back with the cable I needed and in the end, that’s all that matters.

I have been an avid Monoprice customer for about a decade. Prior to this I have never had an issue but I do not understand why the store is unable to replace their own cables when they stop working but if you bring in a competitor’s cable they will switch it out for free. I understand customer acquisition but this is ridiculous. How about customer retention? I put down other merchandise I intended to buy and walked out. Now to start the tedious RMA process.

I’ve been buying cables online from Monoprice for years. I was very excited when I came across their new store! They have the best cables including every kind of computer and phone cable for amazing prices, but what I did not know is they also sell guitars! I was amazed at the quality guitars for what I consider almost free. The action on their acoustic guitar was as good as my 500.00 Fender and it was priced at I think about 130.00. I bought some over the ear headphones with fantastic sound quality for twenty bucks. Go check it out!
