Sad to say the quality in food went down, I been coming here for years !!! N never had his problem. The first order of wings I got were burned so they re cooked them and the 2nd order was frozen in the inside still. ??? I told the guy kid that was in charged and he got upset! Gave me an excuse that it’s s new type of wing?!? Just dumb I will never return their again after going their for over 10 years.

The service is almost as bad as the pizza and the broken down games. The old man (which, for the most part, was mainly the cause of the many of scathing reviews given to this place) was very rude, giving our group an attitude that can only be comparable to a snarky P. E teacher (if you don’t like your job, you can go find somewhere that wants you).Some of the games didn’t even work, due to wear and tear. Pizza tasted old and plain. It was once a good and warm place, but now it’s just cold and harsh. Apparently they forgot about how to even treat a customer right! I will never come here again. What a shame.

Let’s start off the customer service is extra rude. Lady delivered food told me I had to give a certain amount of tip so she wouldn’t get written up. I have never heard of that type of rule sound like some bs to me. I even seen another review about this tip situation. You can not tell your customers how much to tip you. Especially when you paying a delivery fee on top of that. The older man that takes order at the establishment is very rude too. It’s like you guys are in a business be nice. Don’t be mean and rude to your customers. I would rather drive all the way to Colton grazinaos then give grazinaos on Archibald a dime of my money. Y’all need to get y’all ish together.

Great Pizza Place!!! We have been coming here for years. The pizza, sandwiches, pasta and chicken are always very tasty. Pizza is thin crust and comes out quick very fresh and piping hot. We especially love the Torpedo sandwich is is ridiculously good the bread is super flakey and fresh. We LOVE the fact that they do delivery on all their items. Italian food to your door is always great on cold windy nites. Having twin babies its hard for me to get out of the house when I am watching them alone, Graziano’s has provided me with many a great and varied dinner over the course of the last year. Thank you Grazianos for your good service and delicious food!!!

Man this pizza that we got was cook just rite. We got about 3 pizza Lg. The thing is the LG didn’t look like a LG but the pizza was good. So I will take the taste over size any time. The wing where good.

I watched as an older gentleman who works here ignore a young, African American boy at the counter and when he finally rudely asked him what he wanted, the little boy says «I just want extra ketchup.» The older gentleman gets ketchup and practically throws it at him. But later, a party of white people came in and he literally brought their food to their table, asked them if they wanted anything else and smiled the whole time. I’m not being racist. This is exactly what happened. None of us got our food sent to our table. I fucking hate this place.

Came here to watch the NFL playoff games… SMH… tvs are too small and there’s no sound, and the beer mugs are the size of a toddlers sippy cup. The pizza was great! No complaints there! Come here for the food, not sporting events.

Great pizza at a great price. Wide variety of menu options just in case someone doesn’t want pizza, and establishment has games for the kids. Employees are very pleasant and always eager to serve.

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service of this Graziano’s. Ordered delivery and they completely messed up my order. When I called to speak to the manager instead of displaying great customer service the approach was to argue and believe that nothing was wrong. I will no longer be ordering from this establishment.

Thoroughly disappointed. I order from here quite often and have been satisfied every time. They have great food but this time was a complete disappoint. I ordered the Adult Chicken Fingers meal. I got this box with four of these little pieces of chicken and some fries for almost $ 7.00. This can’t be right. I hope they just messed up MY order, but this seems kind of skim for an adult meal. I don’t know if I will every buy again, even though I was a frequent buyer prior. :(Disappointed

I love this place I order atleast once a month. but today the older lady who delivered my food TOLD me to tip her and when I didn’t she gave me attitude. excuse me but I don’t tip to those who tell me too and have an attitude

Been here twice and the food is really good. Tried the pizza, wings, garlic knots, cheesy bread, meatball sandwich and hot cookie Sunday. I know that’s a lot to try in only two visits lol but it was all very good. Between the bone in and bone out wings i prefer the bone in, they were amazing :)

I had a hankering for spaghetti all day and I was so lucky to find this place! Their spaghetti sauce was not too sour or too sweet. I’d recommend the meat sauce. So smooth.
The Italian fries appetizer was so good as well! Never heard of that idea before. I could have eaten the whole plate! And it’s nicely priced!
Bf got the beef deep. It was alright, the meat was very salty but the bread was ok.
Customer service was great. Good place for kids and adults. Lots of tv’s to catch the game. Lots of tables. A great alternative to bigger chains out there.
Coming here again when I get my spaghetti craving… might be tomorrow =P

Ordered online for pick up, paid for it when we got there 20 minutes later, and, after 30 minutes, still no food with 16 year old employees messing around and picking up the condiments all around us… Better believe we got our money back and split. Grew up with this place, and it’s sad I’ll never go back.

I absolutely love grazi’s better known as Graziano’s. The from pizza, calazones, sandwiches, and the pasta and salad are so amazing. ! Been coming here for years! I love the staff they are very friendly; the owner is very hands on and I love that about it ! Don’t listen to the negative comments. Every restaurant has an off day. ! Never am I disappointed ! And the prices are great they always have monthly specials at this location!

Grew up with grazianos… was even my 1st job as a kid but over time graziano has been getting more expensive
Use to eat there alot but over the yrs just cant afford them anymore
Probably in the last few yrs ive gone there twice and i live on same block *sigh*

My first time ordering delivery from here. I ordered a salad and mozzarella sticks and they said it would take 30 mins but it took 50 mins and we only live 7 mins away! The guy was rude when I called to ask politely if the delivery person got lost considering they didn’t take down my phone number.
Pros: Good mozzarella sticks and good antipasto salad and friendly delivery girl
Cons: Delivery took long, too much ham in antipasto salad and warm and watery ranch dressing (I asked for blue cheese)
