Papa John’s Pizza

The staff was friendly but it felt like the bare minimum that needs to be done. Good pizza and love the wait time, which was not much!

Fast delivery. Nice people. Wish there were more salad options but other than that it’s pretty awesome. Good job papa.

I placed an order about a month ago, 3toppings XL &they forgot to put my 3^rd. Topping. So I called and no biggie the person on the phone told me that supervisor stated that the next 3topping XL I get would be free, since they made a mistake. Awesome!
I finally ordered that pizza this week and Kristen took my order, no problems very friendly. I’ve got to say, their customer service beats any other pizza place near by. We got our free pizza, it was yum & I’ll def go back.

This place makes consistently good pizza! Unfortunately they only deliver to my area once in a blue moon… May be a glitch with online ordering; sometimes I can select delivery and others it says I have to carry out. I’m only 4 miles away :(

The big size only serves 3 teenages. it is smaller than i thought. tastes good!

I’m a big Papa John’s Pizza fan and have ordered their pizza from locations throughout the country. I have to say this Papa John store is one of the best. This establishment seem to use fresh ingredients. Also, their pizza crust is crispy on the outside and fluffy/​chewy on the inside. These seem like simple concepts but this Papa John’s location just seem to get it right. Too bad I don’t live in the area. Otherwise, I would be a total VIP at this business.

I have ordered pizza from locations several times in the past with out any issues until today. Today I used my Papa Johns app to place my order (my standard way of placing my orders) and for some reason today they managed to get my address and phone number wrong. The manager of this location gave a call about an hour after I place my order. This is the point where everything went south. The manager proceeds to lecture me about how I had made the mistake and imputed my address and cell number wrong. For anyone who isn’t familiar with the Papa Johns app, your address and phone number are inputted the first time you set up your account. I informed the store manager of this and he still continued on blaming me for the error and talked down to me as if I were a child or beneath him. Needless to say after today I’m going to have to reconsidering using this Papa Johns location.
The only reason I have this a review a star was due to the delivery driver. When he arrived at the door he was very apologetic about the mix up and to the delay in my order.

Spoke with someone name James, who I can hear confirming my address with another guy, who couldn’t locate my address. Told me that no Papa John’s will deliver to the Preserve, even though we are within 10 minutes of two of their store!
WTF!!!

I usually dont have an issue with customer service here, but tonight was a different story. Not only did they LIE and pretend to call over an hour and 25 minutes after my pizza was ordered, they NEVER delivered it. The manager refused to give me his name to file a complaint and disconnected my call several times. I have filed an attorney general report, BBB & will be calling corporate on Monday. I wont stop until some action against this «manager» is taken. DO NOT ORDER FROM the Saturday night manager, the entire staff seems as if they did not complete the 5^th grade.

I’ve ordered here a few times and the employees are always nice whether I am picking it up to go or they come to our apartment complex for Tuesday Pizza Night.
The pizza is in fact less greasy than the other places around and the ingredients are much more fresh… and real.
The slightly higher prices you pay here are by far worth the boost in quality you get.

I love papa John’s pizza. It wasn’t oily and greasy pizza like Pizza Hut or other pizzeria. As other people said pizza was freaking delicious, reasonable price point and good delivery service! Love it. I am agreed with fallow reviewer that papa johns is the OEN OF THE BEST in this area.

Still delivering deliciously delightful pizzas. Probably one of the best papa johns in the area. The staff and drivers are so good. Papa John Schnatter makes these fellas look bad. Sucks a portion of my money is going to that crazy man.
