Its been 4 weeks and my furniture is ready! It is exactly what I wanted. My 2 chairs, 2 sofa, coffee table, and 2 rugs. Furniture is excellent quality and its what I expected. John was amazing! He came out before the delivery truck and made sure the orders were correct. Very professional delivery service. Staff was friendly and helpful with furniture. I would highly recommend Mark Allen Furniture.

Horrible Horrible Horrible is all i can say! Extremely unsatisfied with the service I received! Everything is fine until they take your money then they don’t care what happens after that. My delivery came with the wrong rug and missing a item I called the store and was talked to in a very rude manner telling me in not so many words«oh well you will get it when you get it» A few days later I call them again because they never call me back and I am told they no longer carry that certain rug and the missing item would be another week or so before they deliver it. Again no sorry or anything for the inconvenience. The Simple Finance they have is honestly I think a scam and I am going to pay this off in full because I don’t want them to have access to my bank account. This place is independently owned I am assuming since I have never been talked to in such a rude manner. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they care about the customers satisfaction because at this place they really don’t!

Extremely disappointed with the service. Purchased a sectional in mid October with some nice COMFORT pillows that had text and the Eiffel tower, unfortunately, they didn’t arrive with the sectional. Called the store and they told me that the fabric for the pillows was in back order. It would have been nice if they had called us before the 2nd delivery took place, given that they already knew that there was an issue. Called back in two weeks, and the pillows are still in back order, spoke to the owner and he said that it was going to take time given the holiday season. I then, went back to the store early January, and the pillows that were delivered where the wrong ones. I was told that they were the correct ones given what was in the order. However, from my point of view, the sales person had written down the wrong information. I’m sure they didn’t expect me to know what to order, given that I don’t work there. Ok, the owner was going to order the new ones that will likely not have many Eiffel towers on it given that it depended on how they made the pillows. He asked us to give him about two weeks for them to come in. I went back two weeks later, and they had not been delivered yet. I called again, and they finally were on their way. I got a called that they were going to be delivered on Saturday. Today, Super Bowl Sunday, I went to pick them up. At first glance, I knew they were not the correct ones for two very simple reasons: 1 — they are not the Comfort size, which is what I had originally ordered, and the main reason why we decided to purchase from them, the pillows they offered where larger than everyone else we visited. 2 — None of the pillows had the Eiffel tower. I will give them this, we ordered 3 pillows and received 4, but I will question if it was to thank us for the patience OR to just make us go away since they knew ahead of time that they were the wrong pillows in size and print. The core of the issue is the lack of communication, they left us the chore of having to follow-up, and they never mentioned that what we were getting was not what we ordered. It took 3 months for 4 pillows to arrive after the initial delivery of the sectional, and they were the wrong ones. At the bare minimum, they should have told us that the pillows they found were not the Comfort size, and that they will not have the correct print we were expecting. At that point, we could have made a decision to change them to a different pillow. Now, most likely, we will just give these to the goodwill so that we don’ get reminded of this fiasco. You make your decision if you want to shop here. If you do, take pictures of what you ordered, then when you get your items don’t accept them if there is the slightest issue, you will have to spend time trying to correct it. Don’t get stuck!
