Worst tillys I’ve ever shopped in!!! Marisol the manager did not want to exchange my sandals that I bought here Rainbow $ 50 bucks or exchange the sandals were a defect and I can not wear them cause the material gives me a cut after wearing them for over an hour… She I can’t do anything for you she was very rude won’t shop here anymore and will contact corporate!!!

JENNA IS SUCH A SWEET HEART! some of the best customer service I ever had! She made sure I was never lost looking for something and didn’t ever keep me waiting! Such a hard worker! I was even more amazed when she told me she just started a few days ago! Thanks for the good experience Jenna

Shopping at Tilly’s is a pleasure. I have never had any issues when I shopped here also Ive never had to make a return.

I really like the fit of the volcom shorts. Summers right around the corner so it’s time to get a couple pairs. Im getting a little too old for this store, but shorts are pretty universal. I’ve always had great customer service here, but i usually come when its dead. This mall annoys the shit out of me on the weekends, and this store can get really congested when its busy. Tillys is big with a good selection; while some things can be a little pricey, the quality usually makes it worth it

The worst Tilly’s ever. It’s small, poor selections of clothes, and it’s just too crowded inside. I was in here for 5 minutes and had to get out. They do have a decent selection for mens.
