If u want someone who is patient and is willing to help you look for Cindy Soriano or the general manager Jennifer. We spent almost two hours in this store and my friends and I all left with a pair of shoes definitely would come shop here again with the help of Cindy and Jennifer

This outlet location of Tory Burch is decent if you catch a good sale with quality items. It seemed that black bags were scarce because apparently they’re a fan favorite. As well as the leather wallets and accessories. The key to any great shopping experience is to be in the right place at the right time. So consider it an adventure rather than expecting everything to be perfect. I’m happy with my recent purchase and will travel back out there again.

*This review is based on my experience here on black Friday only* I was here for black Friday(well technically Thursday night since black Friday starts early at Ontario Mills). The line was literally out the door but I stood in line anyway because I thought it was going to go by quickly like the Nike store. I was severely wrong. The line itself took 2 hours! I wish there was an indicator of how long we had to wait because no one in line thought it was going to take that long. They weren’t moving the line at all and I watched the person at the door let in 1 person every 10 – 15 minutes. The store itself was the smallest Tory Burch store I have ever seen. Usually Tory Burch establishments are very impressive but this one was quite disappointing. While the staff members in the shoe section were quite patient with the customers, the rest of the staff members did not offer any help at all, compared to the other store associates from Michael Kors. The purse selections were minimal and not impressive. It was about 500 dollars for a mediocre looking purse so I recommend going to the shoe section instead. I got the black flats for about 125 dollars(40 percent off from the original price). Was it worth the 2 hour wait? Probably not but I am happy with my purchase at the end of the day.

Worst customer service for a high end Brand. Even though the next outlet store is 50 miles away. I would rather drive far and shop at a better store with great customer service and better selections.

THEY’RETOOCOOLTOLETYOUINTHESTORE. I waited 20 minutes just to go in and there were only ~20 customers in the store. This is clearly just a bad marketing gimmick to get people interested and it backfired on me. I asked the cashier at the Gap Outlet across the way and apparently they ALWAYSMAKEYOULINEUP … even when there are only 5 customers in the store. I guess the air in there is just too precious for us normal people. I complained to the manager and was told that the fire department only lets 45 people in the store at a time, which I think is bull, because have you seen how many people are in Michael Kors in the same mall all the time? Anyway she was super rude and I know the other people in line with me felt the same way. Tory Burch needs to realize that people like to spend money, but when you make them wait in line while your store is half-empty they’d rather spend their money elsewhere. Anyway, about the merchandise: — $ 100 for a cardigan(I spotted one with a huge hole in it) — $ 300 for a blouse(cute, but I’m not paying that at an outlet) … I almost bought a cute tunic, but noticed that it was ripped at the bottom — $ 300 for purses that you could get at the Saks, Nieman’s, or Nordstrom’s outlets in the same mall for ½ the price or less — A lot of wallets made out the same stuff that Crocs are made out of … too cheap looking for me
