Ok I’ve eaten here quite a few times before writing my review. I’m going to share my experience today, and this is about the experience I have ever 4th time I visit. I used the drive thru today. Had a couple cars ahead of me. I ordered and pulled around. Then I sat for a good 10 minutes waiting on the cars ahead of me. Once I got to the window I waited a couple minutes for the guy to open the window. He tells me what I owe and I ask if they have Apple Pay. He responds, «what?» To which I hold up my phone and do a show and tell of «Apple Pay». He goes«What is that?». Then he tells me he will go get his manager. I have to yell through the closed window to not get the manager and just hand him a card. He hands me a soda and then is confirming that I ordered a water and starts to hand me a tap water! I have to correct him that I ordered the combo with the bottle water. He then proceeds to say they don’t have bottled water yada yada yada. Finally someone hands this guy a bottle of water. And finally after being at the window for 10 minutes he doesn’t know what bag is mine! Again not every experience is like this but enough to be annoying.

Just a frosty run. At night time I’ll get the baked potato and chili with extra sour cream and cream cheese and don’t forget to add cheese and onions to the chili is good refresher

Well, pretty good food at a value, but they need few things done. One such thing as to get a refill you have to your cup and give to someone behind the counter. To do this, you almost feel like your breaking in line. They need to put the drink machines out in the dining area on a self serve island like all the rest of the fast food restaurants Anyway, I got chili because it was cold outside and it was very good. Service was fast and nice friendly workers.

Worst Service Ever!!! So we pulled up to the drive up to place our order. I order the spicy guacamole chicken club. The lady on the other end says they do not have guacamole would we like something else. So I just order a burger and small fries and my BF orders a combo meal. We get our food and pull off to the parking lot to eat. So automatically I reach for a french frie. Ugh!!! it was so Salty greasy and old. I look in the bag and its just old soggy brown french fries smothered in salt. I mean I couldn’t even wipe off the salt to eat any. You could also see from the color and smell that these fries were old or cooked in really old oil. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but there was no way of eating these fries they were inedible. They should of just sold salt and asked if we wanted a little potato and grease to go with our salt. So we went back through the drive up to return the fries. The same girl came to the window and when we explained that the fries were just too salty and we wanted to return for a refund, she gave us a puzzled look and said I’ll be right back. So she goes in and talks to what seemed like her supervisor or lead and another employee and all look into the bag. The other employee comes to the window with his supervisor or whomever next to him. So he says would we like new fries and we reply no thanks we just want a refund for the fries, he looks over his shoulder than back at us and says I can only give you a refund on the small fries because the other fries were part of a combo meal and we cant do anything about that. So we replied Seriously? and he replies in the most nasty attitude, we’ll if you want to come over here and try to figure it out be my guest cause I don’t know how too. Seriously??? I just said fine if that’s all you can do that’s fine. This place has the worst Service, I have ever been too in my life. It wouldn’t have been so bad if his supervisor wasn’t just standing there next to him doing nothing to help remedy the situation. Horrible!!! I also sent in a complaint to the main office.
