Good food, clean dining room and friendly service. Love the new additions to the menu, especially the flatbread items. 2 visits this week and the cashiers were very friendly and got my food fast.

Went through the drive thru and order was wrong, used a coupon they didn’t apply it to the check. Called manager and he hung up on me several times. Horrible service.

I was not impressed.
I used the drive thru.
Pros: order was accurate, food was warm.
Cons: everything else.
Rude, Rude, Rude. The drive thru employee did not say one word to me. I asked how she was doing and age just looked at me funny. Ok no big deal. After I watched the food sir there getting cold, she did say the total and I handed her the payment. Upon returning my card again she just stares at me. As the window was shutting in my face I tell her «you’re welcome». Then she just shut the window in my face.

I just wanted a mid day to evening snack and Arby’s made me happy. I Customer service was great and they had a clean ding room. There was actually someone cleaning it before I got toy table. Apple turnover was a little cold but still good.

Chicken sandwich was byproduct not real meat by no means. Two shriveled pieces of lettuce bread so hard you could knock someone out with it. I also ordered a baked potato it was ok
