Dont go here! The service is extremely slow and the people are very rude. We live in ootlewah but when my husband and i want McDonald’s, we go to chattanooga just so that we dont have to deal with it.

My «saucy» McRib matched well with my cold stale fries. The food was horrible even by McDonald’s standards. I usually look forward to having a McRib sandwich when they come out but this trip ruined that.

BEWARE! grumpy gal at the window said it was cash b/c their registers were down. It was about 2am on Saturday night & we orderd and she took our $ 5…never re-opened window to give us food. after 10 minutes we drove off. they ripped us off $ 5. not a lot but seriously?!? went across to Taco Bell and they were super friendly and actually gave us our food.

They still have one dollar value menu items. They also have a drive through. My favorite menu item here of course is the Big Mac meal. When I was a kid this was my favorite restaurant. Later in life I grew intelligent and realized it was fast food.

The food is typical here, but the staff is HORRIBLE! Every time I go here they have an attitude. The last time I went, the guy running the drive through asked if he could take my order, and I said, «Okay, just one second…» There was no line, it was late at night, but he actually said, «Ma’am, we are cleaning the floors in an hour, so please hurry up with your order. I don’t have time for you to decide.» I won’t be returning.

Good location and staff seems friendly and even gets order right. Training here for workers very obviously done well.
