I usually only do the drive through here so keep that in mind. Usually it’s pretty fast but occasionally I have an experience where it takes a long time. My last experience was pretty difficult. It took about 15 minutes to get food. It seemed like the kitchen was really struggling when we finally got to the window. Which is pretty ironic since breakfast was a pretty big deal for them. Overall this place is what you could expect from fast food. Nothing mind blowing and nothing awful.

Line was crazy at 10:23 am and only had one person at the font counter. The drive thru was backed up and moving slowly. Love the food but they need help at service time

The first thing we noticed when walking into this Bojangles is how old the location is. The inside needs a major makeover. However, we also noticed that the food tastes exactly the same as in the slick, new locations. And, if you’re a Bojangles fan, you’ll be content here. On a positive note, it’s an easy on/off from the interstate.

I have ate at this restaurant for breakfast and lunch many times in the last 9 months. I have ate at more than 8 Bojangles thru Tn, GA, AL. This one has the worst service of any. The staff seems like robots with no sense of urgency. Once, I ordered a gravy biscuit. They were out of gravy!!! What, How could this happen. The tables looks like they aren’t wiped regularly. They have been out of napkins, no paper towels in restroom and light out. I ordered a chicken biscuit the chicken was very tough, hard and chewy. The acting manager came by I told her and she said she would bring me another one after 15 minutes I left. Very disappointed but I am the insane person because I go back. If the staff is not tuned up my next visit will be last there.

After waiting at the drive through for 10 minutes we were told that they couldn’t do a «Tailgate Special» because they were almost out of chicken. While Bojangles usually has great food, the customer service at this one is just awful. Would not recommend based on the customer service alone. Last time we ate there the employees were yelling out the door, sitting the the restaurant area and talking and ignoring customers.

My first time at a Bojangles’ was in Ooltewah, TN. I love the dirty rice and the Cajun flavored chicken. Their Cole Slaw is very good. On my next visit I hope to try the Cajun Pinto Beans and the Sweet Potato Pie. I live in Independence, KY and I would love to have a Bojangles’ in Northern Kentucky. There is one Bojangles’ in London Kentucky but I can only visit that store when I’m traveling through. I hope some new locations open up closer to me. It’s best not to confuse Bojangles’ with Popeyes Chicken. Popeyes is a very different kind of food experience, compared to Bojangles’. I’ll be driving through Tennessee again this June. I hope to visit Bojangles’ again.

I pull in the drive thru today at 2:48, and after and about 30 seconds, I am told to hold a moment. 4 minutes later, still holding, and no one has yet to answer. Only 1 car in the lot, no others in the drive thru, and no customers inside. Too bad there aren’t any negative star to rate them. Maybe KFC or Popeye’s can’t satisfy my chicken hunger! Seems Bojangles either forgot about me, or don’t worry about satisfied customers.

Their chicken is really good and the biscuits are even better. I always get good service when I eat here. It’s pretty reasonable to have lunch here too. I usually get mashed potatoes and gravy or their macaroni and cheese. Yeah good.

This place is never busy; and for good reason. The chicken(which is what this chain is known for) was undercooked. There was also a hair in my girlfriends food. We didn’t even bother asking for a replacement because we were worried about the quality of the replacement. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have never seen this location busy, and they always have issues getting the order correct. They staff is friendly but possibly needs a better trained management staff. The store and restrooms are always clean. And why no Brown Gravy? I can get brown gravy in North Carolina, why not in TN? There is nothing better than the dirty rice with brown gravy.
