This place has really gone downhill. It was disgusting inside the restaurant! Nasty floors, lots of bugs, etc. and the wait time is unnecessary. Terrible experience!

The service here was incredible. Had the server constantly come and make sure everything was fine and the food was amazing. I come to steal n shake all the time and this one is my favorite

Me and my lady went here, I got a Frisco (a bit drier than usual) with cheese fries and she got a peperjack with bareley melted peperjack cheese and then unwanted American cheese. We informed the waitress and she took it to the manager and he used #chefmic (when I worked at one in Atlanta we used the grill to reheat them). She attempted to eat it but it was so dry she was able to eat ¼th of it while waiting for a root beer. We checked out and the cashier asked if anything was wrong, we said yeah and told him, he asked if we wanted to speak to someone (why ask you know we are not happy) and we were fed up and said no and promptly left.

I really enjoy Steak and Shake food, but the service at this location is terrible! I have been here twice — the first time we didn’t get our shakes until we were done eating. The second time we waited over 20 minutes for our food and watched as a 4 separate couples were seated and then ignored by the staff until they left! No one even took a drink order. If the owner would hire a manager who actually cares or has ANY experience… they would stand a chance of getting our patronage again. As of now however — we will not be back.

So far being here less than 10 minutes I am not pleased. If it were not that this where the hubs wants to eat we would be leaving. This place is dirty, filthy, one of the servers is where Crocs without socks, and they have ESPN on with poker playing on a Saturday when mostly kids are here. The over all atmosphere is non welcoming and nothing more than a roadside stand. The manager on duty is obviously lazy, does not care nor is she aware of the pig pin she has around her. Stay away!!!

The service is good, but my breakfast was lacking… a lot.
I ordered a med coffee and Nutella crepes. Well, the coffee was horrible, and the crepes were simply Nutella in a flour tortilla. To top it off, I had to drive 12 hours with Nutella stains in my pants because the Nutella came out the tortilla. The bottom wasn’t folded.
Steak and Shake is usually a great place to get my grilled cheese sandwiches and shakes. I felt that there would be a good breakfast, but I made a mistake. Never again.

I would go here a lot more but my doctor would scold me. Delicious burger with Parmesan fries. Shake with goodies which you must eat with a spoon. Ultra clean with excellent service.
