Very dissapointed. It took 20 minutes to have our drink order taken. Then our soup arrived with no spoons, we had to flag someone down. Then over an hour later, our food arrived. One waiter for the whole place. We had a broken candle holder on our table and people who came in after us, ate and left before us. Food was OK. Desserts seemed to be not homemade, store bought.

We were shocked how good the food was at this Italian inspired restaurant. Being that this is essentially the only restaurant in town and they were part of , we had to give this place a shot. I must say that prior to finding the offer, we never had an interest in trying the restaurant just because of the exterior. It is not very welcoming and needs a fresher look. The service was very attentive and that is extremely important to me. Moving to this area of Bergen County, we were afraid that there wouldn’t be any authentic Italian eateries. We were pleasantly surprised and will go back for sure. Try the seafood pasta dish, Frutti de Mare. The only negative was the lack of music.

This is the more family style Italian restaurant sister of the more upscale Le Jardin and Regina’s, which I have also enjoyed especially Le Jardin. Since we were shopping in Paramus we decided to stop by for dinner. The restaurant from the outside is not so appealing from the prior restaurant owner. Not much effort went into the outside renovation. Also when I parked my car I realized the parking area is also not so appealing. It seems to be in need of repair. We both ordered the Frutti di Mare over risotto, which we both enjoyed immensely for only $ 15 each. That also included a nice fresh salad with mustard vinaigrette and even fresh bread on the table. It was well worth it. Service was equally spectacular, although the place was far from crowded from when we arrive on a Tuesday night around 8pm. My only complaint here is when the waitress told me they had Octoberfest on draft, which I ordered. She sadly returned to inform me they were out of the Octoberfest. Oh well! All in all we agreed we will return here.

This was a nice place. The hostess was very friendly and full of smiles, so were the wait staff. We visited on a Friday night around 7 pm and we were seated immediately. It’s not a very big place at all. We started with a pitcher of sangria which was ok, and I say just ok bec as an experienced bartender, I know what I’m drinking, and the bartender was bit heavy on the triple sec for my taste but it wasn’t that bad. We ordered an appetizer of sautéed calamari and shrimp, which was pretty good. The house salad that came with my entrée was very good. The house dressing was yummy. I ordered the risotto with salmon and it was good. I will say that they are a little shy with the seasoning, but overall the meal was decent. Worth checking out. Ps. The garlic bread that is placed on the table is delicious.

Well they changed the menu and didn’t ask me first. Understanable, but a few of the things I like are gone. The replacements are quite good, however. This is a very comfortable place to eat, with good service and value for the money. Although a little dated and dark, it has a good following and serves a nice variety from burgers to bourguignon. Wine are OK, sangria is good and the friendly and relaxed atmosphere make it attractive to everyone from couples to families. We keep going back for a decent meal at a reasonable cost — and will continue to do so.

We love the food but deplore the service. We always enjoy a great meal, truly love everything we order, but the service is extremely spotty — so if Felice can boost speed and attentiveness of its service staff(and kitchen) it would surely earn 4 – 5 stars with us! We eat here often.

I was hesitant to give Felice four stars but the positive aspects of the restaurant won me over. I was attracted to Felice due to it’s convenient local location and interior design. Although from the outside the restaurant does not appear as inviting, the inside makes me think of what would be an «average» Chakra. If one plays there cards right, they can receive an affordable decent-sized meal, which isn’t necessarily capable at similar restaurants. Moreover, the food is delicious. I had a variety of entrees and was never disappointed. The appetizers, diners, and deserts are all above average. Another appealing factor is the bar and tasteful mixed drinks. The package would honestly be complete if it were not for the delayed and mediocre service. Our waiter was extremely flighty, and I eventually took notice to how long it took the wait staff to attend to the guests. This is a perfect restaurant and bar to visit if you want brighten your mood, and especially if you are not in a rush. Felice is also a perfect«go-to» if you are a young adult and want to celebrate TGIF and by pass a restaurant and bar bombarded with teenagers and children.

This place is a good standby if you’re in the mood for Italian that’s a little better than red sauce. Nothing too adventurous, nothing too fancy. Portions are a good size, and if you order wisely, you can have a big dinner for cheap. Felice is our alternative to mall/chain restaurants. The service is great when you walk in the door and order, but goes downhill from there. A few times we’ve left without ordering dessert just because it took them too long to come back and ask if we wanted any. During a visit a few months ago with our infant son, it took them almost half an hour to bring us our entrees. We wound up getting them to go, because the baby was getting restless. You’d think they’d want to get us out of there sooner rather than later, if we have a kid threatening to melt down! I haven’t given up on Felice, because the food is good, and it’s a nice, casual spot that’s just a tiny bit better than a diner. Plus, they have a liquor license. Keep your expectations low, and you might be pleasantly surprised. Oh, and I think they have karaōke on some nights now, too.
