Not a place for a family. Lots of elderly owners who despise the families who come and rent. I have 2 kids under the age of 5 so we aren’t exactly staying up late and wanted to visit the pool early to miss the midday sun. Nope! The pool
Is closed from 10am to 10pm. You can’t even enter the pool area
Before 10am without someone rudely reminding you of the rules (I would like to call out Jarvis the property manager). The pool is also locked from every entrance and exit and 1 key is given to a condo. The loss fee is $ 100. You can imagine how difficult it is traveling with multiple people who want to come to the pool later and meet you. They can’t get in and end up screaming your name at the gate for 10 minutes as you don’t have your phone with you at the pool. The pool is okay at best. Much better places to stay. We had a boat so the proximity to the marina was great but the hostility to families makes this place a terrible pick for anyone under 60. Pick another place to stay! Dont let the rental company tell you any different.
