Friday April 29, 20168:45pm. We had sushi down the street then wanted to swing in and get ice cream for desert. Online says they are open until 10pm but at 845 they were already closed up. Really? On a Friday night? Baskin Robbins is destined for BK and will only be found in grocery stores soon.

Baskin Robbins has more flavors of ice cream than Bill Cosby has lawsuits, and that’s a lot! They have regular flavors, flavors with cookies in them, flavors with fruit in them, flavors with other flavors in them, and even low fat/no sugar flavors if you feel like it(who feels like that!?) and tons of toppings too. Sundaes, shakes, cakes, cups, waffle cones, and pretty much anything you want to put that ice cream into is available. The staff here is always friendly and pretty eager to fill you up on free samples, which I don’t have a problem with. And the price is always good: and that’s all good! Yum…Ice Cream Time!

Who doesn’t love Baskin Robbins ice cream? My fiancé and I used to frequent the BR on the 400 blocks of Tustin that shares a driveway with Orange Sushi, but it closed. I think it being a stand alone ice cream store not in a mall hurt business, plus the McDonalds down the block. This BR shares the address with TOGOs which likely makes it more viable long term. Had to come and check it out after a fellow Square Dancer I gave a few costume skirts to gave me a BR gift card. My favorite is a single, which really is plenty, mint choc chip in a sugar cone. When that last bit of ice cream is half melting in the tip of the cobe, heaven is in that last tasty bite! Nummerz.
