Terrible customer service! I would not go back just because of how rude the employees are. They had two working in the aisle but wouldn’t move, they blocked the whole aisle and they are small already. They did not say hi need any help but ignored you. Once we got to the register, not one employee was in sight. We didn’t know which register they’d actually check you out at. I unloaded our stuff on the counter and waited another 3 minutes until a lady came up. She looked right at us and ignored us and went and stood at the other register. She stood there messing around there looking bored for a bit until I said are you not open over here? She just rudely said no here then looked away. I will never return. What rude employees! A friendly face and willingness to help goes a long way. So sorry to burden these people by actually coming in to buy items.

Now, to be honest with you, I only stopped in here per the boy’s suggestion because we had just finished a shopping spree at the Christmas Tree Shop in the same plaza. That said, I’m really glad we went in! Like the other reviews had mentioned, it’s something like the beauty/personal care section at Bed Bath & Beyond — lots of travel-sized products when you first walk in, but then suddenly you realize this place is packed to the brim with a massive selection of full-sized beauty brands for men and women that we all know and love. Personally, I felt like I hit the jackpot when I found that this place carries probably all of the NYX line. You read me correctly… Now as far as deals, I can’t say there are a whole lot to be had here, but if you’re talking selection, and you happen to be in the area, this place can’t be beat. The staff IS super friendly, so that’s a huge plus — Harmon is obviously well-managed. One thing I will say is that you should mentally note what’s on sale so that you can mention it to the person ringing you up — it seems to be a mostly manual process, so if they miss discounting something, I’m going to guess it’s on the customer to catch it. Other than that, cool place, and worth a look! If you’re a makeup junkie like me, you should stop reading this and just go there, like NOW. :) You’re welcome.

Not a bad joint! They have a nice selection, the staff are friendly, the layout is a little funky, but the friendly staff help to counteract that as they don’t direct you to what you need — they walk you to it! The register folk can be a bit slow, but usually because they are being friendly and cordial to whomever is in front of you. There are better places to get deals. But if you’re at Christmas Tree Shop, or Julia’s, or Springbrook Deli, it’s worth saving the gas and just popping in here to see if they have what you need.

Store that carries personal products: haircare, cosmetics, soaps, shaving supplies, candy, and a bunch of other stuff. It’s kind of like if you took a Walgreens, subtracted the pharmacy, groceries, stationary, and some other household stuff they carry, and then multiplied what’s left by about 1.5. All the stuff is name brand, with a pretty wide assortment, and generally priced competitively(found an electric razor here for less than at Target). I’d say it carries at least as many products as a Walmart or Target would in their comparable departments, so if you just need to grab something quick and want to avoid the hassle of going into one of those large stores, Harmon is a great option. They have a large selection of travel/trial sizes of stuff(though the prices for this stuff are much higher than Walmart’s). Only complaint I’d have is they could carry more men’s hair products.
