Is not a participating franchise for any coupons. Will never go there again. Uppity manager & dumb employees.

Just an update since it’s been a few years. This KFC has really improved it’s service, especially at the drive-thru. We often go later at night and haven’t had the«we’re out of(fill in the blank)» or «it will take 20 minutes before that’s ready» comments recently.

This location is super convenient to me so I stop by sometimes to grab their multi piece meals. Depending on the company I’m eating with I’ll either pick up the grilled chicken or the extra crispy chicken. Don’t be turned away by worrying about the«grilled» chicken’s flavor as this place is known for its fried chicken. The grilled is also very tasty, but I do admit that I prefer the extra crispy chicken. The potato wedges are really awesome and the classic coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy are also solid side choices I checked into the location and was rewarded with a voucher for a free large fountain drink. When I went in today to redeem it they said they didn’t accept Unilocal coupons there. What a sham. Unilocalers beware of the voucher bait and switch.

Stopped in for some tasty KFC. I must say, friendliest KFC I’ve ever been to! Staff was fabulous! Tables were all clean as was the entire faculty.

Not a huge fan of KFC but I’m rating this location bc staff was very polite and seemed happy to be working there. I don’t think I’ve been to a fast food place where the staff was that friendly. Great workers.

Okay, so they get two stars because the food was tasty. That said the service was atrocious. I ordered and they asked me if I wanted something else because they didn’t have what i ordered ready, and then proceeded to tell me what they wanted me to order. After convincing them that I wanted what I had ordered they charged me more than what was listed on the menu. Overall I wouldn’t go back to this location, the service was just awful.

This is one of my favorite fried chicken spots! My favorite is the extra crispy fried chicken! Love the crispy breading on it. The original recipe is also delicious! The chicken is always juicy and goes great with a side of mash potatoes and gravy with a yummy buttery biscuit! The biscuits are always soft and warm which I usually dip in the gravy for the mash! Family meals are usually what we order so you can mix the chicken you want when ordering a bucket! Besides the mash we usually stick with Mac n cheese or corn kernels as sides. These all go well with the chicken. Sometimes they run deals where you can get a small cake for free with the family meals. It’s always a drive they order for us here but I’ve never had an issues with the orders and it moves fast! When you ask for honey or hot sauce they don’t ask you how many, like most drive thrus now a days, and just give ya a handful! They are friendly and peppy!

There’s a «Free large drink with check-in», so when I asked for it they said they couldn’t honor it because«it was a franchise». Than they should take it off of their Unilocal.I have to give the employee at the window props though. She tried to talk the manager into it then told me if I pay an extra cent it comes with a drink and a cookie and she will give me a large instead of medium. Good job on the customer service for her, but not for the manager. Why is she even the manager?!

A lot of times you never hear about the good things about a Restraunt. While I wrote a compliant awhile back a the manager got in touch with and we talked about it. She invited me back, so I took her up on it. The food was good and I didn’t a problem with the service, but I want to tell you service was great. For being a KFC it was a good experience for me.

Couldn’t believe went here tonight and asked for water, they didn’t have any. Then asked for pepper… no pepper?! What kind of restaurant doesn’t have pepper or water! And when going to use my debit card… beware they charge 49 cents extra. And no they won’t run your debit card as a credit card. Not coming here again!

I started driving through this location daily, and thought I would try KFC for a change. The female cashier at the window was genuinely nice and I had no problems with her service. My first problem is a $ 0.49 charge they apply to every transaction, which they waive if you pay with cash or credit card. First, none of your competitors apply this charge. Join the 21st century! Second, I paid with a debit/credit card, but my card was automatically run as if it were a debit card. I had cash — I would have paid with cash instead if I knew about the charge. When I told this to the cashier, my request to be refunded the $ 0.49 was declined. Finally, I was given cole slaw instead of corn as my side(which I will admit may have been my mistake, as I did not listen closely when my order was read back to me), and I was never given my root beer, probably because we were caught up talking about the charge above. Long story short, they had the opportunity of earning me as a customer on a daily basis. Instead, I will –never– return to this location. If I want a chicken dinner, I will go to the Chick-Fil-A next door.

Sometimes I do like me some finger lickin good KFC. I really dont lick them, but if I did I bet they would taste good. Its never a healthy option and its always greasy. But I still crave it. And I dont wanna know whats in it, all I know is that KFC us yummy in my tummy. Located in Orange on Tustin near Meats street across from the Mall of Orange, sits a KFC with a drive thru, offering lots of $ 5.00 specials served with Pepsi products. Easy in and easy out access with plenty of parking. Cash and item are gladly accepted. I usually only order chicken fingers/tenders. I dont like to see bones with my meat, so I stick to the tenders. Im also a white meat girl so the tenders are perfect for my taste. The tenders are usually fresh and pipping hot and I dip them in honey or BBQ. My go to side is Mac and Cheese and Ill wash it down with a non soda type drink. Like tea or the Sobe. The beast usually gets the 2 piece, mashed potatoes a bisquit with lots and lots of honey. Back in the day they used to offer rootbeer in a frozen mug, it was sooooo good. I miss those days. Service can sometimes be slow between walk ins and the drive thru and only one cashier. In fact, its never been speedy here and sometimes your waiting on chicken. The cashier was a younger Latina lady, who was very helpful and patient with every patron that came in. Lots of different people come here from the elderly, to wishy washy I dont know what I want to eat peeps. There is a nice filipina lady who works there who was busily pulling orders to go and making sure you had all the condiments. I like her, she was very friendly as we chatted. Its KFC, its not suppose to be 5 star. Its not 5 star chucken. But its always a solid 3.5 to me, raising to a 4 based upon the kind employees. Good service with pleasant chatty employees is always a good bonus and will increase a rating to me. Fiona also loves KFC especially popcorn chicken.

Once in a while I crave KFC. Ordered 2 pcs meal original with coleslaw and mac & cheese. All I need now is just a regular plate, steamed rice and a table so I can eat in my room while watching a movie. The chicken was okay but it was too salty. The coleslaw was not as good as coleslaw from other KFCs. This location has drive-thru. 3 stars! KFC is kinda yummylicious!

KFC get it together, how can you run out of chicken on a Friday Night! KFC is called Fast Food for a reason, you do not have to wait.

One word: POTPIE! I am ADDICTED to their Chicken Potpie! I’m going to be devastated when they take it off the menu soon :(, it is soooo fresh and flaky and DELICIOUS! For $ 3.99 you get a good sized potpie and a drink! It makes me feel so content and happy! These potpies come out PIPINGHOT! There not just sitting around, no way! Its even better when every time you your order is on point! When we go through the drive thru the employee is so friendly and is accurate with our order! The food is still piping hot even by the time we got home! No warming up needed here! The pot pie has so much filling of chicken, carrots and peas with a creamy filling and a flaky crust! ^_^

Went for lunch today and in addition to being out of biscuits and having to wait 15min for new ones, I went home to discover that I was given 2 less chicken than I had ordered and they had given me to cole slaws instead of one cole slaw and one Mac N Cheese. Very disappointed and won’t be back to this one anytime soon!

Made a large order and since I have to wait they gave me a small drink. Nice. Now that it’s corporate owned instead of franchise the service and deals are much better.

Ooh la la, KFC and an ice cold A&W Root Beer. Who needs mall food when you can get this luscious caloric overload across the street? *licks fingers*
