I was in the mall shopping and decided to take a treat home to my family. I purchased three brownies that «looked» very good. NOT! They were hard and crusty on the outside and tasted like they were two or three days old. Mrs Fields is supposed to be a high quality product so if they are going to sell old stale goods they should advertise them as such and reduce the price. These just didn’t measure up

They have provided a lot of cookie cakes for me and my family for birthdays and other events or holidays always have met my expectations and have exceed them several times! Definitely a great way to celebrate any occasion!

Came by with my girlfriend one day because she wanted some cookies. When we talked to the employees we found out that they had just bought the store from the old owner. Apparently the old owner cared poorly for the place and now the new one is working hard to improve the popularity of the place. They bake cookies fresh every hour so it looks like they’re doing things right! My girlfriend and I enjoyed the M&M cookies and peanut butter!

I had a very pleasant experience at this place. I was greeted and helped by the nice lady at the counter. She was very courteous and friendly, asking me about my day as I gave her my order.
I got assorted nibblers and boy were they delicious. Nice, chewy and sweet; exactly what you’d expect from Mrs. Fields. Fresh too, as they bake every hour!
This location was just put under new management so I hope this will improve the customer service and cookie quality as compared to earlier reviews. All in all, I’d definitely get more cookies from here the next time I’m in the area!

Ordered a cake for the twins birthday the night before. When I got there at 11:30 the next day it still wasn’t ready after they confirmed we could pick it up around 10:30! Not only that but they spelt Kylee’s name wrong and put «Kyle» after I repeated the name about 4 times last night when I ordered it. Not the best service and the guy doing the cake had his friend there the entire time, who he was too busy talking to. Best to avoid this location. After waiting for them to finish it, I was still disappointed. The cake didn’t even turn out good, the writing was crooked. Definitely not worth the $ 27 bucks!
