Well, I guess you get what you pay for. yes the prices are reasonable… would you pay a bit more not to have the seats be ripped, or the wood not be peeling, or the 90’s wallpaper gone? I would. The food is ok – so-so diner style… DEFINITELYNOT Diner Drive-ins and Dives caliber. I ordered a ¼ pound hamburger special, that was worth three stars, but the fries were barely a 2. More disappointing the 1⁄3 pound hamburger special which was handwritten on the wall, was unavailable… which means they can’t improvise, or take the sign down when it is unavailable. Oh, and I should mention I stopped here mostly to use the restroom… they don’t have any!

Cheeseburger was plain. Fries were plain. Ranch was plain. The drink was plain. Over all a plain experience. I should of stayed home.

In the mood for some taquitos so I call in to ask if they serve these. The lady who answers says yes they serve them. So I proceed to ask what do they put inside. …her response is «I don’t know»…at this point I’m a bit confused. .so I request she go ask the cook. Her answer is…“they’re already made. I can’t open them! «…Aaaaw man… seriously I think to myself. So then I ask just to confirm my suspicion, „are they frozen then?“…she answers“YES!» NO thank you! I don’t want frozen food. On to somewhere else!

I have been going to Omega for a long time, a friend has a shop in the area and in the 90’s we did The casual Cruise in the municipal parking lot behind there. I’ve heard all the stories about greasy food and other B/S but as many meals as I’ve eaten there and no ill effects I tend to disagree with the B/S. Breakfasts are great as are burgers but the salads are the best. I live in Yorba Linda now so it’s a bit of a drive but I still manage to get a meal here now and then…

I ordered a patty melt and it was good, bread toasted just right but the patty was a little on the thin side and cheese was not enough. It lacked the extra cheesiness in a patty melt. The order only took like three minutes to come out since not too many people dinning in. The person taking the order was not friendly and did not confirm the order to see if it was correct. She just took my atm card and said there was a .50 cent charge for using. She just handed me the receipt and did not say a word to me. The place needs a make over badly. It seems like nothing has been upgraded since the late 70s. Food is good, service bad and place in need of modernization.

Bleh. Not very good at all. I bought a beef dip and the beef was very dry and the bread was stale. Definitely needed the dip which was just really a bunch of hot salty water. Their fries, although crispy, weren’t seasoned at all. The staff is basic and I didn’t have any problems. Aside from looking beat up the inside is pretty clean. But yeah, wasn’t a fan of what I had at all. And there is a charge for using your card still.

DONOTUSETHEDRIVETHROUGH. Food was fine but I waiting in line for at least 30 minutes. Drive throughs are meant for fast food. If they can’t produce food quickly then they shouldn’t do it at all. 30 minutes is an outrageous wait time.

The cashier and cook were making racist remarks in Spanish. The cashier got my order wrong even though I had to repeat it 3x and the third time, she said it right. They put no salt on the fries. I got the burger and fries around noon. Didn’t eat anything else all day, and I started getting a major migraine an hour or two after. Eventually I started throwing up the burger and fries and felt better almost immediately. Thus place sucks.

They take your money and don’t give you what you order. Tonight is my last visit to this burger place. I called to complain that my order was incorrect. I get no apologies. And when I asked if bad customer service is part of your company practice… she said yes. I threw out my dinner! So upset! If you want to pay for one thing and get something inferior, by all means try this place.

I’m on the run and I stopped to get a chicken breast sandwich to the drive thru surprisingly I have someone who speaks clearly this I am not disrespecting anyone I myself have Hispanic family members myself but sometimes they take it to the next level and are extremely rude but the only reason why I come back is because I like the chicken sandwiches and a few other things customer service is a one today I got lucky I will give it a 5 but that rarely happens anyway that’s my review for today

This place is mediocre. They wouldn’t give me a refund or even offer something for that matter, after I drank a whole cup of a horchata drink with a flying it! Who knows if I ate that FLYS buddies too. The guy wasnt even nice about it and didn’t even care. He told me to «come back tomorrow» to speak with a manager, like seriously guy, I’m not going to come back here for something that could have been handled right then and there. S.m.h. I could have totally gone some where 10 times better right down the street for that that much more. I highly recommend you completely avoid this far below acceptable establishment. The saying is true, you get what you pay for! Don’t go cheap when there is far better around the corner. If you want bugs, like FLYS, in you food and drinks and not so good customer service then come waste your money here.

This place has 3 stars and I think that’s right on the spot. This is your completely typical hamburger stand. You walk in to those ancient looking faux-wood booths with the slightly-ripped seats, the basic framed photographs of Paris or some random countryside slightly unevenly handing on the wall, the 1980s Coca-Cola menu board with 1000 different food options, and the napkin dispensers, salt and pepper shakers that have a years worth of grime on them. It’s great! I of course ordered the hamburger special. Nothing too crazy. Prices are reasonable, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The food tasted exactly like what you are thinking — thinly sliced lettuce and thousand island in the burger, slightly larger than average French fries, and a Coke in a foam cup make for a great cheap meal. This place is good for a quick bite that won’t hurt the wallet. Of course, it’s your definition of a hole in the wall restaurant(I counted 4 holes), so don’t have high expectations, just come in when you’re hungry!

Found this little burger joint as I was passing through Orange County. Really needs to be highlighted on DDD someday. Basic diner food of burgers, sandwiches and such. I ordered a pastrami burger, not on the actual menu, but they improvised well. Fast friendly service and good wholesome food. Keep on Unilocal’n!

I remember coming here a lot when I was younger with my mom and two older brothers. But since then a lot has changed. Prices have gone up quite a bit. And the service is worse than it was. The drive thru speed of service and customer service is terrible. Every Time I come back I tell myself I won’t return but somehow I end up coming back and regretting it. Won’t make that mistake again.

Me and my coworkers come here for breakfast from time to time. Always friendly people working, always great food. They have awesome breakfast specials, and we always clear our plates off. Super cheap, super fast. Highly recommended.

Not gonna regret coming here after the bad service that I had. I should’ve given them 5 star rating instead of 4 but the bad service is always bad no matter how you see it. Good thing that I really liked their pastrami burrito with the grilled chicken sandwich. Perfect for any occasions, love this piece of food. Pastranami Burrito all the way.

So sad to give this place such a low rating. The staff was really rude and it felt like I was bothering them. Went to drive thru but it said cash only so I parked went in and she said, no you can pay atm in drive thru. Something so simple, they should fix. Goes to show that don’t care about this place. So the food is ok. Nothing special. My advice, skip it.

Three stars is pretty spot on. Omega is A-OK. Starting with the positives… + OPENLATE. Stopped by on Saturday night to get a bite while hitting up the bars at the Orange Circle. Clutch meal to keep me going. + CHEAP. Got a charbroiled chicken sandwich, shrimp and chili for $ 10. + SOLID. The food isn’t mind-blowing, but I would choose Omega over Jack in the Box, Del Taco, etc. any day of the week. + BIGPORTIONS. Especially for the price. And the things that aren’t so great… — DEBITFEE. They don’t take credit and still charge you a debit fee. I hate when that happens. — INTERIOR. Pretty run down, but what did you expect? — NOBREAKFASTITEMSAFTERMORNING. Come on, even Denny’s lets you order a Grand Slam when you’re slammed at 2AM. It is what it is.
