Subway

We go to Subway at least once a month, often at this location. Most of the time the food and service is satisfactory, but when we were there on Thursday of this week our experience was unsatisfactory.
My son and I both ordered tuna subs, which ended up tasting really fishy and not fresh. The lettuce was brown and clearly days old. To add insult to injury, the employee who waited on us does not belong in a customer service role: He did not greet us after our relatively long wait, had an unpleasant demeanor and clearly would have rather been anywhere else. After paying for our food, he didn’t say a word when he handed me my credit card and walked away to wait on the next customer.
Given the other Subway locations in the area (in Walmart and in Athol) I will visit those before returning here.
