Over the years, this has been a really good Taco Bell and I never hesitated to drive through. Lately though, they seem to have gotten really frugal with the chicken. A week ago, I got a Chicken Cantina Power Bowl that had very little chicken in it. Tonight, I got another Cantina bowl and it had NO chicken in it. I suspect the manager has instructed the employees to reduce the chicken in order to save costs. If this is not the case, then I hope he/she instructs the employees to put a fair amount of chicken in the Chicken Power Bowl. Otherwise, I will start going to Del Taco which is not too far away.

I frequently stop by this Taco Bell location for two reasons: The location(within spitting difference of the Peter’s Canyon trailhead) and because they have some of the best service compared to other locations. There isn’t much to say about Taco Bell’s food; it’s all pretty consistent between locations, but what really makes this place is the great customer service. They have never messed up my order here, not once, and they always include extra napkins and hot sauce. They’re also super quick here — I can be in and out of there in less than 5 minutes!

Taco Bell is never my first choice of restaurants, but sometimes proximity is the deciding factor. I often drive to Peter’s Canyon Regional Park for hiking or running, and I’m always STARVING when I leave. As this TB is only a few hundred yards from the Peter’s Canyon parking lot, I find myself eating here a lot more often than if it were somewhere else :-) I like this place a lot, but I can’t give a Taco Bell 5 stars, I just cannot! However, I have no qualms giving this location 4 stars. I’ve eaten at a lot of Taco Bells in my lifetime. This one is the best, hands-down. I’ve never been disappointed in the food. What floors me is that the employees are always friendly and upbeat. And I know why! I was eating inside one day when the manager or assistant manager was doing some training. He was telling them to always ask the customers how they are and to be well mannered and friendly… and they are! I was very impressed with the manager who was training them. He said more, but I cannot remember — but he did a great job. This Taco Bell is always very clean too.

Food is usually good and people working nice. But I went by there at 1045 last night and it was closed. Drive thru supposed to be open til 12 midnight. The place was completely dark. Must have been closed really early.

The slowest service ever, anywhere. There was two employees and a stack of cars and customers. Yikes.

Really good Taco Bell. Very clean and tends to be quick to bring out food. Love the classical music they play. Great place to grab some cheap food(especially in happy hour 2 – 5) and get some studying done.

This is a really busy little Taco Bell store. When I walked in I noticed the dining room was really small and cluttered with people, so I decided to get my order to go. Besides, the combination of bad corporate«Taco Bell — open late» artwork and classical Muzak didn’t suit me. There were two customers in front of me when I entered the line. With the first order completed without any problems, the second customer ordered something in Spanish and the cashier didn’t understand. I guess he did what most Taco Bell employees would do in that situation and walked off. About 15 seconds later a lady wearing a headset walked up and started talking to the gentleman in Spanish, and he then walked away… She then looks directly at me. A long 3 second stare. I didn’t know what to say. I’m not the type of customer that just starts blurting out an order, although, that seemed to be the norm at this location. «Are you ready?» She said monotonously. «Am I ready?» I repeated loudly. «Yes!» I was unaware how loud I had said it, and I wasn’t in any way mad, the words just seemed to come out in a really weird tone. A silence went over the restaurant as I begun ordering the Mexican pizza combo, thinking to myself«thank God I’m getting it to go.» The lady in the headset rang in my order and then switched places with the kid who didn’t understand Spanish. He was laughing but I don’t know why. I can only assume it had something to do with how loud I said«am I ready?» After getting my receipt and my order number, I perused over to the soda machine. The lid holder looks like an industrial sized Pez dispenser with no comical head, just a single lid pops out. Just one lid. That’s all you get. As I collected some condiments from the handy-dandy display in the middle of the cashier line, the lady in the headset personally handed me my order. She was even kind enough to say that there were forks and such at the handy-dandy display. Good save.(One fork left) She gave me a kind smile and I headed out the door satisfied in knowing that I didn’t act like a complete ass. I was also happy that I didn’t have to stare at those hideous Taco Bell oil paintings. I ordered soft tacos with the combo and received soft tacos with the combo. Awesome! Fresh, tasty, and what I would expect a Taco Bell soft taco supreme to taste like. The Mexican pizza was hot, crispy, and outstanding as well. A good visit to Taco Bell, with exception to the décor. It’s also located on the outskirts of Orange which adds to its bizarre allure. It’s like the Taco Bell from the movie Demolition Man. I’ll be back again. It’s the only real fast food joint in a 10 mile radius that has air conditioning.

I actually went out of my way to come to this Taco Bell instead of one closer to me, because that other Taco Bell had 1 star. Well worth the trip. It’s not crowded. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I gave them my order and while I was filling up my drink. One of the servers came out with my order and asked where I would be sitting so that he could be the plate there. He didn’t just hand it to me while I was standing. Very courteous and professional. Oh… And the classical music? Beautiful. If Taco Bell had just entered the world and this was my first experience, I would think it was a fancy restaurant… Just without the dim lighting, alcoholic beverages, and expensive… Which doesn’t sound too bad. 5 stars for a satisfying, albeit not healthy, quick bite to eat with the feeling of a sit in restaurant.

We stopped in while on our way home to Vegas to buy a cherry limeade the picture shown is outdated. This place was clean, completely remodeled, really nice seating areas and they were playing classical music?! Nice touch! Sorry, but this is no ordinary Taco Bell!

Just like any other Taco-Bell the service is ok, drive-thru takes too long sometimes, it also has a funny smell every once in a while, but the food was always good. In general taco bell is not that good of a food, if you look up the calories and the nutrition information on their own website, it will kill your appetite.

My friend and I drove through the canyon to randomly end up at this Taco Bell. Normally I would never review such an establishment, let alone give it 5 stars, but they had really great customer service. We got some Doritos tacos(gross I know) and asked for some sauce, but when we drove past realized we didn’t have any in the bag. As we were turning around to go back through(lazy I know) another car pulled in. We both ate our tacos in the time it took to get back up to the window, but the girl felt bad and had a bag of cinnamon twists and sauce waiting for us anyway. Thanks Taco Bell for making me fatter, but that was so nice of you!

This review is based on the quality of product and service. I know you are all thinking«What service at a fast food restaurant?» That is exactly why I’m writing this. Maybe it was an off day(I don’t live in the area). My younger sister and I stopped in for a quick bite on the way to a party. Like another reviewer said, there was a lot of seating and it was not crowded. We have been to many, many Taco Bells and this one ranked near the top. As my sister put it, it was a surreal experience. .. Classical music was playing in the background and THEN, our food was brought to our table! And the nice lady asked if we needed anything else! We also thought the quality of the food was great — it was clear the food was prepared fresh.

In all the times I’ve ordered food here, it i s never really crowded inside. That being said, even if there was a large crowd, there is plenty of seating to go around. Just like any other Taco Bell. You either like their food or you hate it. However, one thing I noticed about this location was that there used to be an unusual smell emanating from the drink machine corner. This didn’t affect the drinks at all, but you had to hold your breath when refilling your drink. I’m really craving the Baja Mountain Dew as I was typing this…

My son now loves Taco Bell… I have completely failed again as a parent. This Taco Bell is actually pretty good compared to most; take that as the faint praise it is meant to be.

It’s Taco Bell, of course I have had better, For some reason the kid likes the Mexican Pizza, so I figured I would try the new Cantina Tacos. They look like decent street tacos, marinated chopped beef, cilantro, onions, lime and 2 flour tortillas, but there was not enough of the filling and too much of the tortilla. The flavour of what was there was OK, I didn’t hate it, but the tortilla overwhelmed the rest of the flavors, so it was like a big bite of starch with a little protien. If I have to gfo back there for the kid, at least there is something on the menu I can order, but it isn’t worth a side trip, even if I am already in the plaza.

I like their chicken burrito, BUT they can’t get my order right. It’s not like I want to drive all the way to taco bell just to complain. The burrito they did gave me, sucked!
