Fridays is always an good place to eat. The prices are right and the food is good. We celebrated a birthday party here for my son and everyone enjoyed it.

Stopped in for dinner and a drink late because they close at 2am. Would have been better off at a bar with chips and salsa. At the door as we are being seated(12:43am) security walks up to host and yells«they already did last call»??? I thought they closed at two??? An hour and twenty minute last call??? Eventually our waitress comes over and ask if we’d like a drink but then immediately says no more alcohol.. again I’m baffled. It’s barely 12:45. The only reason we were there for the crappie food was alcohol. … and I’ve been to other tgifs, they don’t do last call that early specially when the restaurant is slow. I think they realized it was Friday night. They let us have one round, but no blended drinks. Like I said, they wanted to go home early. And there was a Barcode sticker on my fajita peppers. Didn’t care to complain, the incredible lack of hospitality and courtesy was enough to just shock me into silence. What a waste of money.

I was there yesterday in a business meeting, ordered RibEye & Lobster, it was the lousiest meal I’ve ever had, flap meat tastes better than this ribeye, it was very tough & cold, so was the Lobster cold w/out any butter & garlic. TGI F… Should stick to wings & burgers maybe,

Went here for Lunch with family friends to celebrate my Dad’s birthday. We wanted to eat at Market Broiler but they were closed for an event. Last minute choice was this place. We have the Simon’s coupon and they have 20% off for TGIF for food. We were a big party, and ordering lots of food and drinks. At the end we got the bill, showed our coupon and the girl came back with the discounted receipt. I asked the lady as to how the discounts is applied, and she said 20% of our total, and it wasn’t adding to that. So I told her about it and she left and when she came back, she came back with a NASTYMANAGER that came to our table and said«Who has a problem with the bill?» In front of everyone, and asked it so loud, our whole party turned around to her and I said it was me. I wanted to say something to her as to what the hell is her problem but I didn’t want to ruin the atmosphere. She ruined and embarrassed me. We were there around 1PM until almost 4PM on 02/15/2016.

The server was accommodating but the service was pretty slow. It took about 30 minutes to get the drinks we ordered. It took a little over 40 minutes to get the food out(appetizers). BBQ Flatbread wasn’t super hot when it came out so it was not very good. Took it home and heated it up and tasted way better. HINTHINT serve your food the right temperature for best results TGIF. Sliders were good though, hard to mess up a cheeseburger. As long as you don’t forget the cheese. Otherwise, atmosphere is like any other TGIF, bar in the center and lots of TV’s.

Our server was one of the best we have been served by, his recommendations were spot on and we appreciated the attention to our table. The kids ordered from the kids menu and I have attached it in case anyone needs it later. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience Jaime is the best server! Thank you so much!

Is there a lack of experience in being a server? Second time I’ve had awful service in a restaurant whether it’s busy or slow. It really took 17 minutes for you to give us our first drinks. 16 minutes for my cold appetizers to show up after I asked where they were. I noticed this server paying attention to his larger tables I have a group of six with me so yea the table of ten and 8 might give you a bit of a bigger bill but they aren’t drinking we were trying. Slow service cold food pasta that was served to my brothers girlfriend was cold lucky she hates scenes or I would of done more than just bring it to your attention. I am not sure who your manager was that night but if I had a chance I would of brought it up to your boss. My tip yes it’s going to reflect your service so don’t expect anything a tip is for the service you gave me.

Came during the week for happy hour and was not disappointed. I’ve been going to this Fridays for a long time and I’ve never had any problems. Parking sucks sometimes when it’s busy but the atmosphere and location make this a great happy hour destination. Food isn’t great but they have good deals like the endless apps and happy hour. I like the jack Daniels strips and potato skins the most. The waiter we got was friendly and helpful with the menu and drinks he thought we would like. My friend and I sat in the bar area because of convenience. There’s plenty of seating which is nice too. We got our drinks and food in a reasonable amount of time. It’s easy to drink a lot with their deals/service so watch yourself or call an über. Sometimes the crowd gets stupid too so just be aware of the people around you. I’ll def be back!

Not too good not too bad. It’s honestly a grab-bag of mediocrity. For starters the location is great, easy to spot. But with a side of horrific parking that comes with the Orange Outlets. The atmosphere is a plus, very energetic. They even have really nice service. But the true mediocrity comes in the form of their food. It’s nothing special. It’s like college dorm/cafeteria food, or food court status. In short: great service, okay food.

I feel like TGIF is generally a 3 star average place. One time I had a fantastic experience when the server was awesome and I ordered a burger that tasted amazing! Most of the time I’m here for their happy hour. Most of the food is over seasoned like bar food but it’s okay because I am here to drink! I would like to say that most of the menu is really not worth the price(except for that burger), especially the appetizers. It’s a good thing they are half off otherwise I’d be very disappointed when they come out. Platter’s aren’t on happy hour which my friend didn’t know when he ordered it, and it was $ 15 worth of junk. The potato skins were horrible, the buffalo wings had no flavor, etc. Almost always, the employees really seem to be lazy and have that attitude that they want to go home. It’s late but still a few hours to go when I come.

Used to come here when I worked at Virgin Megastore at the Block o_O — Eons ago. Don’t really come here now. Came here spontaneously for the«endless apps» campaign/promo. At first, service was lagging. But it gradually got better. We chose the $ 12 promo, which gives you a choice of 5 appetizers to rotate. We did 4 out of 5. Pan seared pot stickers(yum), mozzarella sticks(good as usual), loaded potato skins(okay) and boneless buffalo wings(yes!). All were fairly good. The parmesan garlic boneless wings were verifiably scrumptious! I need this more often in my life:) Should we have tried the flatbread? Idk. All I know is Friday’s is still Friday’s. I don’t mind dropping in once a year. Same pub food for decades. Some good, some average, some delicious.

Pros: — I have always enjoyed this location, spacious bar area and general dining area — TGIF has great daily happy hours from 3−7pm and 10pm-closing and all day Sunday! Also they have a new endless appetizer menu that you have to ask for(weird) it’s $ 10 for one choice or $ 12 for any choice off that menu — You can have a great cocktail hour for less than $ 10! Total steal for people on a budget — Parking near The Block(I refuse to call it Outlets at Orange) is usually good but on weekends it really does suck early on Cons: — Our orders took a long time the last time I was here, not sure if it was because of where we were seated but they should at least let us know

Considering they were packed and still managed to get us(5 adults and a high chair for the baby) seated within 20 minutes I’d say it started off great. Now onto the next item, once again considering they were packed, our waitress was quick in getting our drinks written up and served to us. Then it was the same for ordering our dinners. So all in all everything was great, hints the 5 stars. I was really shocked with the Lrg order we had and them being so busy but still everything came out just the way we ordered it and it was all great. We will be returning to eat here again. Excellent service, and food.

This place is honestly a 1.5 but since Unilocal doesn’t do half stars, I’ll be generous and make it a 2. I’ve been to this location a few times and I either leave disappointed or just feeling okay. The service here is either a hit or miss with the majority time being a miss. The food is good but the service makes the dining experience bad. The last time I came here, I went to reserve a table for 7 since my group was five minutes away. As soon as I entered the restaurant, the four hostesses in the front(I don’t know why there were 4) instantly stared me down giving me dirty looks. As I approached them, the main hostess had her phone out texting. I asked if I could reserve table for 7 since my party was almost here. One of the girls to my left constantly scanned me up and down trying to give off a tough persona. They all stayed quite for about 10 seconds and until the girl with the phone said«okay» and then basically ignored me and started taking the guy’s info who was standing behind me. Right as I took a seat, the guy behind me came up saying«they are calling you.» I look up and one of the girls said«uh we need a name!» I stood up and said«Andrea.» Half way through saying my name, she interrupted in a stuck up voice, «Thank you!» Probably one of the rudest restaurant experiences of my life! Luckily our waitress was friendly but my salad took literally 30 minutes and my all of my friends endless appitizers took almost 20+ minutes for each order. The Cobb Salad, Mozzarella Cheesesticks, and Potato Skins are the only highlights that I’ve experienced here. They all are prepared correctly and are satisfying. Although their meals are appetizing, no meal is worth it if it includes long waits and incredibly rude employees.

Holy cow! Portions are small. The place is dirty. I gave two stars. One for the server, who was friendly, and one for not getting sick. The table, seat, wall where we sat was gross. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the bathrooms. I will not return to this location.

The service was excellent and the front staff got us a table rather quickly for a party of 8. I read the other reviews and stayed away from the ziosk. I had the steak fajitas which was a nice portion. I wish that they were sucking hot at the table, they weren’t. But the still were good. The ribs looked great as well as the garlic and shrimp.

I really miss the days when Friday’s had its 3 course for 20 deal. Rarely could you finish the both the appetizer and the entrees, let alone the scrumptious desert. Unfortunately, now they’ve increased their prices and they only have a 2 course for 20 with limited options. I’m pretty sad that you are only stuck with a few appetizers and entrees to choose from(now you have to pay extra for the sirloin…). But it’s understandable since such good deals in the past are not sustainable. Prices aside, Friday’s is actually a really good restaurant. Their steak is amazing, their appetizers are appetizing, and their desert is worth trying. However, I’m just disappointed that it’s so costly now. Also, I noticed that my last review was taken down. I guess they make a clean sweep of their business page once every so often. But it’s cool. Eat well and prosper,

Although there is almost always a long wait, I can’t resist coming here for happy hour. Appetizers half off and drink specials. I also love their black bean burger, it’s absolutely delicious! The staff is friendly and the service is decent. It’s very hard to find parking though so plan to be early and give yourself some extra time. People smoke cigarettes outside of the restaurant so try to find a place to wait inside if you don;t tolerate cigarette smoke. They have a heated patio with its own bar and TV, a full bar with seating all around in the middle of the restaurant, as well as plenty of tables and booths. Good place to go with friends or a date even. Conveniently located at the Outlets of Orange, it gives you plenty to do before or after your meal!
