I love D&B the drinks are good and the food is decent and some of the bartenders are awesome, but on a Tuesday afternoon I came here with a friend to celebrate his bday and grab a couple drinks and pig out to, I thought why not go to D&B. Anyways, Marysol Castillo was our bartender she was not attentive to our needs. It was a taco Tuesday it it was still dead at the time and it took her 15 – 30 to take our drink order and never asked if we needed to order anything after our drinks. The fact that I use to work there and i’m sure she knows that and she treats us as if we’re not there. Current or ex current employee I should’ve be treated the same as I was paying customer.

My group made a reservation to celebrate a birthday here. We rented a limo and came to this location and were treated very badly. They had given our reservation to someone else and when we asked to speak to a manager this guy called security. We were escorted out(17 people) by security and it was so embarrassing. I wrote a letter to the corporate office and they defended the actions of their staff. I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend anyone else to celebrate here.

Sucks for service!!! Staff looks like they are having the worst day of their life. No one happy. Food delivered received soup and salad and did not get a spoon or dressing. My husband went to go ask a staff member who was discussing something related to the restaurant as he stood there for a few minutes and they ignored him. He then followed our server back to the table where we told her our need and she went back to the next table and proceeded to take pictures for the table them came back over and told us she would be back. Waste of money. Now I have to go play those expensive ass games that I already promises my kids. I knew I should skipped this place based off the Unilocal reviews. Save your money and time. $ 6.58 for two kids lemonades.

FYI — It’s acceptable for you to wave a knife around at Dave & Busters at the Block if someone accidentally spills a drink on you. You won’t be kicked out, you won’t be moved, there will be no consequences. I’ll NEVER go back there! The Manager Beto Chaveria did NOTHING to make us feel safe of valued. *this review is actually for zero stars but I wanted to make sure it was seen*

I was here for a work event and we had the Star room and the staff was super rude. I understand people rent these rooms out all the time but dude! you need to be polite or change jobs. This is a job in the service industry. First there were some tables marked as reserved and a few of us were casually discussing why that might be as we had the room to just our company. one of the servers came over and was very abrupt about how we were not to sit there and had to sit on the lower level. The reserved seats were saved for those who came in late. And while that makes good sense there is no reason to be rude about it, again i state you work in the service industry. Try being polite. Second our CEO was speaking and the D&B staff decided that it would be the perfect opportunity to run the garbage disposal not once but twice. One of our staff members had to go tell them it was not appropriate. REally it should be common knowledge that you don’t do stuff like that. Thirdly the table cloths were gross. They looked like they were covered in oil spots. I intended to take a picture but forgot because the staff was so rude I was just trying to get out of there. Food was fine.

Love Dave and Busters. There was time when I wasn’t going because it can be very expensive. and a drive. We need one in Huntington. hint hint. But I have been going here for events lately which are great! I usually come home with some sort of prize. I even won my first costume contest here. I have a need to play video games again. The claw and DDR are my faves. Th games are expensive… so I try to go when I have a coupon. I really wish that they would add some pinball machines too! Maybe like an entire retro gaming area with the simpsons, pinball, ninja turles, pacman, etc. The happy hour offers so great deals on the food as well. I seriously hate parking at the block though. I wish Dave and Busters had a stand alone spot somewhere in Orange County.

New discovery about D&B’s: they have karaōke night on Fridays?! Not sure if this is every Friday, but last time I went, there was a live band playing in one of the banquet rooms towards the back. This was a surprisingly fun experience. You choose from a binder of songs, tell the MC, then sing your heart out on stage, which has a monitor with the lyrics. The band has all these memorized, so unfortunately you can’t make personal requests. There’s also a giant projector with the lyrics so the audience can sing along too. My friends are pretty good singers. I am not. So I wanted to order some appetizers and watch. We have no clue where our waiter was half the night. We went up to the bar to try to place an order there, but the bartender said our table has a designated waiter, and so we must order with him. Wonderful… When he finally did come, we got the pretzel dogs, chicken quesadillas, sliders, and potato skins. Typical bar food. Nothing outstanding, but suitable for the occasion. The cocktails were pretty watered down. Needed to down at least 3 of those to have enough liquid courage to go up on stage to sing. Beer is a better choice… or shots. Great casual hang out spot for groups. If you’re looking for something else other than playing games, karaōke is a good alternative. Mediocre waiter service, but extra kudos to the live band and cute MC ;)

Okay so I’ve been visiting this place for years for the Super Bowl party which is usually an unforgettable positive experience! The prizes and the staff are wonderful. I usually secure my reserve seat well in advance. You just need to purchase a $ 25.00 per person ticket that goes towards your food purchase, I usually spend more and never have a problem. This year 2016SOMEONE decided to get greedy and charge $ 50.00 per person and offer a ONETIMEVISIT to the buffet table and game tokens? WTH? And in order to make a reservation you must go online ONLY, then pay an additional fee $ 3.50 per ticket to secure your reservation? I’m here to watch the Super Bowl and have some good food and beers, they have changed the game so we changed our game! Buffalo Wild Wings offer $ 10.00 per person with reserved seating, same game identical food. Here we come along with others. So just for giggles I called other Dave and Busters to see what they are offering and you would be amazed! They have a totally different cheaper super bowl program, if they were not so far I would be there enjoying the game. So for now it’s 100 steps or less to Buffalo Wild Wings in the same complex at ORANGE with my crew. See ya later Dave and Busters won’t be getting my money, CORPORATEGREED.

I was at the pool tables and I tried ordering a drink at the bar at 7pm. The bartender asked me where I was hanging out and he said he would send someone to the pool tables. At 7:20pm, still no one so I went down and asked a server if she could take our drinks. She also said there is a waiter for the pool table area and she would send one over. 8pm comes around and I had enough so I found a manager, Jeff. That’s most likely where the bad service starts. He wouldn’t even look at me when I was talking to him. This location is the only one I go to, but I have never had such horrible service. From the manager down to the server. I am pretty disappointed and will think twice before coming to this location again. Doesn’t matter how busy you are, it shouldn’t take an hour to wait for service. About a third of the table and bar was empty so it wasn’t crazy busy either.

Everyone has been to D&B at one time or another so there isn’t much that hasn’t already been said. This review is more about my visit during their Happy Hour. They have some pretty great food to pick from their Happy Hour Menu at even better prices. Drinks would’ve be a steal if it wasn’t for how much they jip you. Ordered a Black Label neat and the amount I got was only good for two sips. That’s it. You can opt for their cocktails but I’m sure they’re pouring about the same amount of alcohol in it. The server we had at the tables was no where to be found 90% of the time. We would see him pass by to drop off food or drinks at other tables but for us was only there to give us water, take our food order, refill out water once, and dropped off the bill. I understand it was busy but its unacceptable that he never checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.

I went here on a Wednesday night and boy it was super duper packed. I do not know if it was because of school is out and everyone was working. The games are okay as they are similar to the ones back in Milpitas expect for Matchem up. The size wize it was similar to the one there too. I did like playing the roller ball game with a group even though the winner only gets 50 tickets. But getting onto the popular games like Spongebob was tough as I am trying to get the Gary card which is very difficult to get. I ended up playing the same games, but they did have one I like where you catch the falling apple, but too bad the maximum amount of tickets was 38 and I caught all of the apples. The bar was full and could not get my nachos and drinks are hard to go unless you wait. The machines did not take my card and ate my chips and 16 chips is a lot of money so I went to the manager and had to wait 15 minutes, but he gave me 50 chips for my trouble which was nice. The prize area though was very small and ran out, but the big prizes like the PS4 and the XBOX one was actually there which I was surprised as the Milpitas one is always empty. I enjoyed my time there, but I did not play any of the games I was good at.

I used to go to D&B all the time with my daughter to play the games. It was OK, and the prizes were easier to get than at, say Golf & Stuff. But as an adult destination, well, you have to want to play the games. The food and drinks are mediocre at best. The food is generally uninteresting and not all that flavorful. The drinks are generally fruity or sweet to hide the lack of alcohol. They don’t even have that great a variety of options.

I love going here for drinks and food. When you’re there for happy hour drinks you have to ask the bartender what drinks are on happy hour. If you get a table I would suggest to order food at the table but go to the bar to get drinks because that way would be a lot faster. I always see people playing games which I honestly would like to play too but I feel like it’s a waste of money only because that’s just me. But hey there are lots of fun games there. Don’t go through the front because one time my Friends went through the front they had to pay a fee. So I always go through the back entrance.

Located on one of the corners of «The Outlets of Orange,» previously known as «The Block,» this fun-filled arcade is also a bar, restaurant and special events venue. They offer half-off all games on Wednesday nights and other specials throughout the week. Be advised that if the arcade closes, the bars the restaurants and even the store to redeem tickets also closes. Would have given this place 5 stars if they kept the ticket redemption store open a little later than the arcade.

I used to frequent this place a lot back during my college days(sup, CSUF) and it used to be so much fun to me. Came here last night for date night and it was still pretty fun, though a lot tamer than I remember. I remember parking would always be a pain, but there was a ton of parking available. The crowd was the same: Asians galore. I’m happy to see they have Ballast Point’s Sculpin IPA on tap. The bartender got to us pretty quickly although the bar area was crowded AF. I really don’t get their bathrooms, why does the door swing so close to the toilet? A little space, please.

The only thing good about this place? Their cheap, late night happy hour. Other than that, their nahos were a little on the stale side. My phone was also stolen right out of my bag last night while I was there with my boyfriend. I can’t believe there are still people who still go around doing that. They stole it, kept forwarding my calls to voicemail, then turned off my phone so I couldn’t track it. It really sucks to know that there’s people like that, even here.

another place i would only come during happy hour. — i really like their cajun linguini shrimp alfredo. i add chicken to it but it’s so expensive. i think it’s around $ 16 for that entrée and add $ 5 extra for chicken. i also get major food coma after eating this. lol so good yet so bad for me. — grilled chicken caesar salad — i don’t like caesar dressing so i get the salad plain with ranch dressing on the side. the chicken is really good. — steak salad — if you don’t like chicken get this entrée. also very good! — i like that on game days they have the $ 5 menu. the only thing that i think is worth it on there are the nachos! so good and they give you a good amount i usually don’t eat here besides food on the happy hour menu. i don’t like beer or mixed drinks so i get $ 4 vs henny shot with water chaser. CHEERS!

This is definitely one of the bigger Dave & Busters which is awesome, but not as great as it seems. I didn’t even know they close at 1 and not at 2. We came here to celebrate my birthday and get our $ 10 game play card but the cashier at the front didn’t know what to do so she took half an hour trying to figure it out, then realized she messed up… so then we had to wait for the manager to come which took another 20 minutes and by then they already started shutting off the games and we didn’t get to do anything :( Other than that waste of time, everything else was great! We ordered food and our waitress was really attentive and helpful. She even got me a birthday dessert and sang for me. :) She was very sweet and deserved a great tip. The food was delicious as well! We enjoyed all our dishes. The calamari is definitely something worth trying here! Didn’t get to play the games because of what happened, but this place had a lot of games! They all look so much fun. They even have pool here and some other game I’ve never heard of, but you can rent supplies there. Unfortunately pool and the other game doesn’t work with the game card so don’t put money in your d&b power card if you’re just here for that. I wanted to play basketball and air hockey, but I guess we’ll save our powder cards for next time lol

I tried out their Happy Hour menu for the first time. It wasn’t too bad. The honey BBQ boneless wings are better than the original buffalo wings. The spinach and cheese dip was pretty good(they don’t put artichokes in it). The chips just tasted like they came out of a bag, not fresh.
