Delicious Cracker Barrel food. Our waitress was very friendly and smiley. It’s right off of the interstate so we expected a wait. We were a party of 2 and got seated in less than 5 minutes. For as busy as it was I think we received exceptional service.

Came here on Father’s Day. Was not crowded at all. We were a party of 4 and watch as 22 tops and a 6 top came in after us, had their orders put in after us yet they received their food 15 minutes before us. This place is a total train wreck. I will not be eating at any Cracker Barrel for quite a while. As my mom said«The egg mcmuffin we had the other day was better than this»

Clean and very friendly. Food was served quickly and the breakfast was delicious! Waitress very prompt and happy. Restrooms clean. The store was a great place to pick up little gifts for the family. Very close to interstate. We were there at lunchtime. In and out in 45 minutes!

Ugh, I’ll be happy if we don’t get sick. The meatloaf was rare inside, mashed potatoes had black things in it, the ham was only 1 slice(thank goodness). The best thing was the steamed broccoli. The guests were filthy and gross. This one huge man literally looked like he rolled in mud. One other guy cut a loud fart. We saw a man leave her a $ 1 tip for a whole meal. Our waitress was awesome and I really felt bad for her. Never again!

I don’t know, maybe you’re in the mood for dog crap. The hostess must have started her period immediately after finding her boyfriend in bed with her mom. Our waitress checked on us 3 times, once to take our order, once to give us our food, and once to give us the check. My wife’s steak was overdone by about 20 degrees. It looked like 10 miles of Texas fire trail. My open faced roast beef sandwich still had marks where the jockey was hitting it. My daughter’s grilled cheese sandwich might have been hot and melty in 2008, but not tonight. Unless you want to piss your money away while getting the runs, I’d pass.

Most definitely one of the better places to eat at, around this part of Orangeburg. Always a wait for weekend dinner(of course.) Really friendly staff here. I always enjoy Cracker Barrel salads. The fried chicken is pretty dang good as welll. The sweet tea is very sweet, at least to us.

We stopped at Cracker Barrel on the way back from Florida. It took over 30 minutes on a Sunday night to get our supper. We ordered eggs and the food was good once we got it, although we had to wait for our silverware after the food arrived. The manager said he would take one of our meals off the check, but he didn’t so the cashier had to call him over and it took a while longer. Pretty good meal if time is not an issue for you. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here if you are traveling.

I don’t know what to say. My wife and I went in for dinner and there was a wait to get a table. No problem, and after 10 – 15 minutes the hostess sat us and three other groups in the same area of the restaurant. That’s when the problems began. Fifteen minutes of waiting for someone to come to our tables, another waitress notice our impatience. She took our drink order and then said the waiter would take our order, but she decided to take our order also. Seems our waiter didn’t know what he was doing and only could do one table at a time. So many times he walked past our tables without acknowledging anybody. To try and appease us for waiting we were offered biscuits and corn bread. When our dinners showed up thirty minutes later, our drinks were empty and another table still hadn’t gotten their orders. Tried to order refills and especially when the waiter asked us if we needed anything. I mentioned that my dinner came with two sides and my mashed potatoes were missing. He said he go check. Came back later and asked us if we needed anything. We said refills(still haven’t gotten any) and my mashed potatoes. He disappeared again and when he came by after our plates were cleared, he asked again and again we said refills and my potatoes. He told me they were out of mashed potatoes and would deduct from my check but I said it was part of the dinner not an extra. He said he’d still deduct it. He came back with the check and no it wasn’t deducted and then came back with not two refills but four refills! And during the whole time we were there not only did the manager walked back and forth from the kitchen, the hostess came to clear tables and neither asked anyone how everything was. I have never done this before but I refused to leave a tip and was so disgusted that I didn’t buy what I wanted from the country store. This has turned me off to this franchise. Totally pathetic.

This looked and sounded like the typical Crackerbarrel, a bit crowded, a bit longer wait to get a table than at home(15 – 20 minutes). The food was good if you happen to like Crackerbarrel’s menu. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On this night they were very slow in getting our food to us, at least one hour if not more and our waitress forgot our bread, and while friendly seemed a bit overwhelmed. This is a busy area with lots of hotels, but I think I might try elsewhere next time, hoping the wait time would be better.

We arrived at a very busy time with a large group, however after waiting for our food for over an hour with several request as to why and no real response part of our group finally got their meal after over an hour. The staff was friendly, but having such a long wait and watching others who came in after us was not to reasuring. Timing is everything and today the timing just didn’t work. I still love Cracker Barrels but the management team need better training on how to deal with the rush.

«The Cracker Barrel was awesome! Except for the food. And the wait. And all the crap they tried to sell us.»(My wife). Dumplings had been sitting for a while and congealed, the chicken was flavorless and insult of insults they didn’t light our table candle after we asked nicely twice. The wait staff was polite and gave us lots and lots of sweet tea… but getting our food was very slow and it came out cold. Still, it’s better than fast food.

Terrible service. We sat for an hour and a half and only got half our food. We had to chase down servers to get a refill of coffee our eggs are not cooked properly and we left hungry and angry. The manager is seating way too many people and the kitchen couldn’t keep up. Horrible sunday morning. Never again.

Well this Cracker Barrels was better than I had expected. I had read some recent reviews and the restaurant had been getting bad ratings. However, my experience here was really good. We were promptly seated. It did take the waitress a few minutes to get to us, but as soon as she did, she provided us excellent service. She was helpful when I was trying to decide what to order. She explained the food and how it was prepared very clearly. Our food came out pretty quickly, and everything was nice and hot. The baked chicken covered in corn flakes was really good. I’m glad that’s what I finally decided to order. In the shopping area, the customer service was great. The lady working the floor was very helpful with any of our needs. I love all the cool stuff in the store. I always find something in there I want to buy. I love the chain of Cracker Barrels and this location met all the needs.

Not up to par with the Cracker Barrels I am used to. Very slow and inattentive service. Server was pleasant but never brought coffee refills. Breakfast was not hot… not even the grits. Management was invisible throughout. Worst CB breakfast ever.

See my tip. I thank the manager purchasing my meal but that didn’t change the total lack of service I received. My french fries came cold. I ordered my meal with no onions & no pickles, it came with pickles. It took three glasses of water before I finally received a cold glass of water. The first two glasses and warm water in them.

We ate here Friday for dinner. Charles was our waiter and he was awesome! Everything was delicious! We are going back today for lunch! I used to not really like eating here because I’m a picky eater but this time was different. I think it’s because we had a waiter who made us feel at home.

This was one of the best Cracker Barrel’s I’ve been to. Which isn’t saying much because they’re all exactly the same. Standard store full of stuff, standard bathrooms, standard hostess, standard menu, standard service, standard food. Same, same, same. Nothing out of the ordinary.
