Awesome food and quick service. The Pink Lady and Honeymoon rolls were our favorites. Can’t go wrong with ½ off sushi Monday-Saturday from 4 – 6!

This place was bought over by somebody else, and all the chefs replaced. The food is horrible quality. The sushi is smaller than the length of my thumb. Fish does not taste fresh. The hibachi was friend lobster(it’s supposed to be grilled) so I have no idea if I was even give lobster. Finally the service was absolutely terrible. I will never go here again. I’m not even sure how this place will stay in business. It was also almost $ 100 for hibachi dinner for 2, a sushi roll, and an appetizer. Ridiculous.

I love Japanese Food, being a lover of Sushi and Seafood of amazing Quality is what I love about the Cuisine. The first time I came here was nearly 5 Years Ago, my dad took me here for my Graduation Dinner. Dad got a Bowl of Seafood Miso Soup while I got 3 Pieces of Sushi(Octopus, Eel and Scallop), For our Entrees Dad got the Teriyaki Chicken while I got the Hawaiian Style Red Snapper(3 Filets of Snapper stacked Criss-Cross with bits of Pineapple, Asparagus Heads, topped with Crispy Nori and with an Orange-Miso Sauce) Fish was cooked perfectly(although I don’t like Pineapple it added some nice Acidity to the Dish) Nori and the Asparagus Heads was crunchy like Tortilla Chips and the Sauce was Sweet and Salty. That Red Snapper was what I ordered the other 2 times I dined there(for the record), I also finished off with a Slice of Ice Cream Cake. Like I said before I love the way they work with Fish(Cooked or Raw). I always make sure to try and stop for some Fresh Fish !!!

Two words — Angry Dragon! It decimates all other sushi rolls. I’ve been here countless times and every single time I try to get something I haven’t had before, but someone at the table always gets that Angry Dragon and it’s always the best thing on the table. This place has great atmosphere — it’s small and quiet. The entire staff is very friendly. Happy hour from 4 – 6(not sure if it’s available on the weekend) is so great. I go with my buddy and we get 2 – 3 rolls, some drinks and once in a while edamame and it never ends up costing us more than $ 30. I love this place.

Disappointed with my most recent visit. The food is good. The dining area is getting really gross. The entrance way floor was so sticky that my shoes stuck to it. The carpet in the dining area is so filthy, sticky and smells like wet dog. The smell hit me as soon as I walked in the door. They need to replace flooring and clean! The electrical wiring needs some fixing as well. There are constant power surges that result in the lights flickering brighter and dimmer. It’s the kind of flickering that makes you think the powers going to go out all together. For the food– my sushi was delicious as always. My husbands grilled salmon was practically raw. Vegetables were tasty, but the asparagus stems were not trimmed leaving the pithy ends on. We won’t be coming back to this location. I can’t get over the ICK factor. Smelly restaurant with filthy floors trumps the good food. Bathroom is disgusting as well. The sticky floor, dirty toilet, dirty sink — yuck!

Very marginal Quality and presentation, our avocado salad was a half on an iceberg lettuce leaf. The rolls were ok, but the Chirasi was dry. Especially for the price, I would not recommend.

I’ve only tried some of their sushi The eel roll was delicious, but it went downhill from there. For some reason, they like to mix tempura flakes in everything! It just makes the rolls greasy. The spicy rolls have«crunch» in them but I’ve had crunchy spicy rolls and these weren’t really crunchy… they were too greasy from the tempura and a little bland for my taste. They even use the tempura flakes in mixtures for the special rolls, like Christmas(with spicy tuna) and Pink Lady(with lobster). Very disappointing. I don’t understand why they ruin things with so much grease — I love sushi because it’s NOT greasy!!!

Nice place. VERY authentic! The food is truly Japanese and not«Americanized» even one bit. It’s a tad pricey, but worth going to once in a while. The special rolls are excellent, but the salmon sashimi is by far the mindblower. The servers are friendly, the décor is very authentic, and we will definitely be back.

It would be wrong of me to give any less than 3 stars because I just tried the hibachi experience. I’d like to give 3.75 because there was 1 item I had which was deserving of 5 stars; however, the most important item(for me) was worth about 2 stars. The hibachi– it was your standard, dancing shrimp tail, onion volcano show which is pretty much the same everywhere you go. Some of the chefs had a different trick, but pretty much the same. I normally get the same dish at each hibachi. Filet and lobster. The filet was absolutely amazing, but the lobster(my favorite so I ordered an extra portion) wasn’t…figures :) it was over cooked and he seasoned it way too much. All of the other items e.g. rice, veggies, miso and salad were also very good. Overall, I think its a pretty good place to go out with friends for a fun evening out and the portion sizes are pretty good. I definitely left full. **Each chef will most likely give you a different experience. The table bext to ours was roaring. Especially when they had an elderly gentleman participating in a saki long distance shot. squirt, and the chef may have prepared the food a little better, so you may have ahigher rating for your visit**

I’ve been here a few times and even though the place is a bit dated, the food is always good at reasonable prices but this past weekend was a bit different. There was a large party upstairs and 3 tables including ours(2 of us) downstairs. We were walked by several times before being seated, after about 5 minutes went by our drink orders, 2 glasses of wine were taken. The wine took a while to get to the table but at this point it was no big deal. We ordered veggie tempura for an app and two sushi rolls for dinner. After waiting 40 minutes I asked if we were going to get our app, a minute or so later it was brought out to the table but it was brought out cold. After I told the waitress it was cold, she quickly took it back to the kitchen but by then we decided that it was time to leave. She brought the app back out a minute later piping hot. Now, there is only one way to do that and that’s to microwave it. Sorry, but I didn’t come here for microwaved food. At this point we were so disappointed that we were just going to pay for the wine and leave. I went to the register and told the gentleman that we have been here for an hour and only got a cold app so we would pay for the wine and leave. He waived the cost of the wine and apologized, which I thought was nice of him. If you are going to schedule a large party, that’s fine, just staff the place so they don’t take over all your time and effort. Along with our complaint, another table got up and left and I saw two other tables complaining also. I’ll give this place some time before and if I ever go back.

My friends and I have been to Fuji Grill III numerous times, and it has easily become my favorite sushi restaurant in the South Towns. Occasionally the owner is there to great you at the door and the wait staff is receptive to your needs. The food is prepared relatively quickly and their waitresses are always there to refill your water or tea. I’ve been here over a dozen times and I have never had a bad experience. The best part of Fuji Grill 3 is their half-off weekday special. As of this writing, from 4pm to 6pm every weekday they offer 50% off certain selections of sushi. These aren’t just the California Rolls either. They offer Rainbow, Dragon, and Spicy Tuna Rolls all for 50% off. Check the menu on their website. Any menu item with a red star means that it is eligible for this deal. The quality of their sushi is also very good. I am not an «expert» by any means, but I can tell you that the fish-to-rice ratio is relatively high. While other places try to rip you off by serving you sushi with ridiculous amounts of filler rice, they don’t skimp on the fish here. The only downside to this place is its size. I wouldn’t recommend Fuji Grill 3 for parties larger than six. While there is a decent amount of seating(I’ve never had to wait for a table), the place itself isn’t very large. There is really only one area of the restaurant that could theoretically hold a group of 10+ patrons, but that would involve the waitresses pushing tables together and reorganizing chairs. Pros: Amazing specials, off-street parking, friendly service, outdoor seating, free wifi Cons: Small, not for big groups

Definately the best Fuji Grill location for romantic dinners. The other Fuji Grill is too loud. The food is great, and the service is impeccable, with real Japanese waitresses. The only weird thing is the lights, which seem to flicker randomly, as if the place is using too much power. That can be distracting during dinner.

I have to admit, I’m really impressed with the food at this joint. Everything I get is excellent! My girlfriend and I got the X-Men, Dream Team, and shrimp tempura rolls, with green tea to drink and green tea w/tempura ice cream.

Great service, the best sushi restaurant in the state if not the country. Tomo is the best chef and a very personable to his customers. The staff is wonderful as well! You can’t ask for a more perfect place to eat.

Great little sushi joint in quaint Orchard Park. Our group got a variety of sushi rolls, including the Paradise roll and the Fancy Alaskan which featured king crab and Alaskan salmon. Both were fantastic! They have a nice, quiet dining room, and a large patio area that we will be back for in summer. Decent sake selection and attentive and friendly staff will have us back for more! But not before we check out their other locations!
