Ok. So I was told by some friends that they absolutely loved this place. I could not understand why so I decided to order again. Mmmm. The bread was slightly crispy which I LOVE. I had no idea they had all these extras you could add. The girl I ordered from originally told me the menu was what you get. I’m sure she was knew and probably didn’t know any better and I have terrible eyes so trying to see their menu was nearly impossible for me. My favorite now is the #1 — The Pepe. Ypu can add things like hot peppers and sprouts. Ooooh so good! I still can’t say enough about the service. They are always friendly and I love how fast they are! I’ve moved and they now deliver to my place. Now I’m craving it! Yum!

Thanks for the fast delivery, but could you take an extra 10 – 15 seconds to make the sandwich I ordered. This makes the third time in a row you have messed up the order. I ordered with a coworker and you screwed up both. I’m not asking you to rebuild my transmission. It’s a sandwich.

I’ve been there two nights in a row and it was delicious. I love that you can skip the bread and have it wrapped in lettuce instead. It was big and tasty enough that I didn’t even miss the bread. Very friendly employees and fast service as well. We had the pleasure of having(I think his name was Anthony) help us and he was so friendly and funny. We’ll be back for sure.

Don’t get me wrong I use to enjoy this place but the older I get the more I notice what I’m eating and their sandwiches are soo much bread and mayo and there aren’t really all that may options to change that. Every time I go it seems like the mayo is overpowering and its so saucy my toppings keep trying to squirt out and what is the deal with no pickles to actually stick in the sandwich?

I think this place is great. The sandwiches are excellent and everything is fresh. I especially like the wheat bread instead of the roll!

I have no idea why people make such a fuss over Jimmie Johns. I’ve eaten there twice, only because my friend loves the lettuce wraps. The sandwiches basically suck. I hope I never have to eat another one. The one today b was turkey. I asked for and paid for the Avacado spread. Never tasted it. The tomatoes were half raw. No choice of bread. Worst deli I’ve ever been to. What I meant to say, they were half green with no tomato taste.

We ordered for delivery, and he was very quick. He did get lost, and we had to go out on the street to help him, but he apologized. I thought that was nice, we have a very difficult house to find, a apology was not necessary, but he genuinely gave one all the same. We used online ordering, the system worked well. They don’t offer as many toppings as Subway, so if you want all of the extras, JJ is not the way to go. We got a Turkey Sub, and the Gargantuan Sub. I would not say the bread is better or worse than Subway’s, it is just different. It is thinner and chewier. The turkey was better than Subway’s, though I think the portions of meat are about the same. The Gargantuan was pretty good, it had more flavor with all of the different meats. The turkey sub was far blander. I don’t think that the prices match the sub’s. They don’t offer as much of the toppings that Subway does, free or not. Subway usually assumes you will order plenty of toppings, and when you do, the prices are still cheaper then JJ’s. I do like their pickles. They are huge, and crisp. More dill flavor would be nice, but all in all, a descent pickle. I like that they use Hellman’s mayonnaise, which in my book is the best processed mayo. I would order it over the subway in Oregon City, but they are on the same level, I would not expect anything better.

The boundary line for delivery is total crap. I live less than a mile and a half away, and out of bounds! Wow.

Good prices, good food, and delivery is fast. What else could you want.

To be fair, I’ve only had their tuna sub, but I love it! Their bread is awesome and the tuna is not drowning in mayo. Plus they have sprouts! Way better food than Subway could even dream of having.

Eh… Ok sandwich. Not bad, but not beyond«good,» either, although their bread is really really good. I asked for pickles on my sandwich and was told I could buy a whole pickle for $ 1.25 and they’d slice it for me. Really?!? I wasn’t impressed with my selection because the roast beef was chewier than the delicious bread, and the tomato was not ripe. Skimpy portions but, as they advertise… fast! So what? I can wait a minute or two longer while you figure out why its do hard to have some pickles pre cut and charge each customer $.25 for 4 slices. Freaky Fast means the delivery driver speeds through the parking lot. Hey, did I mention the delicious bread?! We’ll, maybe next time I’ll just get bread. Ar least that way, I won’t be disappointed.

A nice change from subway, they make their food fast and if your in their delivery range they are crazy quick! I’ve had great service, and questionable but it’s a takeout place and I’m not going for the«experience» I’m going for the food and they have yet to let me down. I think some of the reviewers need to lighten up and if they need their ass kissed, perhaps go to a sit-down restaurant where the staff is working for tips.

Sandwich was okay, the service was horrid. Snarky blonde girl at register actually smirked at me to my face when I didn’t «get» the ordering process. Silly me, I thought I could just order a turkey sandwich without reading thru the whole menu. Really, was that smirk-worthy? We will never order from that JJ location.

Number of stars stays the same because I still feel the same way about the food. My husband absolutely LOVES Jimmy John’s so tonight we decided on a fast dinner option. I called to ask about delivery. We’re .9 miles away from the nearest location. They don’t deliver to us and according to the dude on the phone they have«weird» boundaries. I would say so. It takes me 5 minutes to get there by car so it should take them the same amount of time. I’d put my booty in the car and do it myself but I have 3 kids 4 and under and I’m 32 weeks pregnant. So I was HOPING they’d just simply deliver to me and save me a trip. Not gonna happen.

Seems like the reviews for this place have not been great. We came in on a Friday at 1:30pm and found the service to be good. The guy behind the counter was patient and helpful. My wife even changed her sandwich after they started making it, and they were totally fine with it. I do question the ‘no hot peppers on the side’ comment made. I ordered the Italian Nightclub and always get the peppers on the side. Not one of the 4 other Jimmys has made a comment and they all have done it. However this location was taking the stand of no peppers on the side, just on the sandwich. I think that your location needs to review this policy. Especially when the menu has peppers listed for ‘free.‘ What did I learn today? No peppers for you! Come back, one year!

I have been to other Jimmy John’s prior, so I have come to expect prompt service, and to literally have my order in my hand within 90 seconds. That is how the Bridgeport location does it. This felt like Subway, except I wasn’t picking the items for my sandwich. The place was not even busy. I think the staff needs to take a field trip to some other locations to see how it works. All in all, same JJ food, same JJ price. Just lacking the JJ service. It is in a convenient location to where I live, but I don’t think I will be back.

So there’s big talk about their«CRAZYFAST’ delivery & them having«AMAZING» subs… I tried them for the 1st time when they were doing a promotion for $ 1 subs, figured that’d be a great way to try one of the ones i’d eat… It was okay. if im going to spend $ 4.25 on a sub though then i rather goto Subway & pay the extra $ 0.75 to have personalized toppings on it(&have a bit more fillings in it) My grandma really liked it though since she doesn’t eat much so the light fillings & it being 8″ she was able to get 3 meals out of it… I cant say much about the delivery though since i went in to get it so i’m not sure how fast the delivery is but i do know that they make those subs in like 30seconds so i’d imagine that’d make it easier for them to deliver it quicker.

I don’t know what Priscilla M ordered, but our sandwiches were delicious and loaded with meat and the workers were quite friendly. I’ve ordered the«unwich»(lettuce wrap in place of bread) and it was delicious as well. I must say, though, that I ordered the same sandwich at the location on Broadway and it was way better. My only complaint is that the overhead music was so loud it was hard to converse with the girl taking my order, so I was worried she wouldn’t get my order correct. Two couples came in to order, but were so put off by the loud music they walked right back out. If I were the manager, I’d rather sacrifice the loud crappy music than lose sales.

Went in to Jimmy John’s for the first time today… This is a new place in Oregon City so it shouldn’t be a shock to the employees that some people that walk through the door will have never been to their establishment before. I was greeted right away and then a couple seconds later was asked what they could get started for me. I hadn’t even had time to look at the menu so I quickly stated«I don’t know yet thanks.» There were a bunch of high school kids working behind the counter, it was not very busy in the store(just a couple sitting at a table) so I thought the service might have been better than what I got. A «do you have any questions?» or «have you been to our store before?» would have been welcome but I just got blank stares when I said that I wasn’t ready to order yet. I finally settled on a number 6, labeled«Vegetarian». I am a vegetarian so I thought I would give this place a shot because I am tired of being told I have to pay more to get extra cheese on the only vegetarian sub from Subway which is basically just a meat sandwich with all the veggies minus the meat for the same price if not more if you want to add extra cheese, I digress. One of the maybe 5 employees behind the counter slapped the wrapped up sandwich on the counter and shouts out«Number 6». I go to pick it up and ask a couple employees that were just standing there if I could have a bag. They inform me that it is self serve. I honestly think that if you are to make it «self serve» that you might try putting the bags and napkins somewhere where the customer does not have to reach over the counter to grab their own bags while the employees stand idly around. I drive home, unwrap the sandwich and take a bite. I notice there is something not right about the sandwich. I begin to take it apart and find about 5 slices of bacon in my «Number 6 Vegetarian» sandwich. I drive back and inform the person at the counter that I ordered a Vegetarian sandwich and there is bacon on it. They state that I must have picked up the wrong sandwich(which is not my fault when I pick up a sandwich that they call out as my order). I got a new sandwich but a discount coupon or something would have made me feel a little better about having to drive back after I had already driven home. Needless to say it was not a very good first experience here and I am not sure if I will be back. If I were the owner or manager I would work with my employees on how to provide better customer service.
