Love this sushi bar. Happy Hour daily makes sushi Valley best buy in Metro area. Friendly and fast service. Table and bar seating. Good menu selection.

The best, freshest sushi I’ve ever had. I tell everyone to go here. The Hot Roll and Vegas Roll are my obsession! Staff is courteous, service is fast, prices are great. They offer a happy hour and a stamp card!

Best sushi I’ve ever had — coming from me, who’s hated sushi my whole life! Tried it for the first time about a year ago at a lace in Milwaukie and slowly started developing a palet for it. After all the sushi laces I’ve now tried, this is by far the best. Super clean and the employees are always friendly!

Like the place the customer service has gotten better. What ever happen to Ping! Gawd she was cute. The food quality is all ways good but I absolutely hate having to ask for spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce. Just put the damn stuff on the sushi track.

My FAVORITE Sushi place by far! Great selection and service! Owner is so nice! She recognizes us when my kiddos and I come in. Even pre-orders our usuals as we walk in. Couldn’t recommended another sushi restaurant more than this one! Not to mention, they have happy hour every day from 2 – 4:30pm. All plates are 1.85(except the ones that are 1.35!) Great time to take the family and try new things! All the staff are really nice and friendly!

Great for the price! Excellent rolls and great fresh salmon! Staff is very friendly and attentive. Very quick and easy, much healthier than fast food.

The sushi is so fresh. The blue plates my favorite. Especially the Los Angeles roll. I visit OC three times a year from«TheO.C.» in California and it’s really good good sushi. Order my mom a take home tempura shrimp and mixed vegetables and she liked it ! Brother lives the Vegas roll. Great job Sushi Valley !

This has quickly become a family favorite. The lady here is amazing. She can remember what you like and will ask if you want it after you sit down. Food is always fresh and you can order off the menu if you don’t see what you want. Love it! The hot roll, the dragon and the spicy salmon rolls are my favorites. Also love their special sauce. Clean environment, fast and friendly service with good food.

I’m not sure this place needs yet another very satisfied customer review– yet, here goes! Why? It’s great to have this place here in the other OC. Another owner-operated, well-run and fantastic business is always welcome. I’ve been in OC13 years and until 2 years ago, had to venture to Clackamas to find good sushi. So this place is much appreciated! Go for the happy hour to try it from 2−4p, when each plate is only $ 1.85. And then, just keep coming back. The owner will greet you at the door and show you to a seat. If one is not available, don’t worry, she’ll bring you tea or pop if you’d like. Well worth a visit– or 10. This place has earned the community’s support!

The sushi at Sushi Valley is fine. Granted, I normally set the bar a little higher than just fine when I’m looking for a sushi spot. I don’t have any complaints about the quality of the fish or the price, but there certainly isn’t a lot of variety or at least there hasn’t been much variety on the days I’ve visited. You’ll see a lot of California rolls and spicy tuna pass by. A couple next to us ordered off the menu, so maybe that’s how people get some of the other fish? The people who work here are normally rushing by, so I haven’t had an opportunity to ask. If I were to suggest a couple things, it would be to add signage to the conveyor belt and/or individual plates and to improve the variety by including different fish and some of the more interesting rolls.

I’m no sushi expert, but I can appreciate a good Cali, and spicy tuna roll. They keep hot pot stickers, and coconut shrimp rolling around the belt. I almost forgot the tempura battered rolls! Like I said, in no expert but I like what I like, and the place has it all!

DISGUSTING!!! The crab, or probably krab, was gritty. I’ve never eaten a California roll that disgusting before. I tried a few rolls, and only liked one. I felt sick all day after eating it. And the lady didn’t finish the sale. I paid for my meal with card, and she sat someone else after she gave me my card back and she said thanks so I left. Then she chased me down in the parking lot to have me sign. Not my fault you walked away, lady. Wish I didn’t pay for that meal to be honest. Never going there again. Sickening.

Between family, friends and myself I ate here 5 times in 6 days last week. This isn’t even a exaggeration. They know my husband and mines order by heart and always gives us our seats! Love their hours! No matter how late my hubbs gets home from work we can enjoy a dinner together here. Their Orange sauce needs more siracha desperately, but everything else is yum! BTW they have happy hour for plates!

First visit here, and I gotta say it’s just not that good. Lots of reviews all over the spectrum. Some who are in awe of its deliciousness. Others who hated it and gave it a 2nd chance. I don’t know if I can give it another shot. I had arrived just prior to the lunch rush. The belt was PACKED with no available space for more. However the selection was horrid. Just tons of California rolls, sesame balls, and simple items. More than ½ their menu was unrepresented on the belt. It was too bad. The service was alright. Nothing to call home about. But not memorable. I’ll keep going to Sushi Track in Wilsonville, they have something called«Sushi Pizza». It’s amazing and on the belt as a hot item.

I’ve been to many sushi conveyor belt places and this one is THEBEST! We love to take our young kids out to these types of places because we can start eating as soon as we sit down. This place has great quality, freshness, good variety and large beautiful pieces of salmon nigiri, which is my personal favorite. Nice attentive staff, too. We will definitely be back!

Oc needed a good sushi place! The food tastes fresh. Everything is great about this place except the service. There is only one server that is good and that’s the Asian girl who is always there! They have gone threw a lot of servers and really suck with checking on people and getting their items but that always happens with our new society. It’s hard to find a place with all perfect servers! But I would recommend this place! Just go when it’s not busy for better service!

Really good for conveyor belt sushi. Lots of options and you can order off the menu, too. Flavors are good, portions are nice sized and prices are good — Especially if you go during«Happy Hour»…ALL plates are $ 1.85(Under $ 2). The service is nice and the place is pretty clean.

Pros: I am so excited to have a sushi train in Oregon City. The food/sushi is very very good. Always a great selection, and lots of friendly staff. It’s just a nice, clean, good place to eat. They also have Japanese sodas here so that’s a star on its own. Cons: too close to my house. I’ve eaten here twice this week… and now I always want to go.

As promised, I wanted to give this place a second chance over our messy first experience that was happy hour. I am glad I did. I will make it a point to not go during happy hour on a weekend again. This time the rolls were tight, and well constructed. The fish tasted fresh, and was cut well. There was a better variety on the belt this time, plenty to choose from. I liked their peppered tuna, something I was unable to try before. It is nice to see a dish new like this being offered at a sushi belt. This was a much better, and tastier experience. The service was great. I prefer them over Sushi Boat, and for a sushi belt this place is definitely okay. It is pricy to go in off of happy hour, but I am willing to pay extra for the higher quality and variety we received during normal hours. If I can not make it out to West Linn for sushi, Sushi Valley is a great second choice.
