Amara Day Spa is your one stop for primping. Yes you deserve it. I’ve been coming here for a year now to get my nails done. I love the friendly staff and Brooke who makes my nails happy. You will always see customers with smiles as you hustle to your appointment. I know some of the stylists here and they are top notch. Some of the best talent in the valley. While you linger before or after your beauty treatment you can shop in the boutique for clothing, jewelry or cosmetics. A great place to find special gifts. I always end up purchasing a fantastic item!

Super impressed. I just went in for a giftcard, and was super pleased with the service. Was greeted right away and helped immediately. The establishment looked very nice. I would love to go back and shop at the botique and try their services.

World class boutique! I’ve found so many unique items that I get so many compliments on: from bags to shoes to earrings to dresses, swimsuits and hats-​Amara has it all! They have good prices, always stuff marked down, and great biannual sales! (I’m talking I set my alarm!) Their massages– forget about those $ 50 massage clubs; this is $ 60 for a full hour, towels and essential oils included! (By the time you «upgrade» at other places it’s the same or more, so this is a better value). For hair, I love their chairs/​sinks for washing hair– no sore necks here-​and you’ll always get a great scalp massage. Great color! Fun makeup. Good spray tans. Really there’s something for everyone– gel nails, waxing– and they work hard to keep you happy!

Amara definitely has a very fun and happy vibe. I usually get my nails done here and although I love the service it does cost more than other places.
I enjoy shopping in the boutique. They offer a variety of super cute clothes that are unique and fashionable.
I took my mother-​in-​law here once and she got her hair done. She was very happy with her service and has been hooked ever since. So although the services can be pricey, they do a great job and I always leave feeling happy and beautiful. I guess you get what you pay for.

I am writing this review as I sit here. I hope my massage will change my opinion.
I go to a SPA (this is more like a hair salon) for a massage and pay a ridiculous amount of money in hopes to be treated really well. But instead of getting an opportunity to wait in a tranquil room, I have to sit in their waiting room (where there aren’t enough seats) in the sun with the loudness of the hair salon. I don’t even know if a massage room exists in this place. I have had better experiences with buying a massage on groupon than having to pay the full price here.
I was really looking forward to my experience her but unless the massage is amazing… I don’t know if I will come back.

Within the last two years of giving this place a try I have had to return every single time after getting my hair cut and or colored because they did a subpar job. First time I went– they didn’t apply toner to my highlights and it turned out to be an awful color. Luckily it was an easy fix for me to go back and apply some toner free of charge (as long as I walked out with my head sopping wet). Second time I decided to chop off my hair– to my shoulders. After a couple days I noticed that one side was visibly longer than the other? I showed it to several people and they noticed as well. I came back in and my stylist agreed and fixed it. Third time I came in to put some blonde highlights in. The assistant was the one to take out my highlights and decide whether or not they needed toner. She decided I didn’t need toner. Went home… and the highlights were so bright and streaky. Not what we had talked about. I came back and a different stylist applied toner and it was a little better. Luckily the streaky part was at the nape of my neck so you only noticed if my hair was pulled up. This last time I went I showed the stylist a picture of what I was wanting and I came out with platinum blonde hair when I had shown her golden blonde with some bright pieces. I was in shock. I was able to come back but this time they charged me to apply toner. It became this huge ordeal when they should have just compensated for it because clearly my hair was not the same shade as the picture I had brought in. I have given up on this salon. I feel bad writing this review but I really think a lot of these stylists are straight from hair school and still learning and experimenting with color. I went to 4 different girls and none of them were able to provide adequate service. This salon is really pricey so I feel that I should get what I paid for and be happy coming out of the salon. Apart from the York mints they offer, the best head massages I’ve ever received, and the cutest boutique in the front I would never recommend this salon.
The only reason I’ll keep coming back is to see Nikki Harward who does the best eyebrow shaping/​waxing in Utah County.

Amara is awesome! Every time I go there, every single employee is so nice and friendly. I’ve had haircuts/​color, brow wax and pedicures here and I always leave looking like a million bucks. I’ve also found way too many cute things in the boutique, too. I love pampering myself at Amara.

I have gone to Amara for all my beauty needs for years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The customer service you receive here is beyond compare. Everyone I’ve ever had contact with is so sincerely nice and knowledgable. I know that whatever beauty product or service I need they will have the latest and greatest. The shopping!!! I don’t need to say any more than that. They always have new, fresh, amazing options. I love Amara and all it offers!

I love Amara. I’ve been coming here for years getting my eyelashes and hair done. All of their technicians are extremely talented and make it such s great experience. They do a perfect job of making you feel welcome while still being professional. Love love this place.

I love going here. I have had my hair done (love Starlee) nails, eyebrows, and massages. All of the services have been great. They also have amazing clothes, shoes, and makeup out front that are amazing. The whole experience here is perfect.

I felt so taken care of! They treat you so well at Amara. And Tessa is awesome. She has a ton of experience and is really sweet. I highly recommend them for waxing.

Easily the best Day Spa in Utah! The customer service is absolutely the best I’ve seen. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Everything from the selection of services provided to the selection available in the boutique, it is all first class. I highly recommend Amara to anyone and everyone, men included!

I was growing out my hair and just came in for layers… And my hair ended up looking so choppy. The hairstylist assured me that if will be fine once I was my hair. When I got home, I washed my hair and dried it again. And it still looks super uneven and choppy.

Love this place! Everyone is so sweet and they have a great boutique! Pricing is a little high but it’s worth it for. Good clean establishment that’s on par with all the top trends!

I received a gift package to go here. And it was INCREDIBLE. Facial, massage, manicure, pedicure. It was amazing. I could have fallen asleep easily during the facial. The lady was ridiculously nice. I was so relaxed. Which was rare. Taking my mom there next as she has never had a manicure. I’m sure she will love it too!

Poor customer service. I had to wait over an hour. The girl said at the end of the service said that she had to use extra color so she was going to charge me extra. I am a blonde and was going darker and by the end of the service my hair was almost the same color. When I called to get a color correction they said they would charge me again… honestly awful customer service and don’t plan on going back.

Beautiful Salon and boutique. Reasonable prices. Ask for Shelby, she is the best! Professional products sold. Walk-​Ins welcome

When I’m feeling like a pick me up I can rely on a nice pedicure from here :) every gal I met has been very nice!
