You’re asked to wait for the fries to be freshly cooked — they are NOT freshly cooked-​warmer maybe. You asked for a fresh hot hamburger-​NOT-​they often come cold. You asked for fry sauce and a chocolate-​chip cookie-you’ll be lucky if you live close to KFC in Orem because you’ll have to go back to get one or both of the items. The help looks like they are thrown together, spattered in grease, and mixed in the flour bin. This is normal for this store!!! Will be willing to drive further for good food.

It’s almost impossible for them to get your order right. If you come CHECK EVERY-​BOX! For some reason these workers have a hard time getting you the right things. It’s filthy inside. The drive thru workers are clueless and really have no idea what your order was ugh! KFC go back to 1990 when you had good food and good workers that actually cared. Nothing is more yummy than seeing an employee smoking and go back to work without washing their hands!

The food is good, but the cashier would take orders then serve food without washing his hands, and he didn’t look like he had good hygiene to begin with. The wait was long, it seemed like they were understaffed. But if your in the mood for a double down they are the only restaurant that does it, and it’s worth getting. It’s the only item fried fresh to order.

I know the other reviews are horrible but 5 stars just because I love there chicken so much! KFC will hands down always be my favorite fried chicken. 2 stars for the pricing!!! Holy smoly chicken is expensive! (Sadly probably why KFC are disappearing!)

The place is really dirty and I would say that it was not as good as usual at this location. If I were them I would redo the whole look and feel of the place like Wendy’s did.

I’ve been going to this KFC for 20 yrs. I’m hooked for life. But this store has a long-​standing reputation for giving anemic-​sized portions for the price you pay. Every other store location in the state is fine, but I really don’t like french-​fry-​size chicken strips that cost $ 1.25 each. Other stores give you maybe 2 extra strips to make up for such small portions. That has never, ever happened here.

Health Code Violation!!!
OMIGOSH I was horrified tonight. As we were waiting in line at the Orem Utah KFC a customer came in to return his chicken. He had ordered original but was given extra crispy. The worker proceeded to take the customers chicken and PUT IT BACK IN THE WARMER. I jumped in and exclaimed «You can’t do that! You cannot serve that chicken to other people.» Oh oops was the workers response. Needless to say, other customers were grossed out too. We left without ordering. Weinerschnitzel got our business tonight. It’s going to be awhile before I can get over the trauma. GROSSED ME OUT!!!

What does one say. A standard YUM brand fast food outlet. However, until there’s other options, the only other choice is the fried chicken in the mega-​mart. They don’t have drive through. So, every now and again I find myself in the drive through letting the Colonel cook for me. There is a reasonable number of choices. It’s not burgers (unless you want the truly awful A&W burgers). The deserts are even pretty good.
