I had been coming to this Taco Bell at least once a week for their steak breakfast crunchwrap, and iced coffee. The staff is super friendly but unfortunately I’m going to have to end my relationship with Taco Bell all together. I got horrible food poisoning from one of the crunchwraps a few weeks ago. I’m literally afraid to eat here again.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. Being my favorite I’ve eaten at a lot of them. A LOT. There’s something special about this one. They always get my order right, the service is fast, and the food is better than any other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I really appreciate it when the person making my food puts sour cream or nacho cheese along the entire burrito instead of a little squirt on one end. Kudos to this Taco Bell. It’s somehow better than all the rest.

I don’t recall his name but he was dressed as a GM. This is the type of service you come back to. Awesome guy, genuinely positive. He was so nice at the window and you couldn’t help but be happy by chatting with him. For being 8am, he was happy in his job and it really showed. I trusted him and I felt that the food was cooked properly because of his attitude, I felt anything he did was honest. You do not get this in most places let alone fast food. I wish I wasn’t traveling through and that he worked at my local Taco Bell. Good job man, you represent your company well.

Worst Taco Bell experience EVER! Ordered our food and pulled up. Waited for 3 – 4 minutes for person ahead of us (just one already at the window) to be done. We pull up and no one comes to the window. Finally someone comes to the window and has a glove on his hand (because he’s preparing food) proceeds to use his gloved hand to open the window and then to take our money and give us our change. Proceeds to go back to preparing food without putting on a new glove. Brings us our drink and tells us have a good day. Meanwhile we still don’t have our food. Try to get the employees attention and they ignore us. Finally open the window and hands us the food without saying a word.

I was very unimpressed to find that, at this Taco Bell my order was taken wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese burrito and received a sausage egg and cheese burrito. Usually I have never had this problem at any Taco Bell, I am disappointed that it is different at this location.

I know it’s silly but John, the manager, really makes this place feel like a real restaurant. Eye contact, name usage and all around great service.

Who writes a review of Taco Bell? This is the friendliest fast food joint I’ve been in… Maybe ever. The manager made a point of engaging every customer and then walked out to make sure it was acceptable. REALLY? At a Taco Bell? Food was fine, but very impressed by John and his attention to customer satisfaction.

This Taco Bell is absolutely amazing. The staff here are very friendly, understanding and quick. Used to come here often enough to get the manager to remember my name. Very good environment to eat in as well. No yelling coming from the kitchen, no cars zooming by and some nice background music to make it even better

Food was what I would expect from any Taco Bell. The footprint is very small so at busy times it would be too cramped for me to enjoy a meal.
The service is much slower than I expect from any fast food establishment. I waited more than 5 minutes for 2 double decker tacos. The employees were obviously enjoying their shift but it could have been toned down a little so it was more professional. I didn’t need to hear the cashier telling everyone behind the counter that she will have two different jobs this summer. A different employee said «you stuck your leg up» and the rest was in a normal voice so I don’t know what he said but I’m happy I didn’t have to hear the rest.
