Milagros offers some pretty unique Mexican fusion creations. We thoroughly enjoyed the ceviche lettuce wraps, BBQ rib enchiladas, and of course the queso appetizer. Service was great and quick. Will be back again.

The food was ok, but I cannot say this is authentic Mexican food. And I think it is too overpriced. The menu is really small, no alcoholic beverages. I wasn’t 100% happy with my food but it was good, service was good. I do not think I would go again. But I’m glad I gave it a try.

Milagros has reasonably priced food with reasonable quality. Unfortunately, everything is very much not spicy and tastes way too sweet for my southwestern palate. My suggestion is to go if you don’t like Mexican food and want to try something different, but don’t go if you’re looking for traditional Mexican, Tex-Mex, or Southwestern food.

No. I mean, it’s not horrible, but what’s all the hype about? Just very average. My stars are for the atmosphere and the pride that the servers have in the restaurant.

Milagros is a fun little change of pace from your typical Mexican faire… The truth is, I wouldn’t really consider it Mexican food at all. It’s definitely Tex-Mex with their own unique twists on the classics. The food is on the verge of comfort food and you wont feel the slight bit healthy. Everything I tried was good, I guess I was just expecting something different. The salsa is so sweet i would consider it chunky ketchup; it wasn’t my favorite. Nothin is out-of-this-world amazing but it all tastes good which is why it is «A-OK» in my book. I will say, the portions are big and the menu is diverse, I’m sure you’ll find something you can enjoy. The service is phenomenal so thats a plus. I definetly would not come here looking for anything near authentic Mexican food… I think Taco Bell comes closer to that.

If you want authentic Mexican… this is NOT the place. But if you want Mexican Fusion, then you’ll be pleased. The green tomatillo salsa is my favorite(ever). I have never tasted one like it and I’ve lived in LA, NYC, DC. It’s truly different. The tortillas are solid. The chicken mango salad is delish. The big salad(can’t think of the name) is great. Once again, it’s uniquely Milagros, and I love it.

It’s really not fair for me to rate this place being from Texas. In the event someone is traveling, this review is for you. The food here is pretty bland. From the salsas to the enchiladas — bland. It kinda reminded me of food you would get in the hospital. Without griping, I don’t have anything positive to say about this place except that the staff is friendly. For better Mexican food, look elsewhere.

I really don’t like doing bad reviews but this place really does deserve a low one. I am a huge fan of Mexican food so I like trying lots of different restaurants to see if I can find an awesome one. I just wish I would have read the reviews for this place before I spent so much money for such blan food. First off the salsa was way too sweet that it was unbearable and I only ate one chip with it. Second I was craving some amazing Mexican nachos so that’s what I ordered, for $ 14.00, which literally ended up being chips with melted cheese that I could have made at home even better for a fraction of the price. Although the atmosphere of the place was nice and the staff were very friendly but I will not go back.

This place is very«meh». I got the ceviche with a side of black beans. The chips and salsa they serve was not very good. The tomatillo salsa was very sweet. I couldn’t really stand it. The red salsa was less sweet, but still too sweet. The ceviche was good. The seafood tasted pretty fresh. The big negative for me with the ceviche plate was the wilted red leaf lettuce. That made it difficult to eat without making a big mess. The beans were ok – a bit bland – but ok. I also tried some guac from a friend’s plate(he forgot to ask them to not add guac to his chicken burrito) and some pork with the nacho platter another friend got. The guac was ok. The pork was actually pretty good. The chicken burrito my buddy ordered was burned on the bottom, and his chicken was dry.

This is our go-to Mexican restaurant! It is owned and managed by amazing people that hold a very high standard to their employees. The food is outstanding and the service can’t be beat.

We has the queso fundido that was very creamy and delicious. I ordered the beef chimichanga and the beef was perfect flavored with the perfect level of salt. Then of course how could you go wrong with a deep fried burrito. The service was very good and the atmosphere was pleasant and family friendly.

Unfortunately, this was not a fabulous experience. I went here on a date with my husband and it was pretty much the worst ever. The veggie burrito was disgusting and the chicken quesadilla was pretty gross too. The service was good, but the food was so gross that I threw up afterwards and had to cut our date night short. I really wanted it to be good, but I don’t think I can ever go back.

The veggie burrito was terrible. It was pretty much raw carrot and squash with some melted cheese and salsa wrapped in a tortilla. It was not editable. I only took 3 bites. Salsa and chips was average. And it is overpriced!

First off, over priced. Everthing tastes like they just dump sugar in it. Seriously the salsa the rice, the quesadilla. Not good. Go to rancheritos for better food or Maria Bonitas.

Ok so first of all the ambiance is elegant and reminds me of the old Los hermonos restaurant in Provo. The chips and salsa are just average except they do serve a sweet green salsa which makes it a little different. I guess Milagros is owned by bajio(like café rio/costa vita) but unfortunately they got bought out. Bajio hands down was my favorite because I have a sweet and savory taste palate which they were right on target. So when I heard it was the same creator I knew I had to try it. I got the chicken mango salad and added a side of there signature sweet rice! This was excellent! I originally got the avocado dressing that tasted like blended avocado(yuck) but then got there house ranch and that was delicious! They put sweet corn and Caramelized onions on the salad and serve it w/a homemade tortilla. Why I only give them 3 stars is because of there terrible service! I don’t even think there was a manager to check on customers and our waiter was horrible! He was busy but seemed very short and annoyed. I have been in the restaurant industry over 13 years and if you don’t like people this is the wrong job! Service needs to step it up but the quality of the food is subpar.

Zero stars if I could. Food is bland and poorly made. It’s very expensive for what it is. I’m pretty sure they are serving Taco Bell quality for a premium price. The salsas are watery and flavorless. The staff is less helpful and I wasn’t pleased with any aspect of my meal. The restaurant is fairly clean but other then that I don’t have a lot of good things to say. If you want cheap Mexican food go to mama chus if you want amazing Mexican food go to oteo. If you want poor Mexican food for a ripoff price come to Milagros

It’s been over a year now since I ate here. I haven’t been back. I have no intention of ever going back. Save yourself the money and bad taste left in your mouth by going to Taco Bell and getting food much more authentic and tasty. Zero or negative stars are needed here.

Delish Tex Mex! Really fresh ingredients. I had the sweet pork enchiladas by recommendation from my brother. He was right! Super yum with sweet rice & black beans. Salsa also super good! Fun atmosphere, stellar & friendly service. Live acaustic guitar player. Definitely go back!

The service was good, yes, but the food was mediocre. It was a bit bland(with the exception of a melted cheese dish). The look of the place itself was charming enough, though the energy there was heavy and almost sad feeling. Also, what kind of Mexican restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol? Oh yeah, a restaurant in Orem. Unreal. The patrons, again this is an Orem thing, stared me down like I was an alien. I assume it was because I was wearing a spaghetti-strap dress. In any case, I don’t think I’ll go back to Milagros again.

Most people in our group liked it. I thought it was terrible. Salsa: Terrible. The tomatillo salsa was sweet. Many people in our group liked, but those were only the folks from Utah, and not all of those did. Tomatillo salsa is not supposed to be sweet. Salsa in general shouldn’t be sweet. Not only was it sweet, but it lacked the flavor of the tomatillos, and I didn’t catch any hint of chile at all. Guacamole: Good, some of the better guac I’ve had. Chile Relleno: The cheese was good, the breading was too thick and almost seemed like bisquick or something. Fish Tacos: Meh, not as bad as the salsa or chile relleno, but far from good. They were flavorless, and again, not even a hint of chile of any sort. Would have been good if there were some sort of poblano or something in there, but there wasn’t. Honey infused onion: Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I couldn’t stand to finish it, which speaks volumes if you know me and my appetite. What I like about roasted onions is the onion flavor with the natural sweetness that comes out through the roasting process, that way the sweetness enhances the natural onion flavor. I don’t know how they managed to mess that up, but there was virtually no onion flavor at all, and I’m not talking about the spicy that you get with an uncooked onion. Adding a little bit of vinegar to the process would probably do wonders. The honey only took away from the experience. That’s all I had, but I don’t plan to go back again. On top of that, the service was poor. We didn’t get any plates for our appetizers, which may seem trivial at first, but try sharing something with a table when there is only one plate. One person in our group improvised the chip bowl to be a plate and the waiter didn’t pick up on it.
