Buying anything there is expensive but staff members are always nice, patient, and helpful. Also the actual tea blends can be a hit and a miss but some of them are reeeally good.

Teavana is pretty great. They offer a lot of tea blends, and there are lots of choices for only herbal drinkers, like me.
All the tea is loose-​leaf, so they can set you up with the tools to brew at home, but be aware it’ll be an investment on your first trip, if you don’t have anything already.
I enjoy most of the blends, but some I’m not a fan of. Most of the teas are sold in blends rather than in individual components, so it can become a take it or leave it situation. However, you can buy a small amount of the tea to try it out and they offer a lot of samples in store, as well.
Overall, I think it’s a pretty good place.
