Came here on a Sunday, late morning. Line was long, very long. We ended up leaving after waiting 10 – 15 minutes after realizing that the line had not moved at all. We weren’t the only people to leave due to the wait.

Love the girls, love the coffee! I might make myself late for work to stop there in the morning, but just can’t go without it.

Best coffee shop in Utah county! I love asking the baristas for recommendations and haven’t had a single drink I didn’t like here. Lines can get long in the drive thru in the mornings, but I don’t mind because the coffee is well worth the wait!

Fantastic! It’s a busy and crowded shop at times, but well worth the wait for the mozen frokas in the summer, and hot mochas in the winter. The establishment is hipster but without the hipster attitude of some other coffee shops in Provo. If caffeine is not your thing, try the hot chocolate or Italian sodas.

I’m sad to say that J’nJs glory days may be taking a break??? I’m refusing to believe they’re over. Not yet. The last 12 – 15 coffees I’ve had here have been so weak I want to put them in a care center. Pathetically weak. I don’t know what’s happening, because I still see the same employees every time, so I don’t think the problem is new people. Dark roast, medium roast, fru-fru concoctions, regular brews, etc. etc… I can’t get excited about it anymore. The drive-through window is still the most convenient in town, though. I’m only going to give it another 20 – 25 chances to get better.

I was feeling adventurous this morning so I decided to get my morning beverage here. It was decent(the beverage). There is a $ 3 limit on all debit/credit transactions which isn’t super chill. I had to order a biscotti to make the $ 3 limit.

Coffees and juices are all great. I always get the Godfather. The juices are all fresh and the coffees are all delicious. The baristas are really friendly and they always have good recommendations. Will always come back here

I love this place, first coffee I had in Utah that didnt taste watered down like the local beer. Great service, fun atmosphere, and great drinks for every palette. If you are needing a java fix in Utah Valley go talk to the Juice and Java girls!

This place has good coffee I would say go but only if you have 30 min to kill, I think 90 percent of the time that I have been, if there are more than 2 people in front of me I turn around and walk out. The staff is very friendly but too friendly to the point of hearing every ones life story before pouring you a cup of just coffee that would take about one minute. The service is seriously horrible they literally hand someone their order and have a chat for like 10 minutes without starting on the next persons order. If I’m standing there with a friend and no where to go its fine, I don’t care, but when I have to be to work in the morning and they are just sitting there talking I’m always late even if i left my house 30 min early to be able to get coffee. I now go to another coffee shop and I’m in and out in less than a minute.

I am traveling on business and took the recommendation of this place from other Unilocal users. The Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate was awesome! The service was friendly. It is a slow getting your drinks but I think that is because the staff knows and talks to everyone. I would give this five stars but you need a key to the bathroom and I had to ask for the WIFI password.

I cant comment on the coffee, because I didn’t drink any. I had some many years ago, when this was the only game in town, but I can’t recall how good or bad it was. I stopped in for some badly needed coffee on a weekday morning around 10 o’clock. I saw that they had a drive-thru, but decided to go inside since there were 2 cars already lined up. Plus I wanted to see what the place was like. It was okay. Pretty cool vibe, especially considering the location. There were two girls making/selling/serving coffee so I took my place in line behind the one other customer. One of the girls was helping the drive-thru customers exclusively. The other, was moving in super slow motion and was waiting on us inside… or we were waiting on her, depending on how you look at it. I waited… and waited… and watched the two cars file past the window and collect their caffeine. Then the window-girl looked out the window and there was another car… so she helped that car… while I waited. Then another car. So I left. I was there before at least the last 3 cars she served. It should have been handled on a first-come, first-served, basis, especially when the inside girl was taking 15 minutes to make 1 frou frou drink. I went to Combo’s convenience store and got a 16 oz. cup of black coffee for $ 1.29. Lesson learned about Juice’n Java. Thanks, but no thanks.

I have been camping out at Starbuck’s in Orem for a while and decided it was time to branch out and explore some of the local spots. JnJ is comparably-priced to other coffee shops in the area. The store seems to have a commitment to fair trade and quality products, which I think everyone can appreciate nowadays. My drinks have ranged from average to pretty good. I definitely recommend the Rocky Raccoon and the(fresh squeezed!) apple cider. I was very pleased with both of those drinks. Service can be pretty slow. The shop should consider options of more expediently collecting payment from customers and getting drinks out to them. If there is a method, I wasn’t made aware of it by an employee. During busy times, I could imagine that it takes quite a while to get your order at JnJ. For me, coffee shops are about atmosphere, clientele, and how much I can feel comfortable in them for long spans of time while working on my computer. The interior can comfortably seat about 18, so it could easily become cramped during busy times. There are only one or two good outlets to plug-in if you like to camp out with your computer. The décor is kind of cool; I feel like they could do more with it to bring some additional atmosphere. There are a lot of postcards from around the world as well as local art and scattered zines. There are a few board games to choose from and a(very) small library of books. The temperature inside is not too hot or too cold. The shop seems to have a fairly-devoted customer base; there were a lot of first names being thrown around between customers and employees. As with most coffee shops in Utah Valley, JnJ attracts a more«transgressive» social element. I was slightly distracted yesterday, trying to work, when the girls behind the counter were gossiping with each other, generally griping, and dropping F-bombs(because the shop is so small, it’s not too hard to eavesdrop – even if you don’t want to). Since this is a free country, people can say what they want. But as a customer, I found it unprofessional and distracting for the employees to be so loud. Overall I appreciate JnJ, look forward to visiting more, and trying out some more of the items on their menu. If you’re in the area and are sick of the same-old-same-old, give it a try.

The Smell of Fresh Espresso and Flogging Molly is what you can expect while waiting for you favorite drink. I recommend the Double Shot Espresso topped off with coffee and white chocolate powder. I am going to get one right now.

Awesome little eclectic coffee place! Great vibe to it! Ladies who work there are tatted up and awesome! Fresh squeezed OJ is amazing! Xochi is a spicy Mexican coffee which is pretty epic. If you are in Provo you need to go… A few times!

Small interior with lots of drink options. My wife had a delicious Chi Tea. My Latte was terrible. I watched as she prepared three of the same drinks; mine being last, then she added more steamed milk to top it off. It was a joke after $ 10. I feel like gas station coffee would’ve been a wiser choice. I can see the potential for a great coffee shop experience, however, my visit left a weak taste in my mouth.

This one falls into the«kinda funky» category. If you’re offended by girls with tattoos, or fear the idea of a bus station next door… just move on to one of the fluorescent lit shops on the prime corners of a strip mall. If you like good coffee at a reasonable price, and buying atmosphere isn’t important to you, this might be your place. When I have to visit Provo, this is my go-to escape, and it seams to be popular with the local police/fire dept and paramedics(some of them are there every time I go).
