Three stars because I always come back because I like Starbucks but I leave this location upset everytime. They are so slow and the staff is always new. I’ve waited in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes several times but going inside doesn’t fix that, in fact it probably takes 15 minutes longer. They mess up my order 8 out of 10 times and I even repeat myself to prevent this but it doesn’t help.

I like the new store but it’s weird how there are either really awesome people working there or the complete opposite. The environment is great, but seriously some of the people need to get some work ethic and costumer service training.

This is a good Starbucks, clean, efficient, delicious, but sometimes a little too crowded. The service is great, whenever I ask for extra chocolate or carmel to my drink it’s always a «sure, I can do that». Great location in Orem, right next to the mall. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s a dog fight to find a seat. Enjoy!

So much meh… When the holidays come around a hot drink is just what the doctor ordered. But just don’t go to Starbucks for it. Drinks are made without care. I’m not a coffee drinker but I’m sure an angel loses its wings and a barista cries in his/her sleep every time a bad drink is served… Which is most of the time. Also the holiday cups suck.

Soooooooo sloooooooow… and don’t know how to make a pour over. They do a buy 1 get one free until 6pm and it gets very crowded, but they don’t have enough staff. The staff is also inexperienced making coffee and espresso. The only reason they stay busy is because there is nowhere else to get coffee in Orem. It took over 30MINUTES a to get a cup of coffee… not even espresso.

They were very busy today because of a promotion but did not handle it like pros. First they screwed up my drink at the drive thru. The. When I came in to have it replaced I was very polite but the man taking my order was incredibly rude, snapping back at me. This may be the last time I go to this star bucks. I pay the premium on the drinks for good service regardless of how busy they are. If they can’t handle the pressure then maybe they should be replaced.

The staff are really friendly that why I gave it 3 stars. But they always seem to runout of ingredients really fast… They ran out of green tea one day cause that’s I usually get and peppermint. It’s the holiday season. If Starbucks is running a BOGO free holiday drinks order a ton of peppermint before hand to accommodate the special offer. Whoever does inventory needs to know that.

Two stars for just being a Starbucks. Docking of 3 stars for serving a latte as opposed to the chai latte ordered and also for unapologetically giving me a gallon of milk that was super icy. No warning so I poured it right into my coffee. The employee just said, ‘Yeah, they’re coming to fix it.’ and then proceeded to ignore me. Boo hiss Starbucks employees! Icy milk into coffee is not good customer service. Please take note. (I apparently started this review in Dec 2013 and see now that it never went up. Unsure of what date will show when posted but know that this review was from Dec 2013)

Their new location is great, a lot easier to get in and out of than their old location, and the addition of a drive through is even better. Orders are always right and they are usually quick.

Waited more than 30 minutes just to get my coffee I ordered through the app like always and when I arrived they still haven’t made my drink! There was 3 girls working and 2 of them were just standing there doing nothing. I told them that my order should have been done by now. There was no orders besides mine and I’m still waiting! Horrible place! I might as well go to a different Starbucks

Love the new and bigger location. The décor is perfect for a coffee joint and there is a ton of seating now! However, I miss seeing the regular baristas that used to work at the old location. Maybe some or all of them still work there and I just haven’t seen them, but the last few times I’ve been in, the new baristas are slow and not very friendly. The drive thru has cool new video ordering and I’m thrilled to finally have a drive thru Starbucks closer to home, but they are even slower at getting my very uncomplicated order out to me. All in all, it’s still a Starbucks and I can’t go without my hot peppermint mocha!

I am trying to find the new location but it’s not showing in my results. This is the new Starbucks by the new Chipotle by University mall. I love the staff, as always, they are super nice and the only reason I’m holding off on giving it a solid 5 is because of how they made my drink. I’ve been a Starbucks Gold member forever and that is because of one drink that I always get — Matcha, I get this drink maybe at least thrice a week. You can just imagine how I memorize the taste already by now. I go to different Starbucks from different states and countries even but for some reason they didn’t make my matcha right. it was bland and I didn’t taste the matcha at all. I might give this location a try and if it’s the same bland tasting, I will make sure to let them know. Probably matcha isn’t a simple drink to make and needs more practice.

The new location is not up to par. The drive-thur is slow, and there are new employees who don’t know what they are doing. I ordered 5 items, which they handed to me, they couldn’t even put the items in a bag. I asked for a large cup of ice, and the guy said that he could only give it to me this time, because they are not suppose to do that, I go to Starbucks every single day, and order similar items, and now the new employees are giving me a hard time about a cup of ice. Please train your employees.

Genuinely friendly staff who customers by name. It’s very clean instead. Ample outdoor seating. Top-notch baristas. The location is great, except with the mall doing construction causing parking to be annoying, but that’s not Starbucks’ fault.

I am a coffee snob & this Starbucks doesn’t disappoint. The staff is friendly & eclectic– just how you would expect any Starbucks staff to be! I only gave this location 4 stars because it is somewhat cramped/small, making it difficult to find seating or a place to study. Otherwise, no complaints!

The coffee is what you expect from Starbucks. Staff is friendly and helpful. This particular location is not the best for sticking around and it also doesn’t have a drive-through, which is a bit awkward. But I’ve never had a bad experience here and the coffee is fine.
