Last time I went here it was the night before thanksgiving. Last minute thanksgiving run and the crew was hungry. It was really nice just chilling there on a slow night, looking at the other few tables with people sitting at them during the holiday season. It was like a scene out of a holiday movie. Get the texas eggrolls for your starters, they’ll change your life. I like this chilli’s a lot. The waiters are heelllaaaa cute af too so they get another star for that.

My husband and I were in the southwest suburbs and decided to stop at this location. It was Friday evening and luckily we were seated right away. Our server came and introduced herself and asked if we wanted something to drink. I ordered strawberry lemonade and my husband ordered water only. She didn’t say anything about the 2 for $ 20 special or any other special just to go more in details. She came, took the order, brought us our food and thats it. Thats why this place only get 3 stars.

Chilis is our go to for family dinner. There is nothing spactacular about the food or service. The staff is generally friendly but not extremely fast. They have a little game system on the tables which the kids like and they have a pretty extensive kids menu. Some of the entrees are way overpriced, but this is to be expected from a large chain. It’s usually pretty easy to get seated at the bar without waiting. Would certainly recommend if your expectations are in line with what the concept is, decent food and service.

Rarely go here, but had to try the new smoked chicken burrito. My girl had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. Also we split an appetizer of onion rings. Everything was hot and tasted great. I would come back again for the same dish. Prompt service and great food made for a great lunch!

Service was lacking, food was either under cooked or served room temp, their recent changes are noticeable and the food quality doesn’t seem to be like it was… The hostess looked like she rolled out of bed 5 minutes ago and our server, the same. On the positive, the place was clean.

Good service at the bar. Cold Sam adams. Used my free appetizer coupon for the smoked wings. They were excellent. Had the shrimp tacos. 3 of them. First two great. 3rd one seemed to be left over from lunch. Blah. Overall ok. Cheap, decent an close to home.

I am old enough to understand u get what u paid for & tonight was no exception. I had a prior problem at their Chicago Ridge location so I thought I would have a pleasant experience. Boy was I wrong. My husband & I entered the establishment and 2 workers were talking. They acknowledged us 30 seconds later. The host sat us down and told us to enjoy our dinner. Yeah right! We sat down alright and that was it for over 7 mins and no one came to our table until my husband asked one of the many servers walking by if she could locate our server. 2 mins later the host passed our table & asked if we were served and we said not at all. The same server who was looking for our assigned server came back and asked if we were starting with drinks and I told we are not & goodbye. We went to front to speak with host and this guy appeared and said what happened. I explained the situation to him; he apparently was the mgr. he was talking to 2 employees at another table while we seated so he wasn’t that concern. I told him I wanted his mgr’s info and his info. I asked him who was assigned to the area and he said that it was Kyle and Veronica. I asked where were they and he said he didn’t know. Wow! My manager would have written me up if he couldn’t find me. I’m not sure how long The manager there, Ivan, has been employed there but with so many restaurants closing u would think he wanted to rectify the situation. He didn’t say anything after he gave me the info I requested. Wow!!! Good management.

My husband and I typically avoid chain restaurants, but I had received a gift card and we decided to use it. Sorry we did. We were seated and greeted promptly. The waitress asked about a drink and appetizer order almost before we opened the menu. We chose drinks and my husband asked about spinach artichoke dip and we placed an order and then started paging through the menu. For newbies, it’s rather overwhelming. When reaching the last page, I noticed the $ 20 deal for an appetizer and two selected entrees. We opted for onion rings which would come with our meal, a half slab of ribs for the hubbie and quesadillas for me. We enjoyed the chips and dip. When our meals were dropped off, I glanced down and noticed a bug crawling in the lettuce in the middle of my plate. I immediately brought it to the waitress’s attention and she took my plate away. My husband waited about five minutes until I told him to eat before his food was cold. While I appreciated knowing that they were making me a new entrée, it didn’t arrive until my husband was finished eating his. I ate two wedges and asked for a to go box. The waitress delivered a small container which barely fit half of my food, along with our bill. I was surprised at bill until I noticed that she had not only charged us individually rather than the $ 20 deal, she had also charged us for the meal that was sent back as well as the replacement. We called her back, asked for another container and an adjusted bill. I’ll admit that I was hoping for some acknowledgement of the bad experience, either an apology from a manager or an offer of a drink or dessert, even though we would have declined it as we were ready to go. I understand that things like this happen, but I expected some token gesture. Between the bug, the lack of having dinner together, and the carelessly prepared bill, we won’t be going back, gift card or not.

I’ve been here many times, never had a bad experience! Until, last night. Our waitress was hardly around, sat there with empty glasses for over a half hour. My food was delivered to the wrong table originally and by the time it came to my table, it was cold. Also, I received my meal before anyone else at my table did. One of the people I was with, found plastic in their meal! There was only maybe 8 other people in the restaurant at this time, no reason these things should of happened. The waitress did offer to take the cornbread, which had the plastic in it, off the bill. It was a whole $ 1. We said forget it, because the manager was on the phone for over 15 minutes while we waited, needless to say it was $ 1, what’s the difference. I’ve always loved this place, but I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.

Went there on Dec. 3rd. for lunch. The food is quite bland, expensive, and the portions are very small. Their full portions would be considered an appetizer at Zantes. Did I mention expensive? The only good thing was our waiter who was very attentive. Other than that… A typical theme place with sub standard and expensive food.

Nice place fast service friendly and the price for 2 adults and 4 kids was about 140.00 not bad, and they still sing Happy Birthday and free desert that feeds 2 – 3 people!

I came here with my boyfriend last night because we used to love Chilli’s nachos. We arrived at 9.30 and the restaurant closed at 10.30. There were still people eating in there, and they were open for another hour, so we figured we weren’t being rude and coming in right before the closed. Our waitress was Maggie. Her priorities were sweeping the floors of the restaurant. After waiting 30 minutes for our nachos(which seemed to have a whole bottle of seasoning and pepper dumped on it) she came to our table, broom in hand, and said she would go get us refills right away. Perfect. My mouth is on fire because of this seasoning. And I would think«right away» means she would put down her broom and go get them. BUT she continues to sweep right in front of us and for another few minutes before returning with the refills. There were about 8 other tables, some who got there after us, so it’s not like we were the only people and it wasn’t 10.30 yet. We also split chicken quesadillas. I thought it was a nice gesture that it was split evenly for us on two different plates. Overall, I remember why I used to avoid this place. I won’t be back.

I didn’t want to do a review for Chili’s, but I have to say this location is consistently above average. Portion sizes are big, priced fairly, and are several notches higher in quality than restaurants of the like. When it comes to this Chili’s, I try not to be a snob. Plus, I’m like Forest Gump with the strawberry lemonade, I must of had about 14 of them. Anyway, don’t be a sucka, hit this joint up yo!

Stopped in here today for lunch with my mom after a morning of shopping. Overall, it’s your average Chilis –we only stopped in because we had a gift card. There weren’t many people in the joint; I suppose 2:30 is a little late for most people’s lunch time. We were seated promptly and our waitress took our drink orders right away. Returning with our drinks, the waitress took our orders and disappeared until the food arrived. In addition to our meals, she also brought along two drink refills, which was pretty thoughtful in my opinion. For food: I had the grilled chicken salad, and it was pretty good. The portion is medium sized –enough to fill you up, but don’t expect to feel overly full. There wasn’t much chicken to it, but thankfully, they added a heap of red beans over it as well. My mom had the spicy chicken dish off of the light menu –it came with steamed broccoli and rice. She enjoyed it and said it was very tasty. Neither of us left with any leftovers, but we certainly didn’t leave hungry either. Pretty much what I expected, but not too terrible at the same time.

This is my second attempt at this location and for me it’s not«no» but, «HELLNO!» My waitress/bartender was OK but, some of the other employees and the food… I ordered the Mini Burgers which come with Onion Strings and Fries and a Blue Moon to chase it all down. The Onion Strings were tasting fishy and absolutely DRIPPING in oil, I hate that, so gross. The Fries also tasted fishy, probably used the same fryer for whatever fried fish they have on the menu(GOD… I HOPETHEYHAVEFRIEDFISHONTHEMENU). The Mini Burgers were dried out and not all that appetizing. They also didn’t have a consistent taste… some over salted, some with too much seasoning some not enough… you get the drift. Hey! What about the Blue Moon beer, can’t really mess that up, can ya? Nope, beer was good to go. Now the ambiance — Employees were loudly bickering to each other about who’s cleaning who’s table. «FYI, I’m cleaning your table» «Duh, that’s your job!» «No it’s not,(so-n-so) said this is YOUR area» …blah…blah…blah… I don’t care to hear it… take it elsewhere. It’s work kid, and your customers are listening to you arguing? Come on… Employees cussing in a moderate decibel level. «I don’t give a SHIT what(manager) said, the tables are clean enough» … and that’s when I said a little prayer that I wasn’t sitting in his A.O.R.(Area of Responsibility). Another big problem I have with this is that there are families here, families with kids, kids with frickin’ EARS! Show a bit of(I hope this word is still around) CLASS, cuss ‘n swear all you want in the back room, at home in your car… not publicly at work and not around decent, respectful families and patrons… it’s not worth it, there are MANY other places to eat around here that are probably a lot better and have employees that DO «Give a Shit about if the table is clean enough». I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless real changes are made… no point in wasting my time and money. A very downhearted — syoy…
