Great customer service! I went in a Tuesday afternoon because I had a giant bolt stuck in my tire and my tire was fixed and all were rotated in about 45 minutes. Speedy and super friendly, I will definitely be back. Thanks Discount Tire!

I’ve been very happy with the Discount Tire chain in general and this location in particular. They have great prices and are willing to price match. Their service and included and extended warranties are also good.

Always great service. I have had tires checked and repaired here before. This time I had new tires put on. The staff is always friendly and competent. This is the place to go for tires and tire service.

Went there today with wife’s car with flat tire she had the ins. Cost 13.00 we where out of there in 20 min. They checked air pressure also very good experience 5 stars

I have bought at least 3 sets tires from here, good and fair prices, however, be prepared for long wait just to talk to a salesman. I have even been there and watched people walk out. I would love to have a business where I had people lined up waiting, but 20 – 30 minutes is ridiculous. Might be time to go back to Firestone or VIP tire in Tinley Park, my time is valuable too.

I went to discount tire because my tire kept loosing pressure. They where very friendly and professional. After I explained to them my problem they offered to take a look at it, and fixed it for free. I will go there for my next set of tires for sure.

I brought my car in today because I had a nail in the tire. They looked over all the tires and told me that I should have 2 replaced before winter. but did not push me to buy them right then. They then fixed the tire with the nail for free in under 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them!

Was a little disappointed after taking my car in to have the tires inspected. Looks like I bent my wheel and the worker tried to sell me a whole new set of wheels. (I ended up buying them, but I’m regretting my decision now).
When I left the discount tire, I was a bit annoyed of how they loaded my old wheels in the back seat. I had a couple items in my back seat (a shower rod that I was planning to return and a Tupperware with fruit). Instead of moving those items to the floor or the front seat, the workers just stacked the wheels on top of my stuff. The shower rod was a little damaged and I was luckily able to return it, but come on… it would have taken them 5 secs to relocate the items instead of just putting the boxes on the items that were already on the seat.
Anyways, all 4 wheels were replaced and I was still experiencing shaking in my steering wheel at speeds 50−65mph. I decided to take it to the discount tire in Oak Forest since I pass it everyday driving home from work. I explained to the employee what was going on and they told me to have a seat while they inspected my car. They came back and told me that when the guys from the other discount tire replaced my wheels, they didn’t put on some hub assemblies and also my wheels were not balanced. WTH… needless to say, they rebalanced my wheels and put in hub assembly and now the shaking problem in my steering wheel has been resolved.
So disappointed that this happened at this location! I hope that they train their employees better because this is unacceptable.

The tires on my pickup were getting a bit worn and I thought I could put on a new set and get a much better trade-​in value — and that is how it worked out. Shopped around on-​line and found Discount Tire offered the same tires at a reasonable replacement price. They have a handy Website: it explains all the pricing, prices are shown out-​the-​door, the pricing you get when you show up at the store is the same as the Website quote, inventory availability is shown so you know if they have them in stock, and any choices you might have to upgrade are listed … all great marks of an on-​line presence. Liked my experience at this place a lot.
When you show up they either come out and greet you before you hit the door, or do so once you enter. Their staff was really excellent. Once you make arrangements for tires, they seem to work in two-​man teams across their four open bays. One guy works around the car and removes the wheels and takes off the old rubber and resets the new tire … while the other fella does the spin balancing and remounts the wheel/​tire on the vehicle. Nice and efficient.
I came on a rainy day so the business wasn’t backed up. I was in and out in 30 minutes flat. I worked with Andres and he was perfect. Knowledgeable and friendly. I came in knowing prices from the Website, but he still took the time to show me alternatives. I stayed with what I had in mind and it was a easy transaction. You generally don’t have to order tires in, as they have a large stock inventory at the end of the building. Good place — if you need tires give it a try.

Customer service at this location is A+. They also promise to meet or beat all competitor prices from ads.

Great service by all the guys who work there as usual. This is the only place I go for tires nowadays. Very polite, professional, and clean facility.

Had a nail in my tire (lame) but they were very very helpful and friendly. Removed the nail and patched the tire for free. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Yeah! First to review! Okay, I’m sure you ladies can agree. I hate hate HATE going ANYWHERE to get my car worked on. I’ve known mechanics, I’ve heard horror stories. They see a female, think she’s clueless and take you for everything you got. If I can have a positive experience and feel like I didn’t get ripped off when I get my car worked on. it’s HUGE.
So, okay, tires are tires. It’s not like I was going in to get a problem diagnosed. Still, I was very happy with the service at two Discount Tire stores. So I priced tires out in the burbs at the Discount Tire that wasn’t in Cook County. No city tax made the total cheaper aaannnddd there’s a $ 70 rebate — yeah! I can buy a lot of booze with 70 bucks! In all seriousness, I ended up going to the Orland Park store to get the tires. I had an appointment but ended up showing up way early — they took me anyway. So I kicked around the burbs and they called me once with an update. They called back about a half hour after that and said that my Jeep (my Jeep’s name is Dierks btw) was ready.
When I went in to pick Dierks up the employee told me that he waived the disposal fee so that the price was the same price without the crazy Cook count tax (the original price I was quoted). Actually, it was 4 bucks less! I’ll take it, more beer money! He also explained the rebate to me (you can do it right on line, no snail mail — Yay!) and that I get free rotations and flat repairs for the life of the tires. I got that little sticker (just like when you get your oil changed) that tells me when to rotate. This is a good thing, rotating tires isn’t the first thing on my brain.
All in all a very positive experience at Discount Tire. The employee (s) were nice and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. Well done Discount Tire, you made Dierks and I very happy! Now… where’s that snow? We’re ready!
