Went to the «Experts» this am and service was great! The car «doctor» was very informative and helpful and got my «Lucy» fixed in a jiffy. Paid with plastic and got all documentation for repair that was done. I forgot the persons name, will update later. Oh! BTW I always bring my own «tissues».LOLZ.

Hated it. They were fast and prompt and decently nice until I checked out.
Guy in the plastic black glasses: ok it will be $ 73.97
I gave him $ 80.
He gives me my change.
Me: Wait, I think it might be short. How much was it?
Him: $ 73.97
Me: oh ok (I count)
Him: I’m not here to cheat you. We really respect your business here. We want you to come back.
I was speechless! I didn’t receive a receipt to know what the breakdown cost was for my oil change and my 2 filters to be changed!
I couldn’t say anything else except say, «I did not think you were cheating me.»
The place is slow and looks extremely dirty by the way. Even the box of Kleenex was wet once and dried. Seriously? Can’t spend the $ 3 for another box?
