Everyone has a horrible attitude from the girl at the register getting an attitude that there were only 2 lanes left for open bowl, to it taking 15 minutes just to get a waitress to take our order(after going to the bar area 2 times ourselves and being told she’ll come to the lane). We bowled with 4 of us… in that 4 was a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old… so you can imagine it taking a while with them to even finish out a game. We didn’t even get our food until 10 minutes after we already finished bowling and then the waitress had the nerve to get an attitude. What they do here is service only the leagues really because they all seemed to have food and be waited on quickly.

Nothing special about this place below average service, employees with attitude… the food is disgusting. A medium well burger was cooked rare & my fries were cold. The cheese spread is a joke and the chicken strips were terrible.

a group of friends and I walked in and walked right back out a couple of minutes later. The guy at the register was being a total douche bag. He gave us the biggest attitude bc he didn’t wanna split the bill for us. If we’re gonna pay $ 80 they should at least practice being a little polite. I’ve bowled there before and it was nothing special…

um, I was not very impressed with this bowling alley, but I guess if your looking for a quick bowling game and your in the area, I guess it wouldn’t hurt to stop by.

I’ve seen better. I can save my time with my own bowling equipment and just pay. The lane conditions, I can put on par with Brunswick Zone in Oak Lawn because they’re also very oily. Only 6 arcade games here? Sheesh. It never hurts to put in more. The pizza & pop are so-so, I’d say. And the scoring is top-of-the-line. So there’s isn’t really that much to do at Orland Bowl. Try some Brunswick Zones if you want.

My third trip to this bowling alley verified that Orland Bowl will only hire wretched mean people — especially in the bar area. Everyone is always completely unpleasant and down right mean. Maybe they have problems with underage kids drinking in Orland? That’s the only excuse I can think of for them giving us the third degree. I have never, even when traveling abroad, had my ID studied this much or been asked as many questions. The bowling was fine… I haven’t been in a while so $ 7.50 a game seemed crazy expensive to me. Shoes were nice, beer was tasty.
