I love this place I just wish it wasn’t in Orlando, I mainly use it to fill my kegerator co2 tanks but their domestic beer ½ kegs are comparable to total wine and more in altamonte $ 64 with empty keg return. And they are pretty knowledgeable on on kegerator upkeep and repair too

This place was such a disappointment. I wanted to support a local business vs. a chain like Total Wine. Aardvark lists a lot of keg choices on their website, but in the store the selection is laughable. The website lists probably 100 beers. There were maybe 6 choices the day I went. They should either update the website or remove that enormous list of beers they don’t carry.
The $ 30 deposit for the keg was a lie. They only refunded $ 25 when the keg was returned. When I purchased the keg, I was told it was a $ 30 deposit. I should get $ 30 back when returning the keg as promised. That’s how deposits work.
Staff was not friendly, not helpful. The employee walked me to the beer cooler, shut the door and left me literally in the dark. It was weird trying to shop with the flashlight on my phone.
After one visit, I returned to Total Wine for better service and selection.

This place has slow service, no discounts or price incentives. Total Wine has a much better selection of kegs and beer and they are 5 minutes away. Aardvark’s only distributor is Florida Distributing Company (formally Shank) and their keg prices might be a dollar or two less than Total Wine. Trust me this place IS NOT worth the service. Go to Compressed Gas on OBT and Lee road to fill your CO2. It’s half the price. I have been giving Peter and his helpless staff the benefit of the doubt for years now and I am finally fed up.

I’ve been to Aardvark a few times and haven’t had any problems. I like to order through them since they are a local business. However, I recently called two weeks before an event to reserve some specific kegs and equipment, even offering to pay extra to ensure that the specific items would be available for me, only to receive a call two days before that neither of the two specific beers I wanted would be available. They then offered that NOW they could special order the kegs for almost double the price, saying they might get them in in time for my event.
Now, even going to find these items somewhere else less than two days out will be impossible. Really not impressed with the customer service and lack of courtesy by Aardvark in this case. Total Wine does a much better job, and is typically a little cheaper. So much for shopping local.

Aardvark Beverages is a small convenience store on the corner of Ferncreek and Michigan. Looking very aged from the outside, they carry all your typical convenience store items. .. lotto, candy, soda, beer, snacks, energy drinks, cigarettes, ect. The store also carries kegrators, keg systems, tap handles, taps, coolers, and many other keg/beer related items. You can also purchase kegs of beer from Aardvark, and not just typical natti or bud light, they have a great selection of smaller breweries including Brooklyn, Dogfish Head, Oskar Blues, Southern Tier, Terrapin, and many many others.
The main reason for my stopping here was to fill my CO2 tank, which is one of the only places in Orlando that does so. They staff were helpful and my tank was quickly filled for a reasonable price. While I probably wouldn’t buy my groceries from here, Aardvark is a perfect stop for good beer, filling a keg, or filling your CO2.

If you need beer by the keg, this is your place. They have all the main brands, and can special order anything exotic. They are cheaper by far than going to a grocery store to order a keg. They rent complete set ups for parties — the keg, the taps, the co2. You can refill your co2 tanks there for $ 12. Beats a trip to Florida Carbolic.
The kegs, honestly, are their main line. It is a convenience store, but other than the beer it is, well, grubby.
