I brought a load of dry cleaning here for the first time about a week ago and had a nice experience.
The positives:
1) Friendly Owner /​Staff: My interactions with the owner were very pleasant. He’s a nice, down-​to-​earth guy who remembers his customers… even the very new ones.
2) Quality Work: I was very happy with the end result.
3) Location: For folks in the SoDo neighborhood, this is a very convenient spot. It’s close to a Publix, Freshfields, Target and other businesses.
The one negative: My dry-​cleaning wasn’t ready on time. I was told to stop by after 5 PM on a Wednesday. I stopped by late in the afternoon on a Thursday and was told it wasn’t ready yet and to stop by again late Friday, because they needed to try to remove a spot they’d missed. I live a block away, so it wasn’t a big deal. But if this was for clothing that I needed urgently, I would have been unhappy. A courtesy phone call would have been nice.

These people are great! They are always so friendly and will sit and talk if you have the time or get you in and out quickly when your in a hurry.
The owner remembered my name after the very first time I went there. They are professional and do a great job with my clothes with a quick turnaround time!
I wish there were more dry cleaners around like Ace Cleaners!
