Top notch shoes and service. I read about the brand online and watched a few videos. Usually I buy Ecco shoes or Clarks and pay under $ 100. Certainly it is a shock to instead to pay $ 300+ on shoes. I read about people wearing Allen Edmonds shoes for 10 – 15 years no problem and taking advantage of the recrafting service to make them like new. For me this is big because your shoes are now something you can completely replace the worn out part and get completely new soles and the hot cork layer. If you think about your shoes lasting 10 years versus 2, investing in the superior product is worth it. That’s the difference, not throwing out your shoes when they are worn out. This is a premium store with expected premium prices. I still think they are worth the money. Most welted shoes are made in the USA, which is a plus. I have interacted with 3 employees at this location who are all great. I bought a pair of Rialtos which turned out to be too tight. I pulled apart one of the stitches on the side after wearing them one day. They were accommodating and really want you to be happy with your purchase and really have no-​hassle returns. I tried on and left with a wider size. Allen Edmonds is the perfect store due to great service, a stellar product and the legendary recrafting service.

Allen Edmonds are works of art. I was impressed by the time the associate took to find the right size fit.
The shoe had to be ordered. I would hope a store that is only dedicated to Allen Edmonds would have my size.

The staff here is simply amazing. I was made to feel like my time spent with the sales staff was important to them. The staff was patient and made the effort to find/​recommend properly fitting shoes. My salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the Allen Edmonds product line and the shoe construction processes that affected the sizing characteristics of different models of shoes. On top of Allen Edmonds quality, buying shoes in their store is fantastic.
