Jimmy Choo

Very friendly employees, I had an amazing shopping experience. They didn’t have my size in stock, but the manager ordered them from a different store. I got my pumps in less than a week.

Very nice shoes but to me if I was going to spend my money at this price point there are far more luxurious brands to choose from.

My love for Jimmy Choo shoes and handbags aside, this is an awesome store! The reason it is so awesome is because of Edna. There are so many snobby sales associates at the shops in this mall, but Edna always makes me feel right at home. No matter how long it has been between my visits here, she always remembers me. She also always sends me personalized emails with the latest styles.
The prices here are really not unreasonable and they have some pretty awesome sales fairly often!

Even though I love all the employees, Edna is the best shoe stylist and I will not purchase any pair unless she is there. She has helped me with every purchase and never fails to call or email me with the latest styles, VIP parties or new shipments.
Every stylist remembers me (and by name!) when I walk in to see what new pair of shoes they have for the season.
It is not Jimmy Choo’s fault, but because I wear my heels often, one of the heels broke (after a year and half) They took it and shipped it off to New York right away to have it fixed.
And girls– These shoes are affordable! I have met so many people who think they are extremely expensive (and they have never been inside a Jimmy Choo store). I am impressed by the quality and COMFORT of a Jimmy Choo shoe. :)
