I wouldn’t recommend the lemongrass dish. It wasn’t that tasty. I do recommend jerk chicken MD Jamaican wings. The island Hopper Dish is also pretty good it’s actually an appetizer.

We’ve been here before & enjoyed our meal, but tonight was disappointing. My husbands paella was extra fishy tasting & lots of weird brown pieces. my daughters chicken tenders were borderline burnt. My fish was fine, but nothing extraordinary.

We waited 25 plus minutes just to be sat in a restaurant that had SEVERALCLEANTABLES available. Our food took 30 plus minutes I’m guessing. I asked to speak to a manager so I could find out the status of where our meal was. We waited probably 8 minutes for him to come by. Stuart, the manager, apologized and informed us he was was JUST told 10 seconds prior. My soup was lukewarm at best. I held my finger in the soup to show him. He was very friendly and apologetic, and offered to replace my meal. At that point I was turned off and said no thank you. Our server, Lisa, came by and informed us that desert was on the house. I’m very happy with Lisa and Stuart with their approach and friendliness. However, waiting over an hour for cold food, and a manager to even be told about the situation is a turn off. I can now see why all their locations went out of business in Arizona years ago. Btw it wasn’t Lisa I originally informed about asking for a manager. It was another gentlemen. PS. Food is mediocre at best from what I tried from the other guests at my table.

My all time favorite place! Great drinks, great food, live Caribbean music on the patio. Best Server there is Wil M. Ask for him, he is awesome. Lobster Mac n Cheese, Seafood Paella.

I’ve only eaten at Bahama Breeze once or twice before, but compared to those experiences and past visits at other Darden restaurants, this is clearly a 5-star location! This Bahama Breeze is located in a high traffic area in Orlando — just across the street from Disney property! You can easily save 20−25% of your dinner bill by doing this(for a similar menu, experience, etc). My husband and I anticipated a small wait since it was 9pm on a Saturday night. We were told it was going to be 30 minutes. We sat inside and were happily surprised to see our buzzer go off 10 minutes later. After being seated, our waiter came by to let us know that he would be right with us. He was back moments later and took our drink orders. We asked for glasses of water and we each ordered a cocktail — a dark n’ stormy and a pineapple coconut mojito. Both were delicious and helped us wind down from a super busy day! He asked us if we had any questions about the menu, but we were pretty settled on what we wanted. We split the conch fritters appetizer, and I ordered the jerk chicken bow tie pasta as my entrée. We received the conch 5 minutes later, which was only 6 pieces and came with a sweet dipping sauce. The conch fritters were filled with little pieces of veggies and very little conch, which was not very surprising since it was only $ 5.99. I wouldn’t mind if they charged a tad bit more for a tad bit more conch. Another 5 minutes later, we received our entrees. My pasta was delicious and very well cooked. The chicken was thinly sliced and the sauce was not very spicy. If you want a stronger jerk flavor, this may not be the dish for you. It also included mushrooms and asparagus, which our server kindly reminded me about when I initially ordered this dish. For dessert, I ordered a slice of coconut cream pie, which was not listed on the dessert menu. An employee recommended it, and it was delicious! It was light and creamy and topped with whipped cream. For texture, it was sprinkled with large flakes of crispy coconut pieces. So glad I ordered this! We were seated at a nice section towards the back, which wasn’t too loud. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, our drinks, and the service. Our server was excellent, and he offered topnotch service! In fact, we noticed how well he juggled his duties — including cleaning up a table next to us and servicing the other tables around us. So glad we decided to eat off Disney property!

I love Bahama Breeze! I always make it a priority to dine at BB whenever I am in Orlando or any city that has a BB in it. Their coconut shrimp is a MUSTEAT. The shrimp is crispy and crunchy thanks to the coconut coating, which adds a wonderful mildly sweet flavor. I love the rice that the coconut shrimp entrée comes with. It’s great to dine at Bahama Breeze past 8, when there’s live reggae music on certain nights. Go online and check the music schedule and base your meal around that.

I came here one night for drinks, but didn’t eat. Noticed the menu was quite large, so we came back on a second night due to proximity(close to hotel) and being too tired to venture Orlando for dinner. Food: I ordered the Grilled Chicken and Tropical Fruit Salad which came with grilled chicken, assorted tropical fresh fruit, candied almonds, goat cheese crumbles and island vinaigrette on the side. The salad was good, not great. I really just needed greens and fiber in my diet that day; also it was probably the lightest thing on the menu to choose from. The portion was a lot bigger than what I’m used to, this isn’t necessarily a con, but I was aiming for something lighter and not as huge. My boyfriend had the Mojo Pork Cubano dish which came with mojo pork topped with onions, rice, black beans and sweet plantains. Again, this meal was pretty mediocre. Portion was plentiful, but the pork lacked flavor. It felt like they cooked the pork and then threw some marinade over it, the meat was also chewy. The side dishes were better in my opinion. Price: If you’re really hungry this place will do, the portions are immense and the price is pretty affordable. Ambiance: Huge restaurants, long wait time for larger parties, very similar ambiance to a chain like Cheesecake Factory or BJ’s. Service: Our waitress was the best. Though the food wasn’t spectacular, she did her best to accommodate us by bring us extras to make the food taste better(dressing on the side, extra cheese, etc.). The place was packed and she managed to be attentive and friendly. Overall: The menu is extensive and this is easily a place tourist will drop in after a long day at the park, but the food lacks quality and taste, pretty generic and mediocre in my opinion. If you want to drink, hangout with big groups and don’t care too much about the taste, come here.

Fabulous place!!! Right after our flight touched down, we came straight here because of the good reviews and fabulous looking drinks. I definitely got my life here! Food is fantastic and drinks are great as well. Our server was a doll. So sweet and attentive. She ask if we were visiting and we told her we were here on our anniversary trip and at the end of our lunch, she surprised us with two glasses of champagne on the house! Made our day! Atmosphere is amazing. We sat outside because it was such a beautiful day and they had a guy singing a playing live music. Wonderful! All in all, a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back! Keep doing what you guys are doing here because I absolutely fell in love with Bahama Breeze! Thank you!

I’ll add one more great review for Bahama Breeze! When i arrived, a lady was asking for a manager… I eavesdropped and heard she was complimenting their amazing waiter! I ate at the bar, to avoid the wait for a table. My bartender was awesome! I asked him about a beer on tap that I’d never tried… «You wanna taste a splash of it?» Yes please! It wasn’t my cup o’ tea, so I ordered something else. Great service. I had a couple of sea breeze cocktails. They didn’t have any grapefruit juice on hand, so he had to fresh squeeze some. Score! I had the buttermilk fried chicken and it was amazingly good. All the people sitting at the bar were very happy with their meals. This place is legit! Go for it!

Bahama Breeze was such an amazing experience!!! You first walk in the doors and are overwhelmed by the authenticity of the Caribbean Island feel… There are trees and décor inside the building that make you feel like you are at an island bar. Our food was great! We ordered Jamaican jerk chicken wings for an appetizer and those were so tasteful. The jerk seasoning was the best that I’ve ever had. For my entrée I ordered a mahi mahi and shrimp rice bowl and it was probably one of the best things I have ever tasted. The fish was cooked wonderfully and the flavors that were infused into the fish reminded much of those that I would eat on an Island. The only thing keeping me from rating Bahama Breeze five stars was our server. She was almost rushing us to get out of the restaurant. As soon as we sat down she asked me «do you know what you want to order?» I politely said no, I’ve never been here before and she just walked away and came right back less than two minutes later.

Had a really good experience here. My favorites were the jerk chicken, firecracker shrimp, and the Lemon Breeze drinks! Our server«forgot» our stuff a few times… drinks and a request for a side of the Jamaican jerk sauce. Other than that, no complaints. The place has a cool laid back island feel. The food is not too heavy and tastes good. Except for the sorbet… only get that as your side if you like soggy fruit.

This restaurant does not take reservations, so if you’re planning on coming here, get your name on the list as soon as you can. We waited about 15 minutes to get seated on a Monday evening, so not too bad. We were seated on the back patio, where a live musician was playing, it was a little breezy, but our waiter turned on their new heating system that he kept raving about. It was pretty nice, as it warmed us up pretty quickly. I ordered the half jerk chicken, that came with plantains, beans and rice. We also ordered the snapper, that came along with the same sides. Absolutely delciious meal, the chicken and fish was incredibly fresh and well seasoned, both melting in your mouth. Our waiter was a bit slow on filling waters and bringing the bill, but other than that, a great meal and will definitely return — Best, Charlie

Woo! This place was great! While it is a chain restaurant, it is top notch! The service was A+, food was all delicious, and the atmosphere was awesome. We came twice during our time in Orlando. There are a lot of crap restaurants around and this was like a saving grace. There was about 20 minute wait each time we went, but there are chairs and places to sit and wait. The menu is pretty fat, and there are a lot of options. I have tried quite a few different things. All have been good. First of all, the house salad is great. The island vinaigrette was bomb. The Talipia in my opinion was rockin! Cooked so well and I had it with the mango salsa and yum. The mashed sweet potato goodness was awesome too. Broccoli was actually kinda not cooked the best, but I overlooked that. My mom absolutely loved the lemonade. it was a bit too sweet for me! My second visit I tried a steak because I wasn’t feeling fish, and the steak didn’t disappoint either! And k… favorite part… THEKEYLIMEPIE. I mean I was so full I was going to explode, and then I ate a whole piece of pie? It was that good. #noregrets Go Bahama Breeze! Great food, lots of fun, and super friendly people!

We went here for a bachelorette party and I really enjoyed my pineapple coconut martini, so so good. It was very busy so service at the bar was a little slow but our server for our table was very good. I ordered the chicken sandwich with guac, very good. No complaints. The nachos were also great. Great experience for a chain restaurant.

I have not had Bahama Breeze in years. They location in Indy closed years ago. The menu has changed a lot, but I was still satisfied with my options. The drinks are probably the best part. There are so many cool, fruity island-like drinks to choose from. We sat outside on the deck. There was live entertainment and a fire pit that unfortunately was unable to provide the warmth I would have liked because it was windy and drizzling outside. It was ok. I still enjoyed the ambiance. The food was great. Our server Melina was outstanding and if I visit Orlando again, I will definitely request her.

This place is very popular and it can be somewhat of a zoo, especially on a Friday night of a holiday weekend with multiple conventions in town. The wait is often 40 minutes to well over an hour, but luckily they have tons of room in their multiple bars. We had a large group of 10, and with everybody arriving at different times we asked to be seated in 1 hour and headed straight for the most remote outside bar. January in Orlando is so pleasant, low 60’s to high 50’s at night. We had multiple rounds while the buzzer apparently went off without our noticing. No big deal, the manager has already made contact with us and had a table ready within a few minutes just 10′ from where we had gathered at the bar. Service here is friendly and fast, and the food is reasonably priced considering the high quality and generous portions. I has the stone crab stuffed shells over rice with string green beans. Everything was fresh and delicious. Keeping with the Caribbean theme, I partook of several Mai Tais, all expertly mixed. Luckily we had a designated driver in our group that dropped me safely back at the hotel. Some people in our party just got salads, one got a steak and several got fish. Everybody seemed to enjoy their meals very much.

Absolutely delicious and amazing. The staff was very friendly and the food, as always, was fresh and delicious. The server suggested the tacos, shrimp tacos, which were absolutely amazing. I was staying at the Marriott Village, next door and a three minute walk away. Very convenient for people staying there. Everything was fantastic and I will definitely return again

On my most recent visit to my local Bahama Breeze, we were initially seated in an area where the air conditioning was not working, it was uncomfortably warm. At our request, they moved us to a cooler part of the restaurant immediately, albeit to a table that was recently cleaned and was very wet. My sister and I ordered tortilla soups for appetizers, followed by Crab & Shrimp Quesadilla and Chipotle Beef Rice Bowl for our entrees. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Service was friendly and efficient. The reason they lost a star in my review is because we were a party of 2 adults and 2 small kids. They delivered our soups, and within minutes delivered our entrees. Timing between appetizers and entrees is important for a positive dining experience where one can enjoy the food at a comfortable pace. So now we had our soups still pretty hot waiting to be eaten… and our entrees getting cold as we tried to finish off the soups. All the while, the kids meals had yet to arrive. When we made our server aware, she immediately went and got the kids’ meals.
