I placed an online order tonight and my family was disappointed. We ended up ordering room service. My children received ribs with absolutely no sides and one small condiment container of BBQ sauce(for a slab of ribs). I had the tasteless, sauceless cajun pasta and hubby had the chipotle crispers and maybe 10 cold fries. I called the manager who was completely unconcerned and offered to mail guest cards. Horrible service and horrible food.

This restaurant is not a good choice if you have any dietary restrictions. I asked to substitute a green vegetable for fries or mashed potatoes(cannot eat starch) and was told absolutely not by my waitress, Tori. I asked to speak to the manager, but he took a long time to come see us. We ordered something other than what we originally wanted. The manager, Bill, was courteous, but didn’t really do anything for us. The food was OK. If you are OK with eating it exactly as presented on the menu, would probably be alright. We own a timeshare nearby(Cypress Pointe) and have eaten at this location for years. My observation is that it has steadily gone downhill.

The food was great. Shrimp tacos were fantastic. Service was good, and our waiter Andrew was amazing. As good as all the other Chili’s.

Chili’s used to be our«go to» spot when we couldn’t think of anyplace else to go. But over the last couple of years, they have gone way down hill as far as service, cleanliness, and food quality. And it doesn’t appear to be just one or two, it seems to be throughout the entire chain. This particular visit was the nail in the coffin so to speak. We were visiting from out of town, we weren’t really hungry, but wanted to sit and relax with a drink and an appetizer. Simple — right? Well, leave it to Chili’s to mess up one simple order. We seated ourselves in the bar, and it took quite some time for anyone to acknowledge us, even though we saw plenty of staff(mostly talking at the front hostess stand), and there were very few customers. We ordered the triple dipper appetizer. You get to choose three items and dipping sauces. We ordered the boneless chipolte chicken wings, Southwest egg rolls, and the Big Mouth Bites. Our order came out with crispy chicken strips, cheddar bites, and the Soutwest Egg Rolls which were limp and looked as if they had sat on a plate overight. Really? One order, and two items are wrong. The person who delivered it plopped it down on the table and we weren’t even able to let them know it was incorrect as they rushed off. We finally got the attention of one of the people talking at the hostess stand, and they sent our server over to check on us. She even commented on the egg rolls looking bad. We did finally get the right order, but it just confirmed that this will be our last visit to Chili’s — ever. The last time we visited Chili’s near our home, we had the same issue with wrong food being served, or items being left off, and the only thing the manager did was tell us the next time we’re there, let him know and he would make sure our order was correct. Truly? The«next time» — why not this time?! They don’t seem to care if they have repeat customers or not.

Chilis was right across the street from our hotel. We walked over twice for dinner during our stay. Upon arrival it was pack and really busy but after 10 mins they gave us a table.(Oh by the way they send you a Txt when your table is ready) We order the sampler plate and fajita plate + 1 lemonade. Everything was hot and delusions and our waiter was really friendly. Total = $ 35.78 not bad at all for all the food we got. The 2nd time we place an order to go. We got 2 bacon chicken quesadilla and 2 side of loaded mash potatoes. When we got to our room. We couldn’t believe how good our quesadillas were. Definitely recommend. total = $ 21.06

A Chilis here is like a Chilis wherever… had an awesome day at Disney came in with the family. The hostess(if you could call her that) said 30 – 45 minute wait on service(tables were open all over the restaurant). I told her the«Open Table app told me 10−15» She said«that’s wrong» I have two worn out children and you aren’t going to get us a table and get us two chairs? See ya! I wouldn’t suggest anyone eat here!

Food is as good(or as bad) as in any other location. I ordered the salmon(low calorie) and it was«ok» but«just ok» — no better than that. Server was ok but again: just«ok». Maybe it’s Florida maybe just this location but the service I get in my hometown(Madison wi) is much better than here

Had dinner here a couple weeks ago and while it wasn’t a great experience it wasn’t the worst. Our server was okay, but the waitress that was helping the other tables beat us was very rude. She had a rambunctious table and there was a language barrier, but working in the hospitality industry, that is something that you should be able to deal with and still be courteous. This waitress made us, who were a table over, feel uncomfortable was snippy and very impatient with her table and then went and spoke poorly about them to another table. Our food was okay. We got a few appetizers, the Salsa & Queso Dip which were good but the Chips that came with them were oily and we got Fried Pickles which were the worst ones I have ever had from any restaurant. We got the Chicken Crispers for our entrée which were delicious but I ordered Asparagus(for an up charge) with my plate and not only did it come out after my meal, but it was raw but warm like they threw it in a pan with hot oil and then threw it on a plate. Overall I rather not return to this location, and would rather brave I-Drive for my Chili’s fix.

Out of town, hungry and looking for some comfort food for dinner, we decided on Chili’s. When you’re in a bit of a hurry, it’s a good start when you can pull into a busy parking lot and find a couple of available spaces. The place was busy when we walked thru the doors but we were greeted and seated right away. Our server was prompt and polite dropping off menus and taking drink orders. While Chili’s has something for everyone, not all of it is necessarily good for you. Who cares, I’m here for comfort food right? I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad which consists of a grilled chicken breast chopped and placed on top of the salad. Cheese, diced tomatoes, corn and black bean salsa, crispy tortilla chips mixed with a citrus balsamic dressing. It was quite tasty and satisfying. Checkout was a breeze courtesy of this table top kiosks. You can split the check if you’re dining dutch or pay in full. There’s also an option to pay with Chili’s rewards points which I don’t have. I was surprised when I swiped my Amex that I was given one more option of paying with Amex points although I declined. Overall a great experience all the way around, I’d definitely repeat.

Chili’s restaurants are kind of hit and miss depending on where you go, and this one has been a miss. Service has not been good here, especially in the to-go area we actually had some pretty bad experiences as they have been rude. Food has been sub-par as well. Too many other better choices in the area.

It was my first time at Chilis and I went with friends. Our server was very rude. One of my friends questioned why vegetarian fajitas did not have other vegetables other than onions. The server said«didn’t you read the menu?» Very bad service and awful. This place needs zero stars. We left the food and the manager didn’t even come out.

Had gift certificates so I went there nervously after reading the ratings. Place was relatively empty and I was greeted with smiling face at the door. I had to wait for a table for 6 people because they only had a few servers working since the greeter said it was not supposed to be a busy night. Place smelled weird and there was a puddle of water by the table we were originally assigned. I wanted to give it less starts because of that but… Waitress was new to that location and excellent! Attentive without hovering! Knew answers, served quickly, removed dishes quickly, smiling and friendly! Onion rings were nice, flatbread was great, French fries were very good. Steak was very good. Beer on tap was watery, chicken wings were standard. But the waitress(wish I could remember her name– she was only there 1 or 2 days) again was fab! (Ignore typos as I am under covers in the dark)

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. Awful. They deserve zero stars. We live close by and we just got food to go and the girl working was so terrible. Honestly, who hired her? Because she has absolutely no right to be working a customer service job. It’s almost hysterical. Get a new job if you can’t give people even 1% of the respect they deserve. We won’t ever be back, we will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to another location.

The to-go girl was incredibly rude and only said my total and what my change was. No other words were exchanged between us. Luckily, the food was a little more tasteful than her attitude. Won’t be going back to that location.

Being from Toronto I don’t get a chance to have Chili’s as often as I like. I was a little skeptical coming to this location due to the reviews I was reading on Unilocal but I decided to give it a try anyway. I’m very glad that I did. Our waitress Saranne was exceptional and the food was wonderful. Thanks Saranne

You know it doesn’t take much to please us. I’ve spent 30 yrs in the biz, owned two for six years and my boys are in the industry. You’ve got our understanding of the difficulty of your job. But at some point it becomes apparent that the issue lies beyond the server doing their job, it becomes mgmt, or the leadership of the restaurant. When I show up at 10:30 and the sign on the door says you close at 11:00p, then I don’t expect you to tell me what you can or can’t serve me. Especially when it comes to tea, a product that pays for itself when you sell your first glass. Not only did you tell my boys that the first glass is now their last, you told the table of six next to us that you’re out of sweet tea. Then you have the nerve to charge us for the coke my boys ordered to replace the tea you ran out of and charged us for. Now I might have been more forgiving if my chips were at least warm with my queso or my salsa would have had anything that resembled tomatoes in it. It was liquid that basically was only good for making my chips moist. Now when my chicken comes out warm with my fries hot, well the oldest concept in food service is, never allow the main course to get cold waiting on the side! I never once saw a manager working the floor or visiting tables. Probably had excessive amount of paperwork to finish. Knowing of course that is the priority vs taking care of the customer. Here’s wishing you guys the best of luck. You’ll need it!

Never served. Stopped in today for lunch. Greeted as we walked in. Hostess was bent over doing something so at first I was not even sure who was speaking(eye contact means alot to me). We were seated and then waited. And waited. And guess what? Continued to wait. No one ever came to the table. I am not expecting to be treated like a movie star, but come on people… Get it together. There were tables having their food, but not overly busy. We were at a front table right outside the bar. After waiting for about 10 minutes and took my business elsewhere. I have been frequenting Chilis for the past month as I have just enrolled in their rewards program. I enjoy the 2for 1 specials, and the food is alright. There just is no consistency with the food, drinks, and quality amongst different locations.

This is a Chili’s in the tourist area of Disney. Don’t expect much for service because they don’t expect that you will come back. The best thing to do is let them know that you are a local or that you used to work at Chili’s. If you do that, then you will be assured good service and typical food that you would get from Chili’s. Two for one on all draft beers, wells, calls, and house wines. Can’t beat that.

Had dinner here recently since we had friends in town with their kids doing the Disney thing! We were totally trying to avoid Downtown Disney and the crowds so we decided on this place. I’m not one to really frequent chain restaurants so I didn’t have the highest expectations. But overall the experience was ok. First off, there is a balloon lady that walks around asking families if they’d like balloon characters made for their children. It’s a super cool thing to watch but please make sure to tip. The work that goes into it is rather detailed. She made a giraffe and Ariel of the Little Mermaid for our friends kids. As for our meal, the menu is rather overwhelming. Lots of options including a «Light Section» for those trying to eat healthy. There are actually 2 great deals for couples if you’re on a budget. My husband and I opted to do the 2 for $ 20 deal which consisted of a choice of select appetizer(chipotle chicken flatbread), and choice of entrees for each of us(margarita grilled chicken for me and burger for him). There is also a 2 for $ 35 deal that is the same as the 2 for $ 20 but also includes 2 margaritas and a choice of select desserts. Our meals were actually good. My margarita chicken came grilled on a bed of rice and black beans. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. Our friends had a few things amiss– the server forgot to bring a cup of coffee that was ordered as well as a bowl of chili. She seemed a little frazzled but did her best to get things corrected. Also, that little ipad ordering contraption on the tables was annoying. It takes up a good chunk of the table. We didn’t use it which made it pointless to have. Overall our food was good, service was decent. I think what makes this a popular place for the area is that it is affordable and kid friendly. Which is KEY when you have Disney World in your back yard. Just don’t think it’s for us.
