My AC stopped working yesterday. It’s a few months old. I could not figure out what was wrong tried everything possible. Luis came by and within two minutes figured out. I have a switch on the wall that turns off the air handler. My wife and I could never figure out what the switch was for and somebody accidentally turned it off. Doesn’t make sense that we have a circuit breaker attached to the unit to turn the AC on/​off. Luis did not charge me to trouble shoot it. Luis gets rave reviews from Avalon residents and now I see why. He’s an honest and nice guy which is hard to find these days. Thanks Luis for helping me out today.

This company was great and professional. They have a text option to set up appointments which was great because at work I can not make personal calls. I was able to set up an appointment very quickly. I have an older unit which they were able to clean and repair within an hour ! The service was great and they email you a receipt. they also make themselves available 24⁄7. I had a question about my thermostat and i was able to reach them right away and they talked me through it over the phone.
