Had a dinner with my business friends tonight. I shared a Parrillada Para Dos, mixed grill for two. Love the nice grilled meat of different kinds. Blood sausage was not my thing, but overall very good. First time to dine at Argentina steakhouse. The servers were very nice, too. Great experience overall.

This place has a great atmosphere and an amazing staff. The food is great(if you like meat). I’m not a huge meat eater but I can still say that I still really enjoyed it. The Chef comes to assure everything is cooked to perfection and the other staff is extrodinarily friendly. This place seems completely authentic and I would highly recomend a visit.

Do not judge from the outside. The food and service were excellent. The staff is extremely social and genuinely cares about your experience. I’m sorry I’ve lived so close and never friend before. A definite stop if you’re in east Orlando.

This is for far the best argentine restaurant in Orlando(and probably all Florida), very traditional. The owners are great, they have been running this family business for more than 25 years and their specialties are the churros and the steaks. Love this place!

Nice atmosphere. Slow service. Steaks are hard to chew. Bread and potatoes are good. Won’t be back just for that.

There is nothing that compares to the quality of the food anywhere else in Orlando. It has an understated exterior, but the inside is pleasant and relaxing. Some nights they offer entertainment. Visit Thursdays from Sundays, because they are closed on the other days. Plus, they offer a great selection of beer and wine.

This isn’t a franchise. It’s an old(1992) place — you’d pass it and never go in from the looks on the outside. Old and unassuming. Only the locals know about this place. The steaks are the absolute best — Argentine cuts. I love the steak Empana($ 26/meal). They have an old grill out back for the yummy steaks, they serve a green salsa with the home made bread that’s delicious, and if you like wine, they have the best. You’re greeted at the door by the owner(he gives us a hug leaving). They’re not in a rush — take plenty of time if you’re going. Owner and server(usually just one) really care about your meal, if you like it, if you want anything else — a real mom and pop place. There’s never very many people there — about 7 – 8 tables inside, larger outdoor area(for larger groups).

The food was delicious and we went right after opening time. It was so peaceful. Love the inside – the wood, instruments, and art are inviting. I ordered the skirt steak and the meat was the freshest I’ve had in the greater Orlando area(and I’ve driven far for a good steak). It was also cooked to perfection. The chimichurri is very flavorful and delicious. Planning many more delicious meals here.

My fiancé has wanted to check this place out since we moved to the area, and today we finally did. We arrived around 4 and were the only guests through our meal. It may seem unassuming from the street but it is very comfortable and well decorated, with relatively small indoor and outdoor seating areas. Our hostess was very nice, welcoming us at the door and seating us. She explained some items on the menu and made recommendations. My fiancé had the churrasco entrana, and I believe I had the gaucho. Which is, the vacio steak and sausage, as you will see. She ordered rice and I ordered fries. We both had sangria with our meal and it was very enjoyable, although I am no expert on the drink. Meals come with homemade bread(it was HOT), garlic butter, a salad, and chimichurri. The bread and butter and salad were very nice and had me excited for the rest of the meal, and the chimichurri was tasty enough to eat on anything. Food comes in a skillet piping hot and you can plate it as you eat. Both our steaks were ordered medium and cooked to perfection. My fiancé has a very sensitive palate and can taste of meat is even close to turning. Her steak was so good, she not only ate it, she did not put any of the chimichurri she was loving with bread on it. Mine was equally well prepared, and I was very satisfied with everything I had(even the fat was delicious). The sausage was the best sausage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a number of homemade sausages in NY. No briny sauces, no fancy side dishes, just plane great meat and nice starches, prepared to perfection. The rice is good and goes with the meats well, but I would recommend the fries with ketchup/mayo, they are made to order. With leftovers in a box, we decided to try 2 of their churros($ 2 each, made to order). The dulce de leche(which is a caramel) was excellent, and probably my favorite, the chocolate(we asked for the sauce on the side) was good, and apparently the two were better together, although I appreciated them separately. I would have liked to try their espresso as they have a beautiful machine at the bar, but we were beyond full at the end of our meal. Excellent experience and we will be returning(hopefully soon!).

Oscar was a great host. First off the restaurant should have been closed by the we arrived(closes early on Sundays) but our new friend stayed open just to accommodate us. It was double date situation and the quaint space with the fresh flowers on each table was a nice set up. It felt like I was at my grandma’s house with the level of hospitality we were provided. The food was cooked to perfection and the home made salsa was a lovely touch. So thankful we stumbled across this hidden gem. We didn’t know what to expect not having tried argentenian food prior but we really lucked out. I can’t thank Oscar enough for his excellent customer service. No wonder why this place has been open 20+ years. We plan on taking my mom here when she comes down for Christmas. She’s going to love it!

Very strange location. Its hard to tell if the restaurant us even open. Fabulous food but a little pricey. Luckily we had a certificate although they were also advertising all meals 30% off. We had the parillada which came sizzling on its on heated contraption. Meat was delicious, even the sweetbreads which I had never tried. The rice was average. Next time I’ll try the fries. Of course, the chimichirri was to die for. Service was just average. Our waitress kept giving us odd looks when we asked questions. Definitely worth hunting out but only if you have some kind of discount

We’ve been here a handful of times and I’ve never had a bad meal. My family is from Argentina so I’m serious about my Argentinian food. The empanadas are delish and so is the parrillada, with lots of different steaks, sausage and sweet breads. Tastes pretty close to how we do it at home. My fav part of any parrillada is the chorizo and these do not disappoint. No matter how full you are, get the churros with dulce de leche in the middle. And eat them piping hot. You won’t regret it. Staff is super friendly as well. Ask for Marcelo he’s terrific.

Me encanto la decoracion de estilo Argentino esta es mi segunda vez visitando este lugar y el cambio fue bastante bueno. Keep up the good food and service.

Had a great time here. Atmosphere is great. Outside dining is more plentiful than inside. Solo saxophonist playing made it even better. Service was adequate. Food was very good. Something to remember is that this is an Argentinian restaurant. So it’s a bit more rustic. Come, eat drink and enjoy.

I was perusing for resto that has been added to the East Orlando area, when came upon Choochoo. After ordering the gc my first order of business was to come on here to check the reviews it seems only 2 people were disappointed so that wasn’t so bad will give it a try. This resto sits on a very busy street and on top of that facing the 408. at first we were not sure if the resto was open there were only 1 car in the parking lot. This is not a quaint resto by any mean, it is a reminder of one of those pop up resto you find in Mexico city. Once you parked you enter a little entrance to the right is a rustic patio with a small bar. The inside is very small with cow motif. The restroom is located around to the back of the building. This is mostly the type of place you go with your college friends to get drunk. Upon deciding on the patio since we were the only patron, our waitress informed us she doesn’t speak much English. I had to wrestle up my high school Spanish to communicate. A gentleman came to help her with our order which I thought was kewl I get to practice some Spanish. Upon looking at the menu I thought they gave us the wrong menu, the prices were above normal for this type of resto. prices starts from $ 21 – 30 for steak. I expect to pay that kind of money at places like Chatham’s or Norman. We ordered the empanada which was different it came with egg, raisin, and olive which was a great texture. both of us ordered the Churasco with Fries. We did receive a small salad of lettuce, onions, and lots of vinaigrette to the point it was bitter. The bread was warm and luv the spiced butter. However everything went down hill from there for us. My steak: IT was chewy and very salty, the fries was sitting under the steak and soaked up all the bloody juice from the steak and was soggy. My friend steak came with rice instead of fries, told the waitress we need to have papas, she then took a plate began to scrape the rice off and told my companion the fries will be out in mtes. Water was on ration, I had to go into the resto to request water times. Finally I asked the gentleman to leave the pitcher at the table since were were the only one there. My friend didn’t finish the steak it was too salty and chewy, requested a box. Once I gave the coupon the gratuities became 25% instead of the 18% I was expected to pay. Yes I feel I’ve been robbed as well, when I asked the gentleman about the gratuities he told me he didn’t understand, his English is not that good. I feel like the vonage commercial where the people give the robbers all their belonging and thank them for taking their stuff. I’m not really sure how this place have gotten such great reviews with such mediocre salty steaks. If you want to get good Argentinian steak you should go to Texas de Brazil.

I went here for the first time in 2007 and remember it being very, very good. It’s a quaint, rustic little place with outdoor seating that really reminds me of a real Argentine restaurant. I loved the provoletta and the wine and the atmosphere. However, I went back a few days ago and was kind of disappointed. The waitress was okay but not great(the old waitress was awesome! This one left us alone and waiting for a long time), the food was okay but not great(we ordered the mixed grill), the outdoor seating was playing pop music and the provoletta was a bit greasy(also okay but not great!) I wanted to love it still, but this time, it was only so-so.
