Ace is always a great place to shop! All kinds of useful stuff to fix things around the house… and I’m glad they carry everything I need for my Big Green Egg! Customer service is !

After a –1star experience at the other place, I came to Ace (like I should have from the get go) and found exactly what I needed, and at least 4 associates offered help in the short time I was in the store. I made the mistake of going to the closest ‘hardware store’ first instead of just coming to Ace; had completely different experience. Thank you Ace, for valuing your customers.

I have a crazy aversion to the big stores that have a million aisles and you basically need a compass to navigate. I’ve been to a couple Ace Hardwares around town, and I like that the stores are smaller and neatly organized. And I have never left without everything I needed, so I find that even though their stores are smaller, their selection is stellar. Having two locations close to home makes it easy when I need to run out for something.
On my last visit, I was looking for a specific light bulb, as, oddly enough, every light in my kitchen burned out in the span of about a week. So I was left with a dark kitchen. And leave it to me to need a specific, weirdly shaped light bulb. I brought one of the burnt bulbs in and one of the guys was able to find what I needed and send me on my way. There was no wait to check out, and my cashier was friendly. They live up to their slogan, as they truly are ‘the helpful place.’

Who wants to go to a big box store when there’s an Ace in town. This is where you come if you want personalized service from someone that actually knows what they’re talking about. Store is small but it offers everything you need when it comes to hardware and paint.
