Death By Pop

We stopped by Death by Pop during the Monday AP Community market. My kids like to be cool as any teen does so I thought I’d check out their designs. While I’m working my way through the racks my husband finds some shoes. It’s nice to know you’re never to old to be hip! I’ve never seen him get so excited about a pair shoes; the style and comfort won him over. Then those cool folks at Death by Pop through in a 20% off for being a new customer.
I love Audubon Park and I think Death by Pop compliments the shopping district. There are racks of designed shirts, shoes and other cool accessories to be found.
A nice way to check out the goods and the friendly staff is on Monday nights while they’re open during the weekly Community Market.

Looking for some crazy awesome new clothes that you can’t find anywhere else in Orlando? This is THE PLACE for you. Resembling a small NYC/​LA clothing boutique with some nerd flair behind the counter, Death By Pop is your one stop shop for well designed and manufactured clothing that will actually last (a soft spot for me since I just learned the error of my ways by shopping at H&M. I have some very shrunken clothes hanging in my closet).
The clothing you will find in this awesome shop is what the kids nowadays would call «hip» without the douchey flair of your run of the mill Ed Hardy t-​shirts. Priced well below what I expected to pay, I was able to give my wardrobe a lift without having to break the bank. The manager I talked to in my visit also said that the clothes they have in stock are one time orders, so once a piece of clothing is gone you missed your shot at it. The selection will never get stale, so you want to go in a couple times a month so you are sure to not miss what could become your new favorite hoodie or an awesome pair of jeans.
The only slight negative I could put in this review is that most of the clothing is for a specific thinner body type… so my selection is somewhat limited. But even with that drawback I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone who likes good clothes that make them stand out by their individuality and not the amount of bright tigers and fake diamonds they can throw on.
