Five Guys

You are not going to find a more constantly delicious burger than at this place. Made to order, fresh ingredients and quick service. Eat some peanuts while you wait and enjoy the endless combinations of beverages that the futuristic Coca-​Cola soda machine has to offer. They give you a ton of fries, and if you like a like some heat, ask for some Cajun seasoning. It is delicious. Enjoy!

A few weeks back a friend I decided we wanted to grab a bite too eat and we decided why not. Not bad of day either. Dogs were barking, birds were chirping, and turtles were doing what they loved out on the water. As I walk into the joint, I noticed the tables we’re unkempt. I didn’t think too much of it at first but I noticed several employees just hanging around. It’s my turn to order, it’s a simple order which I still think to be overpriced for fast food, and I noticed as I’m talking with the cashier that she is acting a little different when it’s my turn to order — the same feeling as a cold shoulder that just felt unwelcoming. I hand her my debit card and she requests to see my ID — she didn’t ask my buddy yet she asked me and my order was much less than his. I don’t see the purpose in doing so — it’s a transaction for a burger and drink. Anyways, I didn’t have my ID with me so I head outside to grab my ID and I’m back in 45 seconds max and I present my ID and pay for my food. That’s when I noticed the price was much higher than it was before I stepped outside — about $ 4 – 6 more. I let her know that there maybe a mistake with the price and she seems confused but she’s standing her ground until I am visibly angry — I calmed down. She then issues a cash refund, but I request that it be fully refunded back to my card. She says there is nothing she can do about it. At this point I’m just livid — I just need to take a seat. She stares at me as I think she felt she won. I’m now sitting at a disgusting table in a place I no longer respect because of this young lady. I wouldn’t say write of the joint all together but I think this location in general need to take a look at itself before conducting business again.

Walked in shortly after the lunch rush today. Was promptly greeted and by all the staff. My order was taken by an experienced employee that knew what he was doing and talking about. My gf was not ordering anything but he still checked to see if she needed anything and offered her a cup for water. Looking around the establishment it was clear it had been cleaned and maintained. The staff made an extra effort that I appreciated. Keep up the great work and thank you.

Delicious burgers! And the young men that work there are great! I had a Jr burger which was perfect for me. Not too big! I recommend it if you’re not a big eater.

If you can’t bring yourself to eat McDonalds but don’t want to go out for a gourmet burger than this is the place for good burgers at a reasonable price. Workers are super friendly, greeting you right when you walk in.
Cons: It’s not as healthy as you may think just because it’s better quality meat than mcdonalds. Double check if you made a complicated order; they’ll mess it up when it’s busy. Prices aren’t as cheap as you think. Limited selection for vegetarians or sides (other than fries).
Pros: You can call in and order ahead of time (just make sure to check your order). Order a small cup of fries and they’ll fill the cup and then dump another batch into the paper bag-​tons and tons of fries for low price. Free unlimited peanuts in boxes you can take yourself.

Greatest burger joint around hands down 1 outa 10 they get a ten fries are amazing burgers are amazing soda is amazing

Went with family visiting from out of town. It was during the «5^th of July» huge block party and first Friday event. You know who can’t handle a little rush? These guys. Ordered 4 burgers, every single one of them was incorrect, they just gave us 4 of the same burgers. They were so busy and we were hungry enough so we just ate what we are given but pickier eaters beware.
Other than completely screwing up an average order even with the correct ticket attached to the bag, the food was good. Thankfully no one had any food allergies.

You know these burgers are special when you get a few for takeout, pass them out to everyone, and it takes people more than halfway through their burger to realize they weren’t even chomping on the one they were supposed to get. Horizons were expanded and the world became a little closer when people who normally swore off raw onions and pickles were now fans. Devotees of mustard only were suddenly open to ketchup. Naysayers of relish were now fanatics of the tiny green squares. A mini United Nations disguised in a bun. Oh and 5 Guys portions are almost really for 5 Guys, super generous portions. The fries are best when eaten right away while super hot. Crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. Get the Little portions unless you really are ravenous. Give it 4.5 stars. Would love to see how them offer a milkshake, malted, or cream soda. 5 out of 5 guys and girls would like this too!

They deliver a consistently good and tasty burger at a good price. One tip, never ever ever think about calories when you’re here, especially if you’re eating the fries.

I finally caved in and joined my husband for my first trip to Five Guys. I was craving French fries, so I ate way more than I should have while my husband ate the burger. The fries were delicious in the first bite, but way too salty.
My favorite thing about this place is the assortment of toppings. I absolutely love the fact that you can order a burger with things like mushrooms and jalapenos. And the prices were just right — considering it’s hard to get a burger & fries for under $ 10 at the other burger places in the Baldwin Park/​Winter Park area.

My husband and I got into a debate about the best burger in Orlando and he said that this place wins for him. I was about to question it and then I just could not think of anyplace where I have been as satisfied as I am after eating here. Their burgers are amazing! Every burger has two patties so if you want less ask for the kids version. One fry is enough to share for two people because they put extra in the bag. My daughter also loves the grilled cheese sandwich.
My husband particularly loves it because they have vinegar for the fries.

I love how people say they are not that good, and dont supply a better Cheeseburger place to eat at for a similar price.
For the money they are the best I have had.

This review is strictly for the service I experienced today. Went in about 2:30PM. Seemed dead in there. There were two guys cooking, and one lady up front at the register. The manager even came up to the register at one point but I was not greeted by anyone. The workers all seemed like they just smoked some weed and were moving so slow. The lady printed out a receipt and said, «here’s your order sir.» Funny thing was that I had not even ordered yet. She began to take my order and messed it up. She didn’t know how to delete the order, so she just moved to the next register to start over.
Once I got my food, everything was better, but for me if service sucks, I don’t care how amazing the food is, I won’t go.
I’ll continue to dine at Five Guys, just not at this location.

I somewhat fancy myself a cheeseburger snob because I am basically obsessed with them =) But I truly just do not get the Five Guys hype.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad… I just don’t get the love for it. I was actually in a huge hurry today and was forced to hit up Five Guys. Conveniently, there was a little girls birthday party going on at the exact time I walked in, yay me! (not docking the review for this — it was pretty comical, I give props to all the chaperons)
So I went with a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and grilled onions. I went with the regular (is that normally 2 patties?) It was quite large. Not sure if they were just being nice cause of all the noise or not. Also, ordered a regular fry and the bag was overflowing with them. Everything was tasty but nothing overwhelming. The bacon could have been crispier, it looked like it was just sitting out, not made fresh. The fries were very fresh and yummy but I always have to add salt each time. I just think the seasoning is a bit off here. The quality of the meat is solid but it just lacks flavor in my opinion.
The staff was extremely friendly and nice. I am happy with this place, just not impressed… I will keep giving it more shots though!

Kinda of tired of hearing about how great Five Guys is when its really not that great. I think most of the critics must have still been in a food coma when they composed their reviews. A cheeseburger and large fries is around 2300 calories, which leaves even the most hearty eaters feeling listless.
At one point, I too found myself promoting the Five Guys is great opinion. After many burgers and one bad experience there I have come full circle and changed my opinion that they suck ass!
The burgers get wrapped so tightly in foil, that it crushes them into a squishy mess. The foil causes condensation to build up inside, which exacerbates this problem. Maybe try a vented box?
People rave about there awesome toppings, canned mushroom and onions, which you can also have grilled. Yum. Last time I checked, sauces are condiments, not toppings. If you get more than two on your burger the result is a soupy, squished, soggy mess!
I was going to give the fries a good review but the last fries I got there were left closed up in the bag on the counter for about 15 minutes before I got them, which reduced them below the the normal quality.
My fries sat on the counter for so long since my burger had to be remade.
I requested to have my cheeseburger remade since the cook who was preparing it went from scrubbing the walls with some cleaner and a rag, to handling my finished burger. Build the counter higher and block line of sight like the other fast food places do! What you don’t know won’t hurt you.
So the next time you go to Five Guys form you opinion before you finish your meal and have reduced faculties. I think it will become evident that they aren’t the best there is…

Burgers are perfectly juicy and downright delicious. I get my (double) cheeseburger with raw onions only, but you can add about a dozen toppings for frEE. As soon as I tear the foil off of the burger, I get ‘dancy feet’! *tap, tap tap** It’s indescribable.
The service is prompt, the kitchen is clean and the gettin’ is good! And the fries are insane! Tiffany is right. The fry situation is super crazy! Make sure you bring a friend or three because they give you so many. And I’m talking about a regular size! A large size must be enough to fill a Publix brown bag.
Another bonus is that 5 Guys offers Cherry Coke! Super sweet. I can make my favorite soda concoction: 10% cherry, 90% diet coke! It’s just right.
I’m glad to know this chain is expanding in the area. It’s hard to find a good, no-​nonsense burger without a big production. 5 Guys outshines so many other places in town in this regard. These burgers are quickly becoming legendary around here… I see people bragging on Facebook all the time that they’re at a 5 Guys! Haha.

If you like a good burger, then you must get to «Five Guys» immediately. The burgers are superb.
Be sure to order a small hamburger or you will be ordering a double burger without knowing. A small fry is enough to feed three.
