Our family eats here a lot. Tried to call in an order on Friday March 4th for carry out. I was placed on hold 3 separate times for over 3 mins each. Subsequently I called 3 additional times and I was hung up on. I went to the restaurant to speak to the manager who blamed it on the reception on my phone. Inadequate training for managers and employees.

Having moved into the Dr. Phillips area in Orlando in December 2015, we are just exploring the local plentiful restaurant scene. «Pizza» was the consensus and Unilocal brought us to Flippers. The menu is full and varied — we opted for a Neapolitan(thin) crusted Margherita, a thicker-crusted(«traditional») cheeseburger pie, a calzone and some wings. The Margherita was the most memorable — thin, light crust and perfect toppings. Even satisfied the Italian/Brazilian pizza snob in the family. The cheeseburger pizza was good and the calzone excellent — we customized it to include meatballs and basil. The«wings» were boneless(more like breast meat nuggets) and well seasoned. Will try the«real» wings next time, along with the Philly Cheese Steak pizza and other inviting specialty pies on the menu. Or maybe design my own. .. we’ll order again from Flippers in the near future.

So we ordered a large thin crust veggie pizza and a salad this past weekend, and were promised delivery within 45 minutes. The driver pulls up, get the pizza out of the trunk of his car and it did not seem to be in any kind of insulating bag to keep it warm. The pizza was completely room temperature, we live nearby, it must have ridden around almost the entire time. $ 30 for a pizza and a salad, the salad was okay, the pizza might have been good if it had been even slightly warm.

These guys make great pizza. Can’t wait to come back and try other things on menu. Fast service and did I mention the have awesome garlic bread. My kids inhaled their triple pepperoni pie. The sauce was tangy and meats were good quality. Nice job guy. I’ll have you on my pizza list!

Ordered the Salsiccia Rustica Dop on a thin crust and it was amazing! There is nothing I could suggest to make the pizza better, great flavour combinations and cooked perfectly. Will definitely become a regular destination when we are in Orlando.

This location is very nicely built and decorated. The service was nice and prices are reasonable. We ordered the largest margarita pizza and the ingredients were fresh and the slices were nice and crispy. We will definitely return to this location anytime we need a quick pie.

Staying at a nearby hotel. Breadsticks were swimming in grease. Chicken Romano sandwich had a very small amount of actual chicken on it. Pizza crust was not cooked all the way through. Wouldn’t order from here again.

I ordered this with my team at work for our lunch. I placed the order giving them 45 – 50 minutes to arrive. Within 25 – 30 they were here! So quick! The food was pretty tasty, especially considering it’s a chain. We ordered three pizzas and bread sticks. The only knock I would have, they didn’t cut the pizza very well. But, I would order from there again.

So they deliver late on weekends and their pizza is amazing. Anytime I visit Orlando I try to at lease have flippers pizza once. I’m usually a pepperoni or sausage pizza type of girl but their cheese pizza is great.

Good spot for a quick eat! The calzones were delicious! Nice and cheesy. The service could have been way better, but it was a cheap eat so I cant complain much.

We had sweet time here. My friends gave me a musical cat birthday card that definitely enhanced the experience. The pizza was oh so delish along with breadsticks soaking in a lake of butter. The atmosphere is pretty, well, um, lame. But the food and service is great. So go eat some pizza at Flippers!!!

Ok, the place was horrible at one time, then about a year later i gave it another chance and things seemed much better, now the past 2 times i have called to order i find out their LARGEST pizza is only 14″ and its the same price as the 16″ or 18″ they used to have. I ordered a large extra cheese, there was hardly any cheese on it at all and my wife ordered a medium 12″, same thing, hardly any cheese. Our total for a 12″ and a 14″ pizza that tasted like **** was almost $ 40.00. We will no longer order from them anymore. Complete rip off.

Some of the best pizza you’ll ever have will be made here. Big fan of the quarto, but really I’d recommend anything on the menu.

I’ve finally given up on Flippers — their pizza is good, but their service is horrible. I just sent them this by using the ‘Comments’ link from our order tonight: Congratulations — you FINALLY lost a customer. Took you several tries — wrong food delivered; barely warm food delivered; food that hadn’t arrived an HOUR after the promised time, which was an HOUR after we ordered; etc. Good job at losing a customer. Disney offers courses on giving good customer service — you REALLY should offer a course in losing customers — you are truly the experts. Pathetic.

I stayed at a hotel on International Dr and was happy to see this place delivered pretty late. I ordered the meatballs ricotta and a small deluxe pizza. The meatballs were really tender and yummy with the flatbread it was served with. I wish the bread had a tad more garlic or basil, but no big. The pizza was okay. All the toppings slid off, so I’m not sure if that’s a symptom of over-cheesing(if there’s such a thing) or watery veg. It immediately got a bit messy, but the crust made up for it. Flippers is a solid pizza place if you’re in the area. I would order again! PS, I had issues ordering online, so I just called. Delivery was quick!

What a great find here while we were visiting Orlando. Flippers has a lot of things going for them: –They are open late. –They deliver. –If you choose to dine in, the people are friendly and eager to make your experience a good one. Most important– their pizza is fanfreakintastic, brick oven, crisped to perfection, fresh ingredient goodness. Definitely skip dinner at the parks and stop in here on the way back to your hotel instead.
