I love this studio! I always love the workouts, the instructors are all friendly and motivational, and the workout and storage areas are both clean and comfortable. I love Pure Barre and have been to several different studios throughout my moves and this is one of my favorites for sure.

This class is serious business. The studio is professional, clean, modern. My instructor was Jenna and it was intense, fat burning with a consistent tempo. The equipment was new and all the staff were super friendly.

I love Pure Barre Dr. Phillips! Katherine’s classes are so challenging yet easy to follow and she’s always so encouraging and consistent with providing corrections.

First off, let me say I am very active with Pure Barre and am a regular at the studio in Brookline, MA. I was visiting from out of town and couldn’t have felt more welcome. I liked how there was a separate, more spacious room to store all of your belongings, and it was inside the workout area so no one from outside could rummage around the area(I am one of those people who likes my purse in sight at all times). This is also helpful as the area doesn’t seem cramped with people at the end of class(like it can get at my home studio). The teacher(Jenna) was extremely accommodating, and I enjoyed her class. Also, they had a great selection of merchandise — wish my home studio could get more stuff! If I ever visit the area again, I’d definitely be back!

It I could give them six stars, I would. Pure Barre is a fantastic workout no matter your age or skill. The instructors are great at giving modifications to make things easier or harder, and you never have the same class twice. I recommend all my friends to Pure Barre, and my 55+ year old mother actually works out with me, too. You should definitely try it out for yourself!

Def worth the 20 mile drive. I was in Orlando visiting family and itching to get my workout on. Lucky for me, I have ClassPass, and Pure Barre popped up. Were there closer studios? Yes, but I’ve rocked enough Pure Barre studios to know they’re a sure thing. First off, the place is spotless and spacious. It also has a bunch of cute workout gear, so you can get your shop on before class. There’s a changing room in the waiting area and cubbies and bathrooms on the other side of the studio. Oh, and just in case you’re new to barre — no shoes here. The studio is carpeted, so don’t forget to bring your grippy socks. And the staff is super friendly! Now, on to getting buff. I’ve been around the barre block, and enjoyed the fast pace here. For the class we used weights, a ball, and a double tube. Also, there were two other instructors in the class, so we had someone to look at while the amazing Laurel walked around the room making adjustments(which were on point and private — no yelling and calling you out in front of everyone from across the room). I also liked how after we were finished using our weights, the other instructors walked around and collected them for us, which decluttered my workout space(seriously, if anyone would suffer death by exercise ball, it’d be me). Overall, my arms, seat, and thighs felt the burn. We did our abs with our backs against the wall, and since that’s not something I’m used to, it’ll def take a few more visits to get it right. Also, like any barre class, it takes some time to learn the cues, so I can only imagine the burn after a few more classes. Note: Guys are totally welcome here, so ladies, bring your boys to the barre!
